From the moment you walk in, the front desk staff is warm, welcoming, and highly professional, making you feel comfortable right away. Dr. Maria Morales is exceptional—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and truly cares about her patients, which makes a world of difference. The hygienist, Maria Gabriela, is phenomenal—gentle, patient, and extremely skilled. She makes the entire visit smooth, relaxing, and completely stress-free. The level of teamwork and dedication to patient care is truly impressive. Immaculate facilities, a calming atmosphere, and service that goes above and beyond. This is by far one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended. Five stars without a doubt!

Negative experience: These 5 star reviews can not be true for no one even answers the phone at this location. You get placed on hold and then disconnected. I had a billing problem but there is no way to even reach that department. Avoid this location.

Fantastic experience: One of the most precious things to me is my time. Too often, it is not respected by medical professionals. This is not the cas at Celebration Dental Group. They adhered strictly to the appointment times and got x-rays, a dental exam, and a cleaning done in under an hour (without feeling rushed)! Efficient and courteous. Top marks from me!

Negative experience: I am not sure why this place has so many good reviews. I have come here a few times, the first couple the dentist didn't take more than 5 seconds to look at my mouth, tell me the most obvious things and leave. This last time, I needed a root canal done, which btw they don't do in office so you're referred somewhere else for an endo that will charge 5x more than a general dentist to do a root canal, then you have to go back and get the crown done which BTW, crazy fees. My crown is $495 with my insurance, they're charging me $790 because $200 out of those are "lab fees" which I just called another office and their lab fees are $100 so with that, take what you will. Not to mention that I was told I had to do a 2nd root canal on tooth #3 which in another office I am being told that the cavity is on tooth #2 and that it looks like it can be fixed with regular filling and that a root canal is not needed. They coordinators never pick up their phones and when they do they don't bother to explain things in detail, giving sorry excuses for their prices. I really don't recommend this place.

Positive experience: The dental hygienist, dental assistants and dentist here are very good at caring for the patients and providing excellent dental care. It is difficult though to talk to the receptionist, because of their automated phone answering system. Don't miss an appointment or you will have to go in person to reschedule.

Negative experience: I took my mother to this clinic because she was in severe pain, and the place had been recommended to us. However, she was not treated. We were told that it was “probably” a root canal and that we would need to consult a specialist. Despite the lack of treatment, we were charged almost $300 for an X-ray and a five-minute consultation. The clinic then refused to provide written documentation explaining what actually occurred during the appointment, giving me only a list of “procedures” and their prices. As a result, my insurance company refused to reimburse the cost, and I lost the money. The dentist appeared unprepared and rushed. I attempted to contact the clinic several times to resolve the issue, and when they finally provided documentation, it contained incorrect dates and was therefore useless. At that point, I gave up. I don't recommend to anybody. Stay clear from this place.

Fantastic experience: My dental hygienist Valentina was wonderful! She walked me through everything she was doing, chatted about my teeth, and she had a cute personality! I was in and out of the chair in no time and my teeth feel and look great!

Negative experience: Doctor Valentin assumed my daughters permanent retainer fell out due to diet when in reality the last time she was in for cleaning the hygienist loosened it even after my daughter asked them to be careful because she had a permanent retainer. It’s better to ask questions than make assumptions.

Negative experience: Worst dental place ever. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked an appointment explicitly for an orthodontist consultation. When I got there they didn’t even have my information! After waiting for 1 hour they took me in, they took me for a “general consultation” that I didn’t even request for. After all they asked me if I wanted to book an appointment another day with the orthodontist which I called in to see to begin with. On top of that they wanted to charge me for the “general consultation” I didn’t ask for. This place is a circus.

Negative experience: I was a patient here for 6+ years and never had an issue until I had a change in my insurance information. I got there early to give them the new card. Normally you go to any doctor/dentist and give them the new card and they’re able to verify within a reasonable amount of time? Not this place. I was told they had to make a bunch of calls which took over an hour. I wasn’t given any information until I asked. I said “Why is this process taking so long? I’ve never had this issue at another office before.” Granted I was frustrated, but no rudeness or tone were used at all. I was told by the front desk “you don’t need to talk to me in that tone ma’am. You should’ve done this before.” I said I wasn’t trying to be disrespectful I just wanted what was happening to be explained. She proceeded to embarrass me in front of the whole staff, who came out to watch the scene as if it was a movie or something. Finally after 90+ minutes of waiting I was seen and received good dental care. I will NEVER set foot in there again. Go to Coast Dental instead!

