Fantastic experience: I enjoyed my dental visit. I am usually a very anxious person when going to any dental offices. I was pleasantly calm throughout my first consultation. The entire staff were all professional and kind. The office is extremely clean and up to date on all their equipment. The dental tech, Lisa, is very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing throughout the visit. Dr. Wilson was professional, and honest with the exam. He and Lisa welcomed any concerns and questions I had throughout my visit, which were addressed completely. I would recommend this clinic where you can feel comfortable and get great treatment for all your dental needs.

Yesterday, one of my bottom rear molars cracked completely in half — painful, unexpected, and stressful. I called the office right away, and they were able to get me in first thing this morning, which I truly appreciated. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and efficient. Dental Hygienist Tiffany was outstanding — she immediately made me feel at ease and clearly explained everything that was going to happen. She went above and beyond by explaining and even demonstrating the pros and cons of each treatment option, ensuring that I fully understood my choices before moving forward. Her professionalism and compassion really stood out. Dr. Wilson then came in to review my X-rays and discuss the options in greater detail. He took his time walking me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly. After careful discussion, I decided on an extraction, bone graft, and future implant. During the procedure, Dr. Wilson was exceptional — he explained exactly what he was doing every step of the way and made sure I was comfortable throughout. His calm demeanor, attention to detail, and skill made what could have been a stressful procedure go extremely smoothly. The extraction and bone graft were completed efficiently and with minimal discomfort. It’s rare to leave a dental appointment — especially one involving surgery — feeling informed, cared for, and confident, but that’s exactly how I felt. The team at Family Dental Care went above and beyond from start to finish, turning an unpleasant situation into a genuinely positive experience. I have had a follow up appointment with Family Dental and again I cannot stress enough how caring, professional everyone is in the office. Whether it be a child for their first dental exam or a person needing dentures. I highly recommend Family Dental! It has been a year now since I have been going to Family Dental and I still give them 5 stars. Everyone in the office are always so friendly and are all very caring. Dr. Wilson explains exactly what needs to be done and always answers any questions you may have. If I could I would give them 10 plus . I cannot stress enough how caring, gentle, wonderful Dr. Wilson and staff is at Family Dental. We are so happy that they are our dentist. It truly does feel like a family!!!

Negative experience: The hygienist i had yesterday must have been new. It was a horrible experience and I felt like my comfort was not even taken into consideration. I havent been to the dentist in a couple years because of life circumstances and I actually dread going because of past trauma. I understand some of it is my own sensitivity but I had water dripping down my neck and on my face for most of my cleaning. Nothing was offered for numbing or anything so again bad experience. The last hygienist It took me 2 years to come back. I just felt like a number yesterday and wasn't going to complain but I also feel like I need to be heard.

Fantastic experience: The office is very efficient and friendly. My dental hygienist Crystal is amazing and although it is an extensive cleaning, it’s always pain free. Both dentists are professional, friendly and the front desk is always accommodating as well as billing.

Negative experience: Arrived at my scheduled 10:30 am appointment 15 minutes early. After checking in I was informed that my appointment was scheduled for 10:00 am. So that made me 15 minutes late so I had to reschedule since the dentist office could not fit me in. The photo clearly shows that my appointment was for 10:30 am. Maybe stop scheduling appointment 7 months out.

Fantastic experience: My family recently moved and needed to find a new dentist. My children were used to a pediatric dentist and felt very comfortable there. I was a bit apprehensive at using a family dentist but was very happy with how kind everyone was when we visited. My daughter is shy and didn’t want me to leave her side. Everyone was very accommodating and joyful toward her. Eventually she grew more comfortable and was smiling and talking by the end of the appointment. I’m very happy with our new dental home.

Fantastic experience: They were very prompt. I did not have to wait more than 5 minutes before being called back. The hygienist was very thorough with xrays, bitewings etc. in order to get a complete view of the inside of my mouth. This was needed to gain a baseline since I'm a new patient. The hygienist also told me everything he was doing as well as answered any questions I had. I was also provided recommendations and next steps. Overall it was a great experience.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth while eating lunch.. I called my dentist’s office and he was on vacation. They gave me the name of another practice. I called that practice and got their answering service who said the dentist had left for the day and would not be in the next day. So, I did an internet search for “emergency dentist” in my city. Dr. Wilson popped up. I called and they said they would work me in if I could be there in 30 minutes. Dr. Wilson was kind and compassionate. He removed the broken piece of molar that was barely hanging on, told me I needed a crown and that he could do it or I could go to my dentist when he returns from vacation. I decided to let Dr. Wilson do the work and may be changing dentists.

Fantastic experience: I have never been able to overcome my dental anxiety but when I saw in their new patient forms they actually asked about dental anxiety &mental health history it gave me hope. I walked in and everyone was so kind and understanding, the nurse helped me feel at ease and talked me through everything. Dr Wilson made me feel safe and never talked down to me or judged me for the condition of my teeth. If they read this I'm so sorry again for the tears, y'all have given me hope I can finally get work done and feel good about going to the dentist. To anyone with dental fear or anxiety I cannot recommend them enough. Wish I had found them sooner.

Fantastic experience: Mike, my hygienist, was thorough, gentle, and patient during my cleaning and initial evaluation. The practice uses advanced technology to scan my teeth and showed me close-up images of potential issues. All of this was covered (free to me) by my insurance. The office staff was friendly and efficient. This was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had in years.
