Fantastic experience: What a GREAT dental facility! The receptionist’s when you come in the door are very pleasant. April was so helpful when I made my first appt. She has a wonderful personality. Linda at checkout was efficient and knows her job very well. Such a sweet lady! My 1st appointment was scheduled with Dr. Bach. She is through in her exams and cares about her patients. She did an amazing job on prepping a tooth for a crown. I didn’t even feel the needle or Novocain. Her Assistant, Hailey W, was exceptionally very knowledgeable in her position as a Dental Assistant. In my teeth whitening process Hailey W. was concerned about making sure I was comfortable and asking about tooth sensitivity. I believe that Hailey W is smart and knowledgeable with every aspect of her position. Kelley the Dental Hygienist is a personable person and loves to laugh. I would definitely recommend this dental office to anyone for any teeth issues or to just have a dental exam and cleaning. Everyone in this office is very professional and will treat you with kindness, respect. It is in my opinion that anyone reading this review you will love this Dental Office!!! Allison Huntsman

Fantastic experience: I am a longstanding dental weenie. One of the more traumatic things for me when we moved was the importance of finding a dentist that would understand this and be accordingly gentle and patient. I had my initial examination and it was awesome and uneventful. From Dr. Collins to Amy and even my new hygienist Vanessa I was so pleased. I felt at ease from start to finish. I'm looking forward to getting back to my regular 6 month cleanings/exams now that I'm established at a place I feel good about. Thank you everyone at Lawson Family Dentistry!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Dr. Collins for two years now and i truly always leave knowing I’ve had a through exam and work done. Vanessa is the hygienist I always have for cleaning and X-rays. She is fast and very thorough. I recently had to have more intensive work done with high anxiety but Dr. Collins is extremely considerate and gave me many breaks which helped immensely. All in all I have had nothing but great experiences there.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and I had a great experience. The office is clean and modern. All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very little wait time.

Negative experience: Taken into my appointment on timely basis. The technician started the repair of my cap. It was applied to the post to the point she couldn’t get it off. At that Point Dr. Lawson came in to remove it. After several attempts, she succeeded. She reapplied it. Tried some floss, which was extremely tight. Ran a file(?) through the contact surfaces freeing up the floss to go through more easily. Ended up completing adherence of the cap. Did some adjustments and left. It still felt high with rough surfaces needing additional adjustment/work. The technician ended up completing to my satisfaction.

Answered all my questions. So, I wanted a gold crown. I had comprehensive exam, cleaning, fill-ins, a temporary crown placed and now my gold. This is now our second year going to Lawson dental and everyone is so kind and makes the experience positive. Our son is 8 and tends to be on the anxious side and he is just fine with his visits. The gals at the front desk are so pleasant and helpful from scheduling to paying after insurance. We moved here from out of state and my experiences with dental offices were constant work needing to be done and feeling like they wanted to bleed my bank account dry, this has not been the case at all . Fantastic experience: Great dental tech, very gentle on my sore spots. Set up an appointment for removal of partial root under my gums. New post: Went to get started on a major project. To my great surprise the dentist that I started with is back. Dr. Sarah Bach is back and I can't express my joy enough. She is the reason I am a patient at this practice. When she first started treating me I recognized the high quality care and was very happy. I have been very impressed with the other dentists as well as the office staff and recommend that anyone looking top notch dentistry go to Lawson Family Dental in Conway.

She is by far the most patient, calming & very thorough !! I feel safe and at ease which is not easy for me, I have severe anxiety. I've been to a previous dentist in Myrtle Beach who gave me a bill of all work to be done and said was needed !! Over $5,000 !! Definitely was taking advantage of me & wanting to remove all 4 wisdom teeth, remove fillings, on & on. I called my previous dentist from upstate NY and they pulled my records which were current, they advised me to go elsewhere !!! Sooo happy I did !!!
