She was so considerate, always making sure I was comfortable and adjusting the water temperature and what tools she was using to minimize my dicomfort. Positive experience: The cleaning went well, and the hygienist was quite helpful. However, avoid Dr. Parker Tripp - not very friendly and gives the impression that it's a burden to come in and look at your teeth.

Fantastic experience: I could not be happier with the care I receive from the professionals at Riverside Dental. From the office staff to the dental hygienists to the dentists themselves, everyone is at the top of their game. The office is spacious, clean, and designed for your comfort. Thankfully they do not overbook, so they are respectful of each patient’s time. They are also neither overly passive or excessively aggressive when addressing issues that may arise with your dental health, and formulate sensible courses of treatment. They also do a great job of working with my insurance company, and I feel their billing structure and practices are fair and aboveboard. Five enthusiastic stars for Riverside Dental!

Fantastic experience: Amazing how accommodating Dr Stevens has been over the years. When we have emergency dental problems he bends over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. My 93 year old mother had her front tooth break off and she was too nervous to leave her place. Dr Stevens cleared an early morning spot so he could build mom a new tooth. Perfect match. 15 minutes.

Fantastic experience: It's Friday morning around 11:00 and my tooth is really hurting, the filling came out Thursday afternoon, after looking at a few dentists that were actually open on Friday, we decided to give Riverside Dental a call, they answered and I was told that they could see me at noon, I was really surprised, so we arrived a few minutes early to fill out the normal paperwork, the ladies there were very helpful, it was just a few minutes and I was taken to my room, exrays were taken right away, Dr Roundy came in, he explained my opinions, he ended up extracting the tooth, my experience with them was great, I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I am ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with riverside dental. My hygenist was so kind and patient with me. (I am sorry I forgot her name! ) I am TERRIFIED of dentist due to a traumatic experience. (So I highly focus on not having a panic attack.) She not only was kind and patient but made me feel comfortable. Dr.Stevens (I think that’s right) also wonderful! They made sure to answer my questions and let me know I had an option for something I didn’t know could be fixed!

Fantastic experience: Such friendly staff and very clean. Fast with getting you in and out!! Dr.Tripp is so Amazing I had to get a root canal done. Dr.Tripp is so good that I was able to go to work that afternoon with no pain.

Fantastic experience: Lloyd is my hygienist and I truly love his chair side manner and his work with cleaning my teeth. He cares and makes sure I’m comfortable due to my teeth being sensitive to cold. As for the doctors they are equally great. I would trust each one to work on me. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Fantastic experience: I was in St. George last weekend for a basketball tournament where unfortunately my tooth got knocked out. I called riverside dental’s emergency line and was met at the office by their Dr not 30 minutes later where he promptly reattached my tooth and sent me on my way. Truly grateful for their quick response and quality care!

Positive experience: Great access. I had my non-urgent appointment only 2 days after I called in! At my last visit with Riverside the saw me on a holiday a few hours after I called. My hygienist (Laura, I think) was kind and gentle. Dr Roundy offered to smooth out a rough area on one tooth even though I want scheduled for that at the time of my cleaning. Great place to get dental care. They also set up a plan for me to get a filling in one tooth and a crown for another, and made it happen within 2 weeks.

I had a great experience all around - from making the appointment, to x-rays, consultation and cleaning. The waiting room was clean, modern design with friendly and welcoming front office team member. Keilani was friendly and did an outstanding work on my cleaning. She was thorough and gentle making sure I was comfortable. Good first impression from Dr. Tripp. No upsell unlike previous dentists I've had. Just straight facts. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment with them yesterday, and they were incredibly friendly. Haven’t been to the dentist in over 10 years and I was really nervous, but the person that called me back (I think her name was Laura) was SO nice and made me feel really comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Savannah and Emily took such great care of me being a new patient. Savannah was especially patient with my insurance needs. Emily was amazingly gentle and caring. She is a skilled hygienist! I’m so glad I found this office being new to St. George. Also, I greatly appreciate the office atmosphere and the latest technology in dental equipment.

Negative experience: Dr Tripp was wonderful and their assistants were pleasant. Their billing and front office didn't keep good notes on payments resulting in miscommunication and frustration. Ultimately, there are a gazillion dentists in the area, I'll be looking for another one.

Fantastic experience: I went to check out this dental establishment based on the reviews | read on Google. It was very important to me, as I have some major work needing done. Wow! The reviews were spot on! This place is top notch and I am so excited to have found a place that I love! Everyone that I had interaction with there, was exceptional. I hate going to the dentist as most people, but they make you not feel that way at all. Dr Roundy has a great bedside manner, and I am blessed to have found the perfect dentist for me. My dentist search is finally over as I am fairly new to the area. I would recommend Riverside Dental Care to everyone!!!

