I have not had any work done here outside of exams, but I feel confident and comfortable moving forward with my treatment plan and am very satisfied with the whole experience so far.

Fantastic experience: Scheduled for an extraction by my regular dentist who didn’t have any appointments available but said Dr Wilcox was his preferred doctor so made the appointment, walked in and was visited immediately by the nurse, sat back, Dr came in, told me every Step he’d be doing, I plugged into my ear bud…. Less than one min he was finished!!!!! No joke! I kept asking “seriously” it was so funny! So fast!!! Great experience.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth that needed extraction and were causing me an extreme amount of pain. They were able to get me in on the same day and Dr. Syndergaard pulled them both for me. He and the ENTIRE staff from the front desk to the assistants were extremely nice and comforting. They made a procedure and appointment that was a little daunting into a good experience and were able to take care of me and my pain. It was refreshing to actually deal with people that care.

Fantastic experience: I was terrified of having major dental teeth work done because of past experiences. My advise, don't be. The progress that has been made in dentistry work is amazing. Fast, little pain and this office is very efficient.

Fantastic experience: This was a great experience. I went in for a second opinion about my TMJ as my jaw joint was painful and popping. After doing a CT scan of my jaw Dr. Wilcox came in to discuss the results with me. He professionally introduced himself and made me feel comfortable from the minute he did. He showed me my CT Scan results and explained them to me in a manner I could understand. I left this office feeling like they cared about me as a human being and were not out to take my money. Thank you, Dr. Wilcox and staff, for a very pleasant visit which could have been much different.

Fantastic experience: The staff here are very friendly and efficient. I’m always in and out as expected, and they always take great care in explaining every procedure. They also spend time at the end of each visit to explain every charge being billed to my insurance and my personal responsibility. Great people! The only criticism I have is the choice of music playing in the operatories is ugh, but it’s mostly a matter of preference I guess.

She also has excellent people skills and I leave with the cleanest teeth. She treats the whole person. It is indeed a pleasure to work with her. Dr. Syndergaard also is thorough and provides great customer service. Jessica in the billing department knows her stuff, is very welcoming and a treat to interact with while scheduling your next appointment and billing you for service rendered. I would encourage more dentists to refer their patients to Carson Periodontics if they have periodontal disease.

Fantastic experience: Had a surgical procedure by Dr Bauerle this week. The professionalism and efficiency of the administration and the clinical staff was excellent. Dr B. explained the procedure and solicited questions. The anesthesia was gentle, the procedure precise and the aftereffects accurately described. There was minimal discomfort that day (easily controlled by one ibuprofen) and no swelling afterwards. Highly recommended Dr Bauerle and his office/staff!

This office was recommended by two dear friends, and I understand why! Firstly, they got me in within days. So grateful for that. Then Dr. Syndergaard was simply fabulous. I was most terrified about the numbing injection in my upper, always the worst of a visit for me, and honestly, it was as close to painless as possible. I was blown away by the time spent explaining everything, before and during the procedure. Best dental experience I've had in my 70 yrs on the planet. I'm truly considering returning for followup care. 445 miles isn't an excessive drive, is it?? lol

Fantastic experience: Challenging tooth extraction in preparation for implant. Tooth had been growing attached to my jawbone for all of 80 years. After the challenging tooth extraction not even one Tylenol was required. Another successful science project by this talented Oral Surgery group. I highly recommend them.

My dentist, Dr Frugoli referred me to Carson Periodontics due to complications that could happen with a bone building "Prolia" I am currently taking. Dr Wilcox and his staff was so complete on explaining my whole situation. I will definitely have my procedures at Carson Periodontics. They care about you. Make sure you are very accurate and complete on all you medications and health history to help them know about you! I did and feel very confident they will do a great job for me.

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth needing extraction and needed an Oral Surgeon due to blood thinners I am on. I was able to get in within a few days for consult and Dr Wilcox was able to extract it same day! I was in the chair less than 1 hour! Was relieved the cost was reasonable considering I was unable to use my insurance. I highly recommend this practice!

The entire experience was great, (never thought I'd ever say great while describing a dental experience.) From check in with Jessica who engaged in light hearted talk with me while she got me all checked in and her sweet nature, I was relaxed from the start. Dr. Wilcox and his staff took the best care of me from small details to insure my comfort while in the chair to a quick and professional procedure...I would give them more stars if I could. Thank you for making my appointment the BEST dental experience I've had in my 50+ years... They are professional, caring and it's obvious that the entire office works together as a team.
