Fantastic experience: I love the professionalism at this office. The latest technology and equipment. Very clean. They get you in, out, and done! If they see a concern in your exam, they SHOW you on the TV what they see. They clearly outline your treatment plan on the screen for you to see line by line the cost before they do anything.They are not a mill that tries to invent problems for them to charge you for. Everyone is very caring.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate that my regular tech Jason always does a complete job when performing my routine cleaning and fluoride application. Always remembers my name, super polite and super people skills.

Fantastic experience: 12/03/25 update: I stand by this review......For someone like me who has dental insurance, there are many options for me within 5 miles of my house... not every dentist office seems to get this or care. Rivercrest Commons Family Dentistry has exceeded my expectations in pretty much every category. The place is clean and modern, the staff is friendly, they are punctual, and professional. I would recommend to anyone giving them the opportunity to earn your business.

Fantastic experience: After a scooter accident a couple of year ago, I was left with a lot of dental issues. Extreme sensitivity, scar tissue. I’ve been going to Rivercrest Commons Family Dental. The Dentist is very nice and the staff is very friendly. But Dustin is an exceptional dental hygienist. His gentle, understanding attitude, and attention to detail make every appointment easy and stress-free. I always leave feeling well cared for. Absolutely the best!

Fantastic experience: My experience with Rivercrest Commons Family Dental has been amazing. Moving to Florida, I needed a new dentist. My first choice was a disappointing one, so I turned to NextDoor for recommendations and found RCFD. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew this was going to be a great experience. Everyone working at the desk was very friendly and informative. Then I met Amanda, my hygienist. She is amazing! She is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I briefly met with Dr. Santos. She was also friendly and informative. During my follow-up visit, I had some billing questions, and these were answered kindly with a detailed explanation. A NEW hygienist, Indy, called my name. She immediately recognized my concern about seeing a new face (my previous dentist never had the same hygienist twice.) She informed me Amanda was not feeling well (but would return) and assured me she would take good care of me....and she did. Indy is also amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. At the end of the appointment, she scheduled my follow-up with Amanda. She even noticed that one of my upcoming appointments wasn’t at my preferred time and offered to reschedule it earlier. I had an amazing dentist at Dentistry at East Piedmont in Atlanta for many years. Moving to Florida, I wasn't sure I would find an office that measured up. After this visit, I am confident Rivercrest Commons Family Dental will be just as great!

Fantastic experience: The hygienist and dentist both put lip balm on me before getting to work…. I could cry. It was love at first drill. They also always thoroughly wipe my face at every drip, drop and dribble. It’s the small things. But the larger things are also very seamlessly handled. Dr Santos does amazing work and really makes sure my pain level is 0. Justin is equally a wizard at what he does. My questions and concerns are always heard and taken seriously. Definitely one of my top rated dentist office experiences thus far. Been with them for a few years now. They’re stuck with me for sure.

Fantastic experience: Today was the first time I’ve visited Rivervcrest Family Dental and I was lucky enough to sit with Stephanie! She was so sweet and warm making me comfortable throughout, stopping periodically to ask if I had any questions, as you can tell yes I’m in the older group lol. She took me step by step through the exam and discussed everything with me every inch of the was. We laughed and shared a couple experiences and the Dr. was just as nice and helpful. Negative experience: My hygienist is absolutely amazing!! However, the dentist was super pushy about wanting me to get invisalign, and when I refused, she was completely rude to me. I have decided to find a new dentist office because of how I was treated.

Negative experience: I wasn’t going to leave a review, but since you sent a text asking I will. I’m sorry to say I had the worst cleaning I’ve ever had yesterday. It was rushed and not at all thorough. X-rays, cleaning and exam and I was seen for about 25 mins total. The hygienist was very nice, however she only flossed about a quarter of my teeth and barely polished. I’m not sure if they were overbooked and were rushing. I’ve had really great cleanings in the past, but this time was very disappointing. Not planning to come back.

Fantastic experience: Iam a new patient and I made an appointment and it was scheduled far out and i wasn't expecting it but the young lady at the front desk call to get me in the next day which I appreciate that the staff was very professional and my hygienists was the best very patient with me and explained everything to me as she work I'm so happy I chose this office this was the best experience ever.

