Fantastic experience: Betty Wallace, My first tooth extraction at My Dentist was way more than I could have ever expected! The whole procedure took about 35 minutes. Dr. Bista was so kind and so professional. Before I knew it, the tooth was OUT!! I highly recommend this facility!

Fantastic experience: The front desk was is always friendly. My hygienist Tara is fantastic. I highly recommend her for your dental needs. Explains everything in detail. I only want Tara to be my hygienist to take care of me. Dr. Bandana is great I have had cleanings, filings and cap replaced very attentive. Thank you'll for being so patient and kind with me.

Negative experience: I had zoom whitening and it left me incredibly sensitive for months. Besides manners is not the greatest either.

My granddaughter was with me, she talked to her and even took her to the treasure box! I really appreciated the extra attention. Now maybe she will be more relaxed when it is her turn to see the dentist.

Negative experience: While the staff is friendly, multiple times I had mentioned concerns I had and was brushed to the side. They would not even see what I believed was wrong, resulting in me developing a large cavity. I was genuinely disappointed in their behavior.

Fantastic experience: The temporary denture from the lab was not right again so Dr Bista made another impression to make it right. She is always attentive and listens like you are the only person in the office and she spends time with you until you are comfortable and understand everything. Her staff are the same way. I won't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: Dr Bista is great! She really cares about her patients! Everyone there is super nice and helpful! I’m so glad that I was referred to her! I was so worried about having needles in my mouth, but she numbed me up really good and I didn’t feel a thing! If you are on the fence or don’t know where to go, choose Dr Bista, you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: First time being here. Had some bad tooth pain and they discovered it was a decaying wisdom tooth that needed to be extracted. I've never experienced such care as I have with everyone here! Dr. Bista and her team are as friendly and caring for patients as they are informative! I am on day 3 of my extraction recovery and have had no pain, soreness or swelling. I passed out after the tooth came out but I have a history of this with getting medical work done, I was very well taken care of when I fainted as well. These people are great at what they do and they were very supportive of my anxiety and fear of dentist work! I hope I never have to have anything like this done again, but if I do I know where to go. Thank you for a great experience and a painless procedure!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for about two years and have brought the rest of my family here for treatment as well. Everything is extremely clean and the atmosphere is peaceful. The staff have all been very professional and kind, even when we've had to reschedule. Dr. Bista is that rare combination of knowledge & skills plus "bedside manner"- qualities not always found together in medical professionals. She clearly keeps up her education and I know she also volunteers her time in the community in her spare (!) time. A Pharmacist at Kroger told me to consider giving this place a call and I'm so glad I did! Thanks, Dr. Bista and Staff!

Fantastic experience: I have dentist anxiety really bad. They were so good at addressing the issue. A crown fell out and there was decay in the tooth. She couldn't save the tooth and had to be removed. NO PAIN AT ALL... I FELT NOTHING. She was kind and understanding. I highly recommend going to My Dentist.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I had a cleaning, with a next-day follow-up appointment for work to begin. We could not be happier with the results; the staff has been amazing. It is a professional, friendly, environment and we were treated extremely well at all times. We would have absolutely no reservations about recommending this business to family and friends. ***Update*** Subsequent visit went just as well as the first. Went back for a crown and a couple of fillings. Dr. Banda and the entire team make the entire process smooth and as difficulty free as anyone could possibly expect. My wife and I are greatly satisfied with the results with no complaints whatsoever.

Tara made me comfortable as she attended to me and with Dr. Bista I was provided with very informative options for present and future considerations about my smile & dental hygiene. Krista elaborated further on the details of those options as she provided additional information and provided more nomenclature to evaluate.

Fantastic experience: I've always had a great fear of dentist. When I was a kid my mom decided to have me put under gas and have all of my kid teeth removed. The only problem is I woke up halfway through the operation and couldn't let the dentist know I was conscious again. Dr Bifta(hope I spelled that right) took excellent care of me and she's the sole reason why my anxiety or fear of dentist is gone.

Fantastic experience: Dental office was very clean, front desk was super sweet, hardly any wait, very nice assistants, and dentist was very thorough and spoke to me in terms that were understandable. She also listened and agreed to my main concerns instead of forcing me to do things in the order she wanted to go in. Highly, highly recommend! 10 out of 10!
