Negative experience: Unfortunately, this practice proved to be the dental practice you might want to avoid in town… sneaky for a quick dollar. My husband and I came here after confirming multiple times with the office that they accepted our insurance. We believed them and got one cleaning each. I knew something was off when they tried to rush rush rush and book me to come in the next day for a small cavity filling. They didn’t want that bill from our insurance to show up in the mail before they could get me back in there for more money. Thank GOD I decided to wait and confirm whether our insurance paid for it otherwise we’d be looking to pay much more than $800. To whoever is reading this: Go elsewhere in town. The other dental offices I called were very upfront and truthfully let me know if our insurance wasn’t within their network. To Apple Dental team: Honesty is the best policy. Now you have a public negative review and trust me, word of mouth travels fast. Its never worth it. Not for a couple hundred bucks.

Fantastic experience: My kids first visit was excellent the staff are nice especially the hygienist are the sweetest and they they’re really great with kids!!

Fantastic experience: I walked in at 7:00 am in extreme pain and discomfort. Didn't schedule a appointment. Yet they brung me right back. The dentist was extremely professional and honest. Didn't even feel the tooth get extracted. Tho communication i was was told 3 different prices but could have been early and a little miss understanding. They even personally handled my issue with the pharmacy. Would recommend any time!

Negative experience: I initially loved it here. However one of my crowns chipped in less than 2 years. They could not give me a straight answer.... I wish businesses provided better service over making money.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience getting my teeth whitened here. My teeth are the exact same color as before. Huge waste of $299. I really want a refund for this awful job

As a matter of fact my son and I had an appointment today but I had forgotten about it and over slept. When I woke up I was already 5 minutes late for my appointment but I contacted their office and explained my situation. They were very accommodating and very patient with my being late. Fantastic experience: Relaxed environment with very friendly staff that answers questions and concerns. I never felt like I've been patronized or lectured here, although my teeth, diet, and habits are not perfect. With any issue, I've been given solid options. I've always been given accurate estimates before any work they've done. I had fillings performed and they didn't use the awful silver and black ones that look like cavities. They even worked me in for emergency care with no issue when I had a molar break. I've never dreaded coming here other than the rapid loss of monies that comes with anything medical. Dental care in the US is way too expensive but the cost here is in line for the system we're in and at least the care is professional and my business is valued here.

Positive experience: My experience is always the same every time. They are very professional and cordial. I don't feel like a patient but more like a friend. I would recommend Apple Dental to anyone who is looking for a reputable dental care service. I gave 4 out of 5 because no one is perfect! 3-21-2022 My visit was again like I was visiting with family. They make themselves very familiar with you. It is easy talking with them. I want to give a special thank you to my personal assistant (Carol). She went above and beyond to address my concerns. Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency Friday and was able to be seen first thing Saturday morning. The front office staff were very kind and friendly. The nurse was efficient, knowledgeable, tender, and compassionate. Dr. Sanderson was very kind, gentle, and patient. It turned out I had more than one issue and he attended each with care and total attention.

Fantastic experience: Apple Dental is the best. Great customer service and very attentive. My recent bi-annual dental cleaning was superb. I travelled all the way from Memphis to maintain them as my dental provider. I highly recommend Apple Dental for all of your dental needs.

They helped me overcome much of my anxiety about procedures. I was drawn to them because of their availability and flexibility in their schedules. They are open all days of the week and, with my busy schedule, I am able to find a time that doesn’t interest with my hectic work schedule. Thanks for the great service.

Fantastic experience: There are many words to describe Dr. Kevin Haynes but my favorite are simply amazing. He has been my dentist for close to 25 years. My son who is now 27 has and went to Dr. Haynes for the same length of time. I had a root canal done a few weeks ago and it wasn’t quite ready when I went back for my crown. So after another round of antibiotics I finally got my crown today. Dr. Haynes always does what’s best for his patients. Thank you Dr. Haynes for all for always taking care of me and my son!

Fantastic experience: The staff got me in to see the dentist (Dr. Haynes) within one day. I had transferred recently from out of state and needed an assessment of an issue I was having with a root canal from a previous provider in another state. They were very friendly, professional and helpful, especially for being the holiday season and end of the year when things get busy. Great dental team. I would highly recommend them and in fact have already scheduled my first annual check up with them.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience!! I was in the area visiting for Christmas and had a crown come loose. I called Apple Dentistry the morning they opened after the holiday and was given an appointment that morning. I was seen almost immediately after arriving and was treated as if I were a valued patient. The crown was re-cemented and I was quickly on my way. The staff and Dr Kevin Haynes were personable and professional. If I lived in the area, I would definitely use them as my regular dentist.

