Fantastic experience: My son has severe Autism. The staff at Priority Dental were very kind with My son. They asked permission from him when they were getting ready to clean his teeth, polish, X ray etc. In the past my son has been terrified of dentists. I think going to the dentist for a cleaning this time was a really good experience. The staff were very encouraging and offered praise to my son during the dental process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kong did such an amazing job. She was patient, calm and got my granddaughter's surface cavity filled and done in a super short time. I'm impressed not only by the doctor but the staff as well. This above post is from about a year ago. I thought I hit post. Today, November 13, 2025 was a visit to check a tooth that was hurting my granddaughter and the staff and the visit went so well. We love the doctors and tha staff.

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I’ve been too went in for emergency tooth. Pain left with two Teeth extracted took seven minutes and the best price in Kansas City $105 per two. This has truly been the best dentist around.

Positive experience: It has been a couple years since I’ve been to priority dental. I was a little disappointed as I was looking forward to going back. The hygienist was in a rush. She was personable and friendly. She didn’t take her time to thoroughly clean my teeth and cause discomfort by going over my gum. I left my current dentist and changed insurance plan bc of the quality care that was once provided to me and my family here. Looks like I’ll be going back to my last dentist. It seems like they are overbooked decreasing the quality of care. It’s very unfortunate.

They always make sure our needs are met. They worked me in on a Saturday to fix a broken tooth, and I didn’t feel a thing while she was fixing it. They are highly thought of in my family!! Fantastic experience: From scheduling and navigating insurance, to routine cleanings and complex procedures, I've found the service at Priority Dental to be top notch. Dr Kong and her team are professional and efficient while prioritizing patient comfort. Doctor and staff are quite warm, welcoming and kind- very real, down-to-earth, compassionate and they truly have your overall well-being in mind. I've been seen at a local teaching hospital and a corporate-style dental office-- where it feels like you're lost in the herd. Or, you get the impression that you're getting roped into some kind of scheme to make quota. Priority has none of that. I have only positive things to say about my experience with Priority Dental & I'm so happy to have them. They've got another patient for life.

Negative experience: I just left there bc my son needed 2 teeth pulled and he's only 7 he said she was hurting him and was screaming she said hes only pressure but hes still screaming on the way home saying it hurts having a panic attack she had no bed side manner her assistant was even getting mad her i dont appreciate her not listening to us or him! We wont be going back there!

Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing the pediatric dentist there for over 10 years. I had my first visit with the adult dentist. They are wonderful. No waiting hours for your appt nor procedures. Exceptional work, customer service and care. The ENTIRE office is amazing!

Negative experience: My experience with them was terrible. Their approach to patient care is extremely poor and unprofessional. They want to get rid of the patient as quickly as possible. The doctor doesn't answer questions and just wants to move on to the next patient as if we are a project that needs to be completed as quickly as possible. They are extremely negligent and do not care about the patient's pain or comfort. I will never return to this clinic again, and I will not recommend it to anyone.I have been a patient of yours for more than two years, but unfortunately the treatment has become very bad recently.I added a photo to prove that I was with you today and there is no need to lie to people.

Negative experience: I went to them and I had an urgent appointment and the assistant came to take an x-ray of my teeth and broke the edge of one of my teeth and I told her about it and she ignored it and refused to take the x-ray after that and I told her that she had actually broken my tooth and I made her see the broken tooth but she denied it and told me that the doctor would come and left me waiting for a long time until another assistant came and told me to go to another clinic. I told her that they had broken my tooth and they hit my teeth with an iron rod several times as if it was the first time she was dealing with a patient and I left the clinic while I was on the phone and angry

Negative experience: Did not have a good experience today. I let the dental assistant know I had a bridge and she would need something else to floss it. She did not bother to floss my bridge. I had to ask the dentist who only did one side of it and I had to ask that the other side be done and then they proceeded to argue with me that it was my natural tooth, which it was my bridge. Everyone seemed quick to respond but not listen today. Once the dentist was done she said I’m going to grab you some antibiotic mouthwash. So I continue to sit there to wait for it. The dental assistant then proceeded to kick me out rudely, saying I needed to go that she had another client. So I inform her I am waiting for the dentist to bring me something and she asks what. She goes and gets the mouthwash as I am standing because I was kicked out of the chair. She says do not spit in sink and I said okay. I empty the mouthwash into my mouth and proceed to put water in the cup for a rinse but there were floaters in the water so I pour it out in the sink. I then am scolded by the dental assistant who says I told you not to spit that in the sink. With my mouth still full of mouthwash I try to explain it was just water! I am not a child and deserve more respect than what I received today. I’m not sure I will return at this point. Update: Received a bill in the mail for our dental cleaning because this dental office didn’t look at their records and see I had radiographs at my last visit and my son had a fluoride treatment at his last visit. Insurances only cover these services once a year and they should know this. So if you go here make sure to keep track of what they do and when, because they do not.

Fantastic experience: For the first time in 40yrs I went to a dentist that knows how to properly numb the service area so the patient doesn't feel any sort of pain. The staff are friendly and courteous. There is no lengthy waiting time. They don't over book their patience. Keep up the good work

Fantastic experience: Took my daughter(5) to her regular cleaning 03/13/2025. The assistant that helped the Dentist that day was extremely helpful and patient with my daughter. The dentist is also friendly! They really do well in calming kids that are scared.

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t seen a dentist in a couple of years, but started having some pain and issues, was seen pretty quickly which was amazing! I was ashamed since I hadn’t been in what seemed like forever, but I was put to ease when the dentist and her assistant cleaned my teeth and pinpointed my problem. I needed to have my wisdom teeth pulled…long story short THIS PLACE GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND TO TAKE CARE OF THEIR PATIENTS, they LISTEN AND DONT JUDGE, and make sure that every step is thorough and followed through

Fantastic experience: I was able to walk in this morning as I walk in patient I had broken my tooth over the weekend and was not able to be seen. First thing Monday morning I walked in at 8:00 a.m. she evaluated me and had me come back at 1:00 p.m. as I had a work meeting they were able to schedule me in and I was in and out in about an hour and my tooth is completely fixed and looks amazing. I also bring my son here as she is so good with him and his anxieties of the dental office.

Fantastic experience: When I went in to get an extraction I was highly tense and nervous that maybe the doctor wouldn't understand that I was "hard to numb" or that she would treat me with indifference since I was not one of her patients. Nothing could have been further from the treatment I experienced. Not only was Dr. K Kong kind and understanding but her experience and artistry of her trade made my extraction experience the easiest I have ever been through. She and her assistant put me at complete ease and when she did the extraction it was unbelievably quick and precise. Not only that, but she didn't even have anything to work with as 3/4 of the tooth broke at the gum line and truthfully many would have handed me off to an Oral Surgeon. I am so thankful for her and her staff for their professionalism and kindness... 2 Thumbs up Dr Kong!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
