Fantastic experience: Hygienist was gentle but thorough.all involved seem extremely competent

Fantastic experience: Had a terrible traumatic experience with my last dental surgeon. I was a bit afraid to deal with any dentist office after. I found Park Slope Dental Arts and the call to get info and schedule the appointment was wonderful. Once I got there, everyone was very professional, warm and welcoming. And explained everything throughly. Dr Kuzetsov was very comforting, with good bedside manner and he actually listened to me and wasn’t dismissive. That was all I wanted was to visit an office where the Dr cared and took interest in my problem. I will be going back to him for my wisdom tooth extraction because I felt comfortable and sure. I pray that this staff remain caring and professional because that’s all patients want.

Soon as you arrive for your appointment and check in , their calling you in to be seen. My hygienist rui is the best, she has gentle hands and tells you what she is doing and what to expect next. She's very pleasant and always has a smile on her face. This is a great dental office if your looking for dentist to call home one that will care about you and your oral health.

Fantastic experience: I’m hesitant to leave this review because it might make the appointment queue worse. However, I can’t resist leaving this glowing review. Stepping into this dental office is like entering an art exhibit and spa for your mouth. The knowledgeable and professional staff and providers make you feel like a VIP. Cost: 4.5/5 While this office is slightly more expensive than average based on my experience, the quality of care and patient experience justify the higher costs. I can’t imagine investing in the latest dental technology is cheap, so the higher perceived costs feel justified. They even cover a full mouth X-ray for first-time patients, which I was initially concerned about since I already had one through insurance from a different provider earlier in the year. They must have direct access to insurance benefits, as they can verify coverage almost instantly, which is great for understanding patient costs at the point of service. Quality of Care: 5/5 Dr. Eddie thoroughly reviewed my chart and listened to my concerns about my teeth and mouth. He provided recommendations and helped me understand the treatment plan if I decided to pursue it. He prioritized a lower-cost option before suggesting the higher-cost one. I budgeted 1-1.5 hours for my first visit, but it took about 2 hours due to the thoroughness of the visit, including X-rays, cleaning, and a comprehensive review. Patient Experience: 5/5 The staff is fantastic! I love how I can communicate via text, email, or phone for scheduling or billing. They are very quick to respond. Appointment reminders are helpful to keep track of my schedule. The office is immaculately clean, and I wish my mouth was that clean and bright. It’s thoughtfully decorated with artwork, even legos. I was watching fish swimming on the ceiling while I had my teeth cleaned. Thanks to the skill, tools, and technology available, the cleaning felt painless. I thought I was at a spa for my mouth.

The location is very convenient. My kids also look forward to their regular visits because of the toys at the end and the screens keep them entertained.

Fantastic experience: 2025/09/11. Another great experience!! It’s like getting you dentistry done by family. We have be been going here since we moved to NYC in 2017. I can’t imagine using anyone else. It’s high tech, the employees are thoughtful and caring, and they know our entire family by name and history. Best dental experience in NYC!! Still the best of the best. These folks know me and my family. They care. It shows in every interaction and everything they do. We left the Slope and moved to Bay Ridge, but we didn’t change dentists…. My daughter will only see the dentist when she is home to visit from Raleigh. My kids grew up with Eddie, Rich, and their amazing staff and we will all continue to grow old with them. Not sure how long ago I wrote the paragraph below, but Park Slope Dental Arts is still as good as it gets! This is the friendliest, most high tech, down to earth dental experience I’ve had anywhere I’ve ever lived. They keep growing and keep adding the most accommodating staff; it just keeps getting better!! If you can get in, you will never want to leave! Always a wonderful, thoughtful, and quality experience!! Found these folks right after we relocated from the South Jersey suburbs of Philly, at the 7th Ave Street Fair, shortly after they opened up! Been through countless visits and 2 kids with braces! High tech and personal! Can’t beat it!