I almost fall asleep in the chair every time because it’s so relaxing. This is the only doctor appointment that my mom doesn’t still have to schedule for me because I actually look forward to it. I told the young lady on phone my situation was told to hold on a second. She returned and said that they could do it she proceeded to get my info then told me to come on in and she would be clearing my insurance I knew at this time I called the right dental office. Fantastic experience: Easy to find. Great receptionists. My dental hygienist was Ashley and she was very helpful, friendly and efficient with my care. Dr. Haynes was very professional but very kind in my treatment. Had root canal and bridge replacement in under two and a half hours same day!!! Fantastic experience: Ashley validated my dental fears and helped ease them. She talked me through the whole experience and made sure I was ok at all times. This visit has made me trust her and not fearful of the next visit needed. Dr. Haynes was great too. He was very kind and understanding of my fears and helped reassure me it was going to be ok. They even allowed my husband in the room which also helped me. This was a pleasant dental experience and I thank them tremendously for that.

Fantastic experience: Our local dentist shut down recently, and I found myself in pain from some infected wisdom teeth over the holiday weekend. I always dread looking for a new dentist, and I haven’t had the best experiences before. However, this office, staff, and Dr. Sanderson were amazing . They extracted my wisdom teeth in office, were extremely kind and understanding, and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I will be switching my whole family here, and even though we live an hour away, I 100% believe it is worth the drive for the care received. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: As a visitor, it's always a possibility that a medical emergency might occur while visiting other states. For me, it happened. While most emergencies can be handled at the nearest hospital, dental care can be a bit different. Though I couldn't obtain care immediately, I consulted Apple Dentistry, Monroe, LA, and to my amazement, I was scheduled the earliest appointment the following day. Dr. Matt Sanderson treated me as if I were his patient. The guy is phenomenal, as a person and an expert dentist. I wholeheartedly encourage visitors in need of emergency care, while in Monroe, to seek the professional care of Dr. Sanderson and his staff of professionals for the needed treatment. Fantastic experience: Had a filling start to hurt a few months been and then finally break after 15 years of use, called Apple when it broke Friday and got in Monday morning. A previous dental place was asking two grand for a root canal and crown when I went to find out why it hurt a few months back. I was saving up when the filling finally gave out. Apple had me in the chair and numbed up I’m probably 15 minutes tops. Both dental assistant and the doc were polite and professional and proficient. They were able to clean out And replace the filling for a fraction of the cost. Will be using them for all my dental care needs from here forward.

Fantastic experience: I needed emergency treatment. The staff at Apple Dental were simply amazing! They were able to see me almost immediately. Once there, I was put completely at ease. I was in and out in less than two hours and the level of quality in the treatment I received was the best I could have hoped for.

Fantastic experience: Best experience I've had at a dentist office. Quick, thorough, friendly, accommodating, and professional. Just moved here and they happened to be the closest in-network of my insurance. Peaceful and wonderful bayou views while they drill into your head. I spent the whole time looking at the turtles popping their heads up in the water and the birds feeding in the feeder (every room gets this view) while I was getting a cavity filled. Comparable dentistry experiences I've had included luxurious marble floors, leather waiting chairs, and headphones they put on you based on your musical taste...but it's all show if the place isn't full of pros. This place is legit. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Haynes pulled one of my wisdom teeth and after he numbed me up it was such a quick and easy extraction! Even throughout the process of numbing he was very gentle and communicative. I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve always received great care. I especially love the view from the dental chairs because each room overlooks a peaceful body of water and you can watch the birds and squirrels while you wait. Negative experience: The wait was extremely long and the dentist really doesn't take time to discuss things with you. I went and left in pain after spending 175.00. I'm scheduled for a consultation still no plan for treatment and that's more money. What makes it worse is I made it to fill my prescription and he had canceled them. I will be canceling that appointment!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly, super fast... great atmosphere all around. I wish I'd started using them sooner! Dr. Haynes was fast, professional and kind!! I went for a second opinion on a root canal that I was told I needed. He quickly let me know that I had no broken filling that he could see and I only needed to change my toothpaste to address my tooth sensitivity. How many dentists tell you NOT to spend money??? When you're in it for the patient and not the profit, you win my business every time.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency dental issue recently and called Apple Dental first thing on a Monday morning to try to get in for an appointment ASAP. I am a new patient as well, that has had anxiety about dentists for years. When I called, the guy at the front desk that answered my call was so professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He immediately scheduled me in for an hour later. Once I got in the waiting room and started to fill out paperwork I had only written my name and date on the paperwork and was called back to see the dentist that fast! It was as if I was their primary concern that morning. Within 15 minutes of walking through the door I had already been numbed by a nurse / assistant, and had the tooth extracted by the dentist! Great, fast work! Everyone was super professional. This is now my dentist going forward and I’m no longer in fear of going to see the dentist regularly after this interaction. Excellent work Apple Dental!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is always so friendly, & I leave with my teeth sparkling clean, thanks to Mary. I didn’t have any cavities this time, but when I did, they were great about applying topical anesthetic before the injection,, so I had minimal to no pain.

Fantastic experience: They were friendly, comforting, and fast.... I went in expecting a neutralization for my problem baby they eliminated it without hesitation.