Fantastic experience: I've never had a good experience with dentists, most dentists aren't gentle and don't really care about your comfort. Dr. Tripp did, he's honestly one of the best dentists i have ever been to, he made sure I was comfortable and talked me through everything. He was really gentle with his work. His assistant Maci i think was her name was also really great she explained everything and gave me a hand while I was getting the procedure done, definitely felt calm and safe. Overall, 10/10 would recommend this dentist being your first choice, you aren't gonna find a dentist that does better work than this one.

Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience at Riverside Dental. This last week all 6 of my family members went at the same time. They had us in and out within an hour. All the hygienists are great! They put my nervous kids at ease and explain everything to me. Dr. Tripp is always thorough and I will always recommend this practice to people looking for a dentist.

Fantastic experience: Didn't expect near the operation they have going on at the new location on 3000 E! Nice office, huge staff. My hygienist was fantastic! The best I've ever had! I feel like we could be besties! The dentist was a little cool, but I only saw him for like 3 min. Hygienist explained every step of the way and showed me every X-ray thoroughly explaining what I was seeing and what she was looking for. She even commented that she was suspicious that the fillings I have from years ago were unnecessary. All these things made me feel very comfortable trusting her advice.

Fantastic experience: There was an error with appointments scheduled online but the staff kindly looked into it and apologized for the mix up. They were able to still make room for our appointment. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful.

Negative experience: I’ve been pretty loyal to this place over the years. The docs are ok and friendly but far too rushed to give any personal attention. The docs don’t discuss prices so you are forced into a used-car dealership experience where you get railroaded into accepting insane pricing schemes. They’ll quote you one price and then it’s a much higher in the end. Except for the docs the rest of the staff is atrocious. If you come in with a fat checkbook or bottomless credit card you’ll get primo service. If you live paycheck to paycheck you’ll be treated like pond scum. You shouldn’t have to leave the dentist feeling like you’ve been violated. Go anywhere else but here if you’re on a budget.

Fantastic experience: I'm from Ohio and had lost part of my front tooth's veneer. It happened on a Sunday and I stopped in at 8:00 a.m. Monday and I was out the door by 9:30. Perfect. They went above and beyond.

Regardless of who sees you they are professional, competent and skilled and cost is reasonable by comparison to others. This time had pain I needed checked out. Turned out to be nothing serious but got my peace of mind. For me in quick (as usual for an urgent check issue). Both locations are great. Only place I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Got a second opinion here because the dentist I went to first said needed three fillings. I was skeptical because I had a feeling it wasn’t necessary. Dr Tilt took the time to explain why the other dr would have said I needed the fillings but I appreciated his conservative approach by saying he didn’t think I needed them filled yet. He was also super caring and answered all of my weird questions.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist I've ever had & im 70 yrs.old. Very gentle hands. All staff very attentive to my comfort. Extremely modern, I like the tv's on the ceiling. Lol Seriously, my dentist is extremely creative in making a front top prosthesis that 2 other Dentist said , it couldn't be done.

Fantastic experience: Dental visits give me anxiety, always have...I don't know why but I just dread seeing a dentist and my last dentist was very good, I was with him for a long time but I moved not too long ago so I needed to find one in my area. The first practice I visited for an initial consultation conveyed that I needed over $3,400 in dental care, which was a shocker because I don't have any teeth giving me issues. I went to Dr. Tripp for a second opinion, I am so glad I did. He placed a $92 filling in where the other dentist wanted to perform a root canal for $1,700. Dr. Tripp is a great communicator, explains all your options, gives his honest insight and has a very delicate touch when he is working on your teeth! Dr. Tripp is the man to see for all your dental needs!!

From the front desk personnel, to the doctors, from the hygienists to the assistants, I have always experienced the utmost professionalism and excellence in every point of contact. I cannot express how impressed I am with Chelsea, my hygienist. She is very professional, yet very personable. She is quick, yet very proficient. She makes it a point to get to know you as person, and not just a patient. She loves what she does, and it shows. I am grateful to have such a fantastic establishment in our valley with great employees, such as Chelsea, who make Riverside Dental Care Washington head and shoulder above the rest.

Fantastic experience: I was crushed by a semi which resulted in having a broken neck and being left a quadriplegic. I had a few broken teeth from the accident as well. They always made room for my wheelchair and never made me feel any weirdness. I've had about 15 to 20 Thousand dollars in work done in the last year and a half. multiple visits and they have all been 10 / 10. Super kind and professional. Now my entire family goes here. Kids and wife.

Fantastic experience: I recently moved to Utah and have been dreading finding a new dentist. After much research, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Dental Care. I have a history a periodontal disease and have always been embarrassed about the condition of my teeth. My teeth are crooked and my gums are receding. It takes an extremely gifted dental hygienist to clean my teeth where I feel no pain. I was very fortunate that Laurelee was assigned to me. Laurelee is very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She did a great job cleaning my teeth and it was pain free. I highly recommend Laurelee if you need an exceptional dental hygienist.