Fantastic experience: I would give 10 stars if I could. Dr Lee and the whole staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and use the coolest technology for imaging, etc. They explained things to my 12-yr old daughter with utmost respect, never talking down to her, even when explaining fairly technical clinical elements of her treatment plan. I couldn’t be happier to have her in Dr Lee and team’s care.

Fantastic experience: Needed a urgent tooth extraction. The office is a pleasure to deal with. They are freindly and easygoing .All questions and concerns were addressed. They gave me a same say appt due to my pain.Dr Sergei was very compassionate,skilled and kept asking throught the process how i was feeling. I was out in 40 min with minimal pain afterwards. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: How about I moved there hours away and Dr. Ed Lee is the only dentist I trust and all the staff just the same. I have been grateful since the day I met him, that he is my Dentist. I travel to Park Slope only to see Dr. Ed Lee and his staff. Park Slope Dental Arts is the only place that can make me feel very comfortable, which is very hard to do while I am on a dentist chair. Today I would say I am with Dr. Ed Lee around 15 years and glad I am.

Negative experience: Overall, the staff at this office are very nice. The hygienists and dental assistants are sweet and professional. The main downside is the long wait times—you can expect to wait close to an hour past your appointment time. My biggest issue was with Dr. Edward Lee. During my first visit, he was friendly, chatty, and took the time to explain things. However, my follow-up visits were very different. When I came in to start work on two crowns, he seemed visibly annoyed with me for asking which crown we should do first and which area to numb. He was impatient with my questions, sighed heavily when I mentioned my bite didn’t feel right, and overall made me feel rushed. Another concern: he repeatedly pushed me to remove my wisdom teeth, even though every other dentist I’ve seen has said there is nothing wrong with them. His office kept calling and messaging me about scheduling the procedure, which felt more like a money-driven upsell than genuine medical advice. One of the crowns he placed now catches floss, which shouldn’t happen, and I’m not confident in the quality of the work. Bottom line: The staff are kind, but I would not recommend Dr. Lee. If you choose this practice, I suggest seeing a different dentist

She explained things to me in a way that was not only understandable but also gentle. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she is a beautiful woman of Hispanic descent❤️

The dentist treated me with respect and as a partner in decisions of my own health, and took the time to answer all my questions. The dental hygienist and dental team were just amazing all throughout the process ensuring I was comfortable and most importantly really, really cleaned my teeth so thoroughly.

Negative experience: Dr Eddie Lee was the dentist that took my money yelled at me. I will not go back there again. That's the plan. Take my money and then yell at me.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience. The doctors (Dr Edward Lee and Dr Sergei) and their team are transparent about all parts of the process and as gentle as can be. Whether it’s routine work or a more involved procedure - I’ve never had a complaint. My children also go to PSDA and I’m surprised how positive they feel about having their teeth cleaned and happy they are after each visit.

Fantastic experience: I am here to visit family and noticed a tooth wasn’t looking right. I called Park Slope Dental Arts because they were the closest to my location. I explained my situation and they made room for me, the next morning. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly, and in the dental chair by 9:30, the exact time of my appointment. Dr. Fletcher took the BEST care of me, diagnosing a cavity, taking care of it and had me out the door and back with my family in 50 minutes!! If I lived here, Park Slope Dental Arts and Dr. Fletcher would be my primary. I’ve told all my local family members!! Dr. Fletcher and team, I can’t thank you enough!!! If I’d had to wait until getting home in 8 days, my procedure at that point would have been much more invasive and costly!!! You all are amazing and I’m indebted to your kindness in making room for me. THANK YOU!!!!

