You are treated as if you are the only patient there. The whole staff is patient and listen to what you have to say. They want to make sure you are satisfied with the service performed. I really like that it shows they are concerned with the interest of their patient .I would recommend Dr. C to anyone. Go, you would experience the same. Every visit is an experience of sheer pleasure. I like going to Doctor C. All staff is so courteous and helpful making you feel you are the only patient. They really do their best to make you happy and satisfied with whatever procedure you had done there at the dentist. I’ve never experienced such an awesome visit at a dentist before, it’s not a dentist office it’s a relaxing spa!!! Thank you for everything. My visit on October 13th was amazing my hygienist was excellent. Very friendly made me feel comfortable at ease. We talked like we were old friends. The atmosphere there is so pleasant. The whole staff is amazingly helpful, accommodating, speak kindly to you. I like going there. Dr. C is amazing if you had a problem she does not make you feel you are a nuisance for checking it out. Fantastic experience: I went in because I had been looking for a place to get a root canal done, and I am so grateful I found Charpentier Family Dentistry. Dr. T and his assistants were incredibly kind and helpful, and they made me feel truly comfortable and at home. A huge shout-out to Heather… she was able to get me in the very same day I called, and they even did the root canal that same day! I couldn’t be more thankful to have had my tooth taken care of right on the spot. Charpentier Family Dentistry is truly a blessing, and I’m so glad I was able to experience their care.

Fantastic experience: Today was my very 1st visit. I was greeted with a smile and a welcome. My wait wasn’t long and the dental assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about what they offer. I was offered a host of complementary choices to make my visit more comfortable like Netflix, a blanket, etc. The dentist was very patient, pleasant and helpful. She took her time, answered every question that I had even showed me some models of different dentures that they offered. Even though I went to have a wisdom tooth x-rayed, she took her time and examine all my teeth and suggested Some other work be done over a period of time. Or however, I choose to do it. No Dennis will look at your whole mouth when you’re going there for only one tooth that was exceptional.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist can be scary. But Dr. Charpentier and Maggie were so wonderful with my son. He was extremely nervous, he hasn’t had a cavity filled before, both showed patience and kindness to him, explaining and reassuring him through the entire process of fixing his cavity. He got to pick a movie to watch, with headphones, and had a nice warm blanket to help keep him comfortable. He left the office with no tears shed and an experience that will allow him to return to the dentist without fear next time. I would highly recommend Dr. Charpentier and her wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: Very accommodating and professional. The staff is great and can make you feel comfortable. My daughter and I go here and she received her invisalign through them. Very effective in getting her teeth aligned. Our cleanings are always pleasant. State of the art equipment and also offers medical spa services. Highly recommended. Happy I found Charpentier dentistry in New Iberia. The staff is outstanding Hayley is obviously happy at her job. She is Courteous and also very attentive. Your offered a neck pillow or a blanket if you’re chilled it’s just a wonderful atmosphere. For a two hour stay and a lot of work I feel fine. Just FYI, I’m 66