Fantastic experience: I’ve seen Dr Pantzoulas several times for multiple implants. He has great skill and professional manner and always provides a painless experience. Everyone there is professional and friendly. Will always return here for oral surgery when needed.

Negative experience: Cleaning was great! Just Make sure you know what you are supposed to be paying for a co-pay. Was just charged an incorrect amount for a cleaning and paid upon checkout. When I checked my insurance copay provisions and it stated a different amount for a cleaning I had to go back in and get refunded and re-pay the correct (lesser) amount.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for atleast 20 years, have grown up in the establishment. It’s really gone downhill lately or it seems that front desk is a little unprepared ; this is the second time I’ve checked in and my name has been highlighted and the same young man has forgotten to check me in. I went up after waiting again for 30 minutes to ask if it was almost my time - then I think he realized his mistake. But then the personnel in the back ask why I’m late and they seem as if I was late and pushed them back on their schedules. Not my intent! I arrive early every- time. Please double check your sign-ins when you’re not up front. Thank you

Positive experience: I had a 230 appointment today and when I got there they told me that I canceled my appointment at 8am for the 30th. I asked why would I canceled my appointment and show up for my appointment? I confirmed my appointment days and the day before my appointment they sent me a reminder. They told me that someone did, they don’t know what happened. I asked them, who? They don’t know. They told me that they will put me back on for 3, when I got in the back to get my clean. They hygienist told me that he had me down for 230 and he saw that. They switch me to 3. I will not be going back there, because for this appointment and before this one. They was to call me to make appointment for me to get my crown and they still haven’t call me. Some of the doctors there are rude too, so NO not anymore.

Negative experience: They never answer my calls, I’ve been trying to schedule for weeks and no one called me back. Last year I had to leave work early and go to their office. Around 4:30 the door was closed, I waited until a patient left and I entered. No one had a good explanation why they don’t want to open when knocked.

I am in my 6th decade of life, and my teeth are in good shape thanks to their efforts and advice to me for home care. I would highly recommend them to any1 that needs a superb Dental Team! Thank you, Ladies!!! After many years, now 2025 Im still a happy client… Update: i just got, hopefully, my last crown I’ll need. 3 in the past year on my back teeth, that get a ton of chewing. They are cubic zirconia, beautiful, & much stronger than the ones from two decades ago. Stephanie, Dr. Figuroa’s assistsnt, did a great job on my temporary crown & help on permanent crown! Im very happy!

Negative experience: I just keep trying with this place. Let me first say Dr. Maria Morales is very sweet and kind. Now let me briefly explain the reason for my 2 stars. Sometimes the kindness of someone isn’t enough to keep enduring bad service. I am ONE client and the amount of mistakes that have been made with me- you gotta wonder who else is this or has this happened to. They schedule appointments and forget to hit “a button”, you show up-and you’re not on the schedule. You call and leave messages for your providers office and dental assistant and if you get a call back within the same week- then you are rare. I live close by so the amount of times I’ve had to get in my car and go over and stand in front of the person I’ve sent messages to so that I get resolution is frustrating. The cancel appointments without notifying you. You show up - appointment card in hand- you aren’t on the schedule- must have forgotten to click the button. You leave messages, call even email-at best a week before hearing anything You get a referral to see a specialist after being told they will verify who takes your insurance- you get a Dr- you schedule an appointment and find out, they actually don’t take your insurance. And lastly- if you have an appointment -you might as well show up 30 minutes late because you’re never even called within 25 minutes of arriving. Just today while sitting in the office waiting for my appointment- I saw a man there before me -after 30 minutes approached the counter -they told him oh we moved you to 10- so it will be another 30 minutes. Woman arrived/ I’m here for my 9:30- oh sorry it was at 9 so you need to reschedule - she had card in hand. Then I get called- So sorry we cancelled your appointment last week- No notification- why? If you’re ok with wasted time, frustrations then this place is OK/ Again the Dentist is very nice and thorough.