Fantastic experience: Edit: 07/12/2025: My wife an I go to see Dr Edward Lee. For me it has been 10 years. Now our girls see Dr Nancy Yu. Let us tell you, she is the most patient when it comes to children. So knowledgeable. The whole staff is so nice and welcoming. Rue was so gentle with the girls. After their cleaning, the kiddos look forward to getting their "token" for their toy of choice. It's the most kid friendly pediatric dentistry. Complimentary toothbrush, tooth paste, floss. Everything is so CLEAN. Its not always like that with other dental offices. HEPA air filters everywhere. Brightly lit. I would say one of the most underrated things about PSDA is the reception staff. Communication is instant via text, email, phone call. Texting is SO convenient since you don't have to make an appointment on the spot and then change it again due to scheduling conflicts. Texting gives you that flexibility. There is no waiting. Well.. besides their appointment bookings. They are booked months in advance. Its hard to get an appointment if you don't pre-schedule. All in all.. their service has not changed since opening. PSDA just keeps getting better and better in their care, service. What a wonderful SUPREME team. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dr. Lee worked on my teeth for quite some time. When I found out about his new location, I chose to travel a bit further because I trust his work. Approaching the practice, you can tell it’s different than most dental offices. Upon entering, you’re greeted by their courteous staff members. Everything seems high end, top of the line, but most importantly, CLEAN. In addition to x-rays, they use infrared scans to get a full image of your teeth. They have multiple HDTVs in each room. From here, the doctor will also pull up the imaging and walk each patient through the process. Oh yeah, there’s also a TV on the ceiling. (In case you get bored while getting your teeth cleaned) You can tell they put a lot of thought into this project, and to them – patient care is priority. Truly a memorable first visit – and it won’t be my last.

Negative experience: I've gone here for years, even in the moments when I've been OON, because their service is so excellent. But my last cleaning experience was the worst I've had in a decade. The hygienist was extremely clumsy and the tools kept hitting other teeth and my gums, the polishing brush was pressed so hard into my teeth you could hear it struggling and almost stopped spinning, and the flossing felt like a saw going into wood. In one visit it went from the best dental experience to one of the worst.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sergei removed my fractured wisdom tooth painlessly and in about 3 min and was great walking through process and X-ray need. Can’t believe I was in and out in 20 min. Healing has been great too so he did a superb job as did whole staff at Dental Arts. Def going back again for another one that should come out.

Fantastic experience: My experiences at Park Slope Dental are “almost” a joy. The only reason it isn’t a joy, is because I am needing to sit there with my mouth open and someone working in it! However, that being said, from the moment you walk in, you’re treated with care. I have never had to wait, and the dentists (mine is Dr Fletcher but I’m told the others are as wonderful and talented. The hygienists are gentle, thorough and informative. I always feel confident that my experience will be a good one!

Fantastic experience: I, like many others I know, am NOT a fan of going to the dentist. I was shopping around for a new one when I broke a tooth. I was able to call up a get an emergency appointment, on a Saturday, to be seen that day. I was blown away by how kind, thoughtful, and caring the entire staff and especially Dr. Eddie were. The office waiting area and exam rooms are absolutely gorgeous and super high tech. TV on the ceiling people when you lay back! I had some high risk health concerns and they were so careful and took the time to answer aLL my questions and to go over everything with me. Can't recommend enough!! Adding that now my kids go to Dr Cheryl and we LOVE LOVE LOVE her as our pediatric dentist. She is so kind and makes things a breeze for the kids.

Aside from them using the latest technology to care for your teeth, I appreciate how they explain everything. From results, to recommended procedures, you will receive a thorough evaluation. Their staff are be very friendly, thorough and also willing to answer questions. I have always been adverse to Dentist, but PSDA makes the experience very manageable, customer friendly and confident. Fantastic experience: We love PSDA! The pediatric care is fantastic! Dr. Cheryl is kind, patient, funny and knowledgeable! She makes my son very comfortable and throughly explains everything. We also love Dr. Richie for my son’s orthodontist care! These two are truly class acts and my so has no fear or issues going to the dentist. Super happy we were recommended to come here.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough wonderful things about everyone at Park Slope Dental Arts. I was nervous about my first visit because I’d had only one dentist since I was six. But the waiting area is super cozy and there are TVs in each room on the wall and ceiling so you can watch no matter what position you’re in. All the hygienists are gentle and friendly, and Dr. Eddie is always thorough. During one visit I had Dr. Fletcher, which was a lovely surprise, because she’s so sweet. They all take time to educate you about how best to take care of your teeth in between visits. However, the best thing I could’ve done for myself was to see Dr. Rich for Invisalign. He’s super friendly and cool, and he got my teeth looking perfect for all those zoom meetings. I love this practice so much I’ve referred my mom, dad, grandmother, colleague, and best friend here. I’m definitely a customer for life.

