Fantastic experience: If I could give more stars I would. The folk at First Impressions do an amazing job. I haven't been to a dentist in well over 10 years. When I got checked up, they were fast, efficient with the cleaning, and very friendly. They were down to earth and helpful when recommending next steps for future treatments to care for my decade of teeth neglect without being pushy in any way, and were able to answer every one of my questions. The view from the cleaning rooms was also an unexpected bonus! Their front desk worker was also great; she was very friendly, and even more knowledgeable. It really paints the picture that every single person in that building was a professional. Overall, from the moment I walked through their front door, to the moment I walked out it, I had a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a new dentist, consider getting a first impression from First Impressions!

The personal attention to my dental health is excellent; it by far exceeds any care I’ve had from other dentists before I found this practice. Most recently I had a couple cavities filled and a crown replaced. Everyone did their best to be sure I was as comfortable as possible. BTW the mint scented "nitrous" is the most pleasant/natural of the ones I've tried!

The dentist was able to salvage the tooth and made me a new filling . He was extra careful in administering the Novocain shots. Great team. I highly recommend First Impressions!

Fantastic experience: This was my First time going to First Impressions Dentistry, I was referred by my Buddy and his wife who said they were really good and caring, well he was absolutely correct. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome and then of coarse the dreaded paperwork lol, I had a few questions and she helped me with a great attitude which is very rare in today's Business world. I met the Doctor's assistant and she was awesome, she explained everything of what they were going to do, and she struck up a conversation and she got to know me which made me feel a lot comfortable because as we all know, nobody feels comfortable at the Dentist LOL. I finally met the Dentist Dr Robert Lerohl and he was awesome as well, we talked about what I did for a living and other things as well, he made me feel like I was coming there for a long time and we were hanging out and just shooting the breeze. It doesn't stop there, when I was leaving, the person at the front desk was very nice and caring so all and all this place is a great place to go for Dental care they are very caring and nice people to deal with, which again is very rare in todays world. Thanks First Impressions for making my visit a soothing one I appreciate it.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly from the minute you walk in the door and you don't even mind paying Regina as you walk out the door because she is so friendly Dr Lirot has been my dentist for a long time and always puts my comfort and finances into play when I've needed extensive work and I have always loved the results! His assistant is amazing and between the two of them I feel comfortable and well taken care of.

Positive experience: The visit went very well, the removal of my plastic cap was handled very quick with no pain at all. The placement of my new crown was just as quick with very little pain, well worth the replacement of my Brand New Crown. It looks awesome. Thanks to all that helped with the process. My Greatgrandson loved his orange sunglasses..and now his teeth sparkle.. 9-12-24 Today I had a crown come off , I called the office and they said can you come at 3:30pm , of course I said yes ...I was greeted ,checked in , talked with the front desk girls a bit and Melissa came to seat me , checked everything had every thing ready for Dr Rob , he came in and fixed everything , recemented my crown chatted a bit and I was on my way .. Oh I Loved the beautiful view out the treatment room window . Said my good bys to the Awesome staff.and was home at 4:15pm. Awesome service ,friendly effecent, clean,beautiful office. 10 stars 3-17-2025 the office staff and Dr's are caring ,fun and fixed us up for awhile always in the best way ,loved the view from the beautiful windows the grass is starting to turn green ,crocus ,coming up and cardnials can't bet that for a wonderful visit they have it all. Fantastic experience: I went to First Impressions after a referral from a trusted friend. I was not disappointed. Dr. Lerohl and his assistant Melissa were both great! They listened to my story about why I was looking for a new dentist. Both were genuinely interested and concerned. The plan was clearly discussed and I left there feeling truly happy with my decision to make an appointment at First Impressions :).

Fantastic experience: I was dreading going to the dentist. And was going in expecting to get my tooth or teeth pulled. Dr. Lerohl walked me off the ledge and made me feel super comfortable along with Dallas his hygienist. Talking me through everything and reassuring that I would be OK.

Fantastic experience: I just came back from Florida. You know the dreaded pain a tooth can be. I Google for listing for a dentist. I called the first one and they wanted me to go to Aurora Illinois. Too far to drive. There had to be a dentist that could do a root canal in Sandwich Illinois. I called a second one. First Impression. They asked if I could come in at 2:30 pm. I said I could. At first, I came in early and had to fill out all the paperwork. NEW CUSTOMER. After that, I met with Dawn. We had to do a standing X-ray. The humor she had was very contagious, I couldn't stop laughing. We got though that. We went to examination room that had and outstanding view of nature. Live view of birds feeding at a bird feeder. The doctor had the same humor Dawn had. Dr Robert C. Lerohl D.D.S was straight to the point with x-rays right in front of you. There was no doubt I needed a root canal. My teeth are not perfect. He gave lots of advice. Not pushy on things I should have. Pure advice. You make the decisions. The prices are very reasonable. This is the first dentist that I highly recommend. Very professional staff. Everyone took time with me. So if you are in Sandwich Illinois they will take you the same day you call. ! I should have taken pictures. Here's the second time around with them. Outstanding service... Outstanding assistance.... Outstanding procedure.... Doctor said if there's a infection. Call them. There was not. After the novocaine wore off. 0 pain....That man did major surgery to my teeth. 0 pain...This is a week after my root canal. People if you read this. I travel a lot of states. The dentist of my choice is this one. This is the best dentist I have ever found. I want someone else to prove me wrong!!!!

Fantastic experience: This is the neatest place to go to the dentist. They have large windows that go from floor to ceiling. They allow you to look out and see silver maple trees, birds, squirrels, rabbits feeding and playing. It is such a calming layout. All the people that work there are wonderful, very inviting. The dentist know there stuff. They listen to what you need done and give you all the options. They let you be the one to choose how you want to handle your treatments. If you are looking for a dentist there is no better place to go.

Fantastic experience: My whole family comes here bc they have always taken great care of us. Doctors have good bedside manners and are great with my kids. Unfortunately, my 7-year-old had to get 2 fillings today, but he actually enjoys going to the dentist. The assistant was very patient and explained everything to my son, making him more comfortable.

Recently, I broke a tooth and experienced the pain that forces us to face our fears and make the scariest appointment imaginable. Google directed me to the nearby First Impressions. The front desk was able to fit me in the next day. Dr. Lerohl and his staff immediately set me at ease, giving me every option available without even a hint of feeling pushed or pressured. I truly felt more like a family member than a patient. Even the exam rooms put you at ease… bright and airy with large expansive windows with views of calming nature. Choosing to have the tooth extracted, I was given the necessary treatments to ease my pain as well as my fears. In about an hour I was minus one tooth, completely pain free and on my way home. If you live in the area, I would 100% recommend First Impressions.
