Fantastic experience: My appointment was for cleaning and a check up. Everything today was pleasant and stress free. The hygienists are gentle with their procedures. Also, appointments are always easy to set up. Front staff are a pleasure to work with; very kind, and they always take time explaining billing, and procedures thoroughly. Very happy with their staff.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. This was my first visit to Lakeview and I was very impressed. Fairly new to Havasu from California. Left my dentist of 35 years and had low expectations of finding an office as great . To my surprise and joy I found one at lakeview ! Had a cleaning done by Jessica and oral exam by doctor Osbon. Both were so friendly and professional. Jessica was careful and i didn’t feel a thing. Dr. Osbon was thorough and made everything understandable. Thank you lakeview dental for making my dental transition to Havasu so pleasant!

Fantastic experience: I've been dealing with some issues with my teeth I have some major work to be done on little income besides the insurance I have though medicare advantage plan I've made few apps to extract but other things came up they have been patient with me and I appreciate that they are professional and understanding.

Fantastic experience: Got me in as an emergency. The pain was from clenching my teeth. I picked up a mouth guard, had a massage and doing face exercises. They did x rays to rule out anything with the teeth. The front desk help were wonderful!

Fantastic experience: The Lakeview Family Dental Clinic is much more than a Dentist's Office; it is a very welcoming and professional retreat for dental work. They treat you with respect and consideration of your condition. Taking into account that you may be uncomfortable in having any work performed. The work is performed in a caring manner to reduce and/or prevent any fears you may have. The quality of work exceeds expectations, and for these reasons, I highly recommend them as the go-to dental clinic.

Negative experience: Customers BEWARE! As confirmed by management, regardless what the office staff tells you, You, the "Customer" are required to know your insurance policy details, what is and isn't covered! ie, xray costs and time frames. However if recommened procedures, ie crowns, fillings etc. it will be provided to you in great detail before you leave the office!

Fantastic experience: Update: second visit I went back which is a miracle in itself. I had to have a crown put on a back molar and of course I was anxious about it. Dr. Osbon calmed my anxiety and I didn’t feel a thing! I couldn’t believe how good she was. I couldn’t be happier with the staff and care I have received. Thank you all for being so caring…professional and excellent at what you do! First visit: Doctor Osbon and her staff ( front desk and dental Hygenist) were just amazing! I am one that will usually avoid the dentist at all costs but they were patient with my anxiety and gentle. Not pushy or trying to upsell you on procedures. I would recommend you giving them a try especially if you have dental anxiety like I do.

Fantastic experience: Best experience ever. Painless and relaxing. Almost feel asleep during my cleaning I was so comfortable.

Negative experience: I am very unhappy. I made an appointment because a tooth fell out of a denture that I had made there two years ago. I was also expecting that I would be checked with the dentures in my mouth and that they would be cleaned. When I checked in I was told that I needed to have x-rays done and then the general office visit, no mention of the broken tooth that needs to to be repaired. I was at embarrassed because I I was then embarrassed because they asked me what was the reason for my coming to visit the doctor today in front of a room full of people room of waiting to be seen be replaced. I had made an appointment to see my dentist last year but she moved to Texas. So I was into the office but they didn't see me for anything at that time. Now they say they have to take extras again. I just had x-rays done in November and I'm not paying to have them done again. They're supposed to be good for one year. Based on this visit I doubt if I will go back to Lakeview Dental.

From the Ladies that Greet you when you walk in to the Dental Assistants and the 2 Dentists that I have met... wonderful sense of humor and really care about you as a patient.. They all use your name when addressing you and are with you every step of the way until you leave!! I highly recommend this Dental Office!! Tgat says alot for me.. I have a huge dislike of going to the Dentist.. I dont have a problem one here!!

I've had no issues and the dentists all seem very knowledgeable and nice. I hated to see Makaya go, but now I have Rachel, and she is just as sweet and efficient as Makayla was. Fantastic experience: Love this practice! I’ve been coming for over two years. Unfortunately my front teeth have become brittle and a good sized piece broke off. Dr. Lyn examined my mouth and said the best protection was to place crowns on those four front teeth. The front teeth had been filed down years prior and were a little short. She had them lengthened a bit and they look like they used to! And the color match is spot on. I am so pleased with the outcome and would highly recommend Lakeview Family Dental and Dr. Sheena Lyn. Very professional with great technology!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Havasu a few years ago and was dreading finding a new dentist. I put it off for a little then a coworker recommended Lakeview! I gave them a try and have totally loved them. Jess is my dental hygienist and she is the best! They recently got a new dentist and she is great too!

Fantastic experience: Lakeview dental did an excellent job getting Me in for an appointment in 2 days for a toothache while on vacation until April 1. Dr. Osbon diagnosed the need for root canal. The was on February 25th. I was referred to Dental Specialist of lake Havasu. I went directly to the dental Specialist office on February 25th. I was given an appointment for a consultation on April 10th. 10 days after we would be leaving Lake Havasu. That is not service for some one in pain. I now understand the popularity of Algodonas in this region.

Fantastic experience: At first I called in just wanting a deep cleaning of my teeth to maximize my insurance benefits for the year, but the Dental team was able to assess my needs and get me a step closer to Dental health and they explained everything along the way in such an easy and professional way to understand. The staff is incredibly cheery, great attitude, especially when you are in there to get not so pleasant work done! From start to end, this experience was exactly what I needed to get my oral health in order and to prevent further issues with my teeth. Fantastic experience: Staff are always wonderful! Barely ever have to wait for my appointment, I show up check in and within minutes I am being called back by my hygienist. My appointment is thorough and they answer any questions I have. I have been going here for 4 years now and haven’t had any issues! Great place with friendly staff.

Negative experience: I have been going to Lakeview family dental for over 16 years now and unfortunately, I will no longer be going there. I have had Dr. Tyler work on me numerous times and he has done amazing work for me and my family. I called to schedule an appointment as of late and I was notified that Dr. Tyler is no longer working there, therefore I will no longer be giving them my business. Unfortunately I will have to drive to Scottsdale To see Dr. Tyler at his home office. It is a shame because this dentist office cannot keep a dentist or more than six months and is very inconvenient to have a new dentist every single time you book an appointment. Ever since they sold to new management, the service has been horrific and it has gone downhill. I would definitely not recommend spending any time or money with these people. it’s an absolute shame.