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and above all-professional. The retro toys and figures on the wall always catch my attention and bring out my inner child. My wife finally found a dentist that didn't rattle her nerves because Tatiana and Dr. Fletcher are incredibly gentle. They always spark the finest conversations and bring out he best laughs. They're especially great with the little ones. My eldest daughter's braces were just removed; I've never seen her smile so much, so confidently. The younger ones love going to their visits with Dr. Yu. She always has cool sneakers gives them compliments about how big and wonderful they are growing at every visit. Park Slope Dental Arts is true, top tier, family friendly establishment.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, but I switched to Dr.Lee’s practice because my wife has been very happy with it. I was likewise impressed with the staff, the facility, and Dr. Lee.

Positive experience: I had a really great experience here, and with Dr. Fletcher. She has an amazing, calming bedside manner and I didn’t feel a thing during my (quite quick) procedure. The space itself is also a very nice experience. I’m actually looking forward to going back! I think they are a but pricey, but I feel like it’s worth it for the quality all around.

Fantastic experience: It is always a pleasure going here even though I don’t like dental cleaning in general, they always do their best to make you comfortable, the doctors and staffs are caring, professional and treat you with comfort. It’s a like a spa for your teeth!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Fletcher and Dr. Kuznetsov provide outstanding dental care. I would fly across the country to visit them. Dr. Fletcher is excellent with general dentistry, always ensuring a comfortable and thorough experience. Dr. Kuznetsov performed my wisdom tooth extraction, and I was amazed at how smooth it was. By the second day, I had little to no swelling and no pain at all. Everyone kept telling me to wait until day 3-5 where it gets worse but it’s been a week since my procedure and I’m back to normal! The dental hygienists have also been fantastic. They’re very thorough, gentle, and made every visit a pleasant one. I highly recommend this amazing team!

Fantastic experience: I have had mostly negative experiences with dentists - incredibly judgmental about the state of my teeth, don't even ask me if I do all the things i'm supposed to (and I do!) it's just bad genetics and bad history of orthodontia. ANyway, Park slope dental arts is THEE BEST experience I've had. Dr. Fletcher and my hygenist were so so kind, explained everything, and made me feel cared for. front desk staff were so sweet as well. I'm so glad i finally found a dentist close to me that I actually trust and like.

Fantastic experience: I always have such a great experience here. They really know how to make their patients comfortable. Today the hygienist put Vaseline on my lips before doing my cleaning and they have lots of tv options to choose from if you want to watch something. Everyone is very kind and warm! Highly recommend dr. Fletcher.

Negative experience: Truly disappointed with the experience here. Dr.Lee Eddy is extremely condescending and rude and is truly a terrible dentist with a bad temper. He performed a filling and after placed a crown on my bottom molar and unfortunately did not do it correctly. Fast forward now going to a new dentist he said this was unnecessary done since the tooth did not need it. When I asked Dr.Lee, he was unapologetic and seemed money hungry. I Don’t recommend this place to anyone! Please be careful!!! I now go to Dr.Eric Steinbach, he is a little further from me but he is truly amazing at what he does and is a superb person! Dr.Lee needs to get some classes on being empathetic and have better bedside manners. Truly disgusted with his clinic and treatment.