Fantastic experience: Great staff great dentist. My anxiety is always at its peak when going to the dentist. The staff always makes sure I'm at ease before my dentist comes in and then he assures me that I will be fine. For some reason the numbing with the needles don't hurt anymore. I believe it's because they are gentle and care about me. Best dentist and staff ever.

Fantastic experience: I was referred to this dental office by the VA to receive community care since the VA didn’t have any availability appointments to recieve care. I had my very 1st appointment today & was quite impressed by the staff & doctors. ARASELI was my technician & she was very professional & explained all the treatment that I needed to get done before I receive an implant. To my surprise they were able to evaluate me & provide all the necessary treatment needed which included 3 crowns, 2 filings and repair a chipped tooth. All this evaluation & work was completed within 3 hours. This would’ve taken the VA many separate appointments & months to complete. Dr Nader was very attentive & made sure proper anesthesia was provided prior to the work received. They made a 2-week follow up to receive my permanent crowns & an appointment for a cleaning. This appointment was very pleasant and hassle free. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: I have been seeing this dental office for 5 years. Thanks to the team but especially Mr.Dustin my oral hygiene significantly improved. My gum is healing and I believe it is because of his advice and high quality of care and service. He explains everything FROM flossing TO how I should hold my toothbrush to get a deep clean in my mouth. He is very precise and gentle. Thank you.

Negative experience: The front staff is kind but this is a business for sure not a dentist. I was told I needed 7 fillings a cap and a tooth removed. I went to a family dentist not a chain for a second opinion and turns out only two cavities and thousands of dollars less.

Not all these medical terms, that I couldn't understand. They worked with my insurance to get me the lowest copay possible!! My teeth aren't in the best shape, but there's Hope after all!! Lol! Sitting in a recliner can be a little uncomfortable, but they have blankets, neck pillows, etc... to calm your fears!! I was treated like family!! Not enough words to explain how Grateful I am for the Best dental care I've ever received!! I definitely recommend!! Update.. had to have a bad molar pulled. Woke up this morning with no pain, no swelling, even my jaw stopped hurting!! The dentist did an impeccable job!! Fantastic!! What a way to start my day!!

I have severe anxiety and Dr. Tony Nader and his team are the best when it comes to providing a gentle touch, thorough explanations, comfortable environment, excellent quality of work, and ability to put anxious patients like me at ease.

Fantastic experience: The dentist and hygienist were so good with the kids!! My 4 year old felt safe enough to go into the room across from us and my 2 year old did so well.

From my very first visit, Dr. Santos and her assistant, Luisa, made me feel instantly at ease. Both Dr. Santos and Luisa were excellent at explaining procedures and aftercare, which significantly eased any post-visit anxiety I might have had. They also went above and beyond to accommodate my unusual work schedule, which involves frequent travel and extended time between visits. Despite the added complexity this created, they developed a treatment plan that worked for me without hesitation. Their dedication to their craft and genuine sympathy for my situation made it possible for me to take on a new position at work with confidence—no longer feeling self-conscious about my smile. The end result far exceeded my highest expectations, and I will be forever grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Santos, Luisa, and the kind and extremely helpful office staff at Rivercrest Commons Family Dental highly enough. Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the dentist but I’ve kept my specific insurance so I can still come to this office. Dr. Santos, Cindy & Stephanie are amazing ! All 3 are truly amazing. The way they work together in a surgical procedure is like watching Dancing With the Stars. It seems like they “glide” and know each other’s moves and needs. Definitely 10 out of 10!

My hygienist name is Dustin. He is always educating me and he takes his time during my cleanings. If you are looking for a good dentist office this is the place for you. The first office is pleasant and willing to get you in to accommodate your schedule.

Positive experience: Having issue with 3:30 appointments isn't something I am ok with when hours of operation state 5:30 close time. I haven't had any issues until now. I am shopping around a location that stays open later. People work and cannot always take off early. Other than the time issue I have had a decent time at this location.
