Fantastic experience: 10/10 Definitely Recommend I had to get a broken wisdom tooth removed that was bother me really bad. I have major dental fear especially those needles and everyone was very kind and understanding. Dr Aaro really took his time explained everything to me and was very gentle I didn’t experience any pain during the numbing or the procedure. This is exactly how you take care of your patients I will always go here for all of my dental needs

Negative experience: Unprofessional, I made an emergency appointment and besides the fact that I work 12 hr shifts including on thanks giving you guys took it upon yourselves to send me an email an hr before my appointment canceling my appointment because I didn't confirm mind you I did this appointment on Wednesday the day before thanks giving, and the receptionist is miserable, incompetent and rude so yea I will take my business elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I have a very real fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Arro and his team have been wonderful to work with over the past year and a half. I had an emergency but kept going to them after that was taken care of because I just really liked the care I got. Now I have all of my dental work completed and just go for cleanings. Fantastic experience: Just moved to the area. Had an abscess/infection in a tooth that had a root canal. Was able to get an appointment same day i called. Exam and full xray of mouth. Extremely fair price as i dont use insurance. Dr Aaro is great. Did a thorough exam and was clear and concise about what i was dealing with. Sent the xrays to a family member who is a dentist and they were impressed with how good the xrays are done at this office. Dr Aaro recommended extraction of the tooth and my family agreed. Was able to make an appointment for for 2 days later. Had the tooth extracted today and everything went smoothly. Many thanks to Dr Aaro and his amazing staff. Everyone here is super friendly and considerate. I will be coming back in a month to do a cleaning. If you think something is wrong with your teeth, good chance there is. Fantastic experience: I came in complaining of a toothache. I was really nervous and the Dr. Aaro was so nice about it. He reassured me and gave me extra shot of anesthesia which was great lol….overall the visit and extraction was painless and fast!! Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

My son had a dental emergency last month, and they were able to see him first thing the next morning. He had a problem tooth that got broken and we were both honestly a little embarrassed at not having it seen about sooner. The dentist came in and immediately explained how easy such a thing happens and told a story of his own experience as a child. We both breathed a sigh of relief! He was very thorough in our options and the whole experience was great! I’ve since been myself as a patient and plan to get my whole family there soon! 10/10 recommend!

I will be returning to have my front tooth root removed, ( I had a crown break off) he will insert bone and stitch it up. I will be leaving with a partial. ( Yes, I'm having anxiety about it ) I will do a follow up post about my experience . My appointment is in a couple of weeks! ***update** Everything went great just had the stitches removed yesterday! Excellent Dr. And staff, I greatly appreciate all of their work. Negative experience: Made my appointment for a tooth consultation, told them I had x-rays taken the day before, they said I could bring them and would not need to retake x-rays. When I got there they refused to see me unless I agreed to panoramic x-rays.

Recently needed LOTS of dental work and was recommended this office by a friend. Coming from someone with HORRIBLE dental anxiety, they are truly the best. The doctor made me feel safe and was very therapeutic in his delivery of keeping me calm whilst extracting my tooth in less than 5 minutes. He used just the right amount of anesthesia so that my whole face wasn’t numb as that has been a horrible experience in the past. Very professional, skilled this dentist/doctor is! I am so thankful to all of the staff at Jacksonville ER and family dental clinic University. I look forward to many years of treatment with this office.

During the extraction the dentist did breathing techniques with me and kept me very calm. The environment is very calming and peaceful. The environment is very clean and the staff is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I was in complete agony when I arrived as a walk-in. The staff was very helpful and nice. I was seen promptly and treated with kindness and concern. I arrived around 0805 and had the tooth extracted and was on my home by 0915. The dentist was gentle and informed me of everything he was doing. The assistant did an excellent job explaining what to expect and the post extraction instructions. I highly recommend Jax Emergency Dental. They were very cost-effective compared to other quotes I received. I will definitely utilize them again and have made plans for them to be my new dental home.

From the administrative staff Christine, and other lovely ladies upfront to the dental hygienists Monica and Dr. Arrow. They are always accommodating and when I have had an emergency, they were always able to see me right away and resolve my issue. Fantastic experience: Multiple services done from cleanings to dental implants. Everyone from the front desk to Dr Aaro are fantastic. If need be they will work out a treatment plan that fits any budget. I've been to numerous dentists, and most try to upsale or charge ridiculous amounts for the same service and subpar work. So far, I am totally satisfied, and this is now my new go-to place. I also want to give a special shout out to Carlos, the new dental tech. He's absolutely a gem. And the other tech. I forgot her name, but she has a few dogs. And always wearing a scrub cap. Dont loose those 2. They are an asset to the practice. :)

Fantastic experience: I recently had my first visit to Jacksonville Emergency and Family Dental Care, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. I discovered them on Google thanks to the glowing reviews, and they certainly lived up to every promise. Opting for one of their convenient walk-in slots at 8AM proved to be a fantastic decision. I was able to complete all the necessary paperwork online ahead of time, which meant that when I arrived, my wait was no more than 10 minutes. Monica, the hygienist, immediately set a positive tone for my visit. She began by taking a series of advanced X-rays using a panoramic X-ray machine—yes, the impressive rotating unit that captures a full view of your smile. She then proceeded with the traditional bitewing X-rays and expertly photographed each tooth with the intraoral camera. Her attention to detail was both reassuring and impressive. After Monica’s thorough work, Dr. Aaro came in. He is as friendly as he is knowledgeable, taking the time to explain various scenarios and recommending the best course of action for a small crack he identified in one of my molars—a crack that he says might be affecting a nearby nerve. Dr. Aaro even showed me the specific area on the X-rays, and he requested that Monica capture an additional image to provide an even clearer view of the problem. It was this level of personalized care and transparency that truly set them apart. While Dr. Aaro was exceptional, the real star of the day was Monica. Fantastic experience: Jennifer at the front is so warm and welcoming she makes me feel like she's my sister! The rest of the staff is above Amazing. I love seeing the same people, it gives a sense of familiarity.. and they all know my name. I love the Dentist, he's very gentle great manners and really warm and caring. They explained my treatment plan.. made sure I understood.. relieved any worries made sure i was positively comfy the from reception to departure and their methods while working in my mouth are pain free! I feel like I've finally found my forever dentist.

Fantastic experience: This office has the best staff you can imagine. Every single person you interact with will be kind and put you at ease. I’ve been a patient multiple times now and have started bringing the rest of my family because there is no where else I’d go. The dentist is knowledgeable and excellent working with adults as well as children. The woman up front with the braces (sorry for not remembering your name at this moment!) is an absolute gem too!! She will go above and beyond to discuss pricing, insurance, etc with you so you have a 100% clear idea of what you are paying and what will be happening during your visit.

Fantastic experience: This place is sooo friendly !!! I have never been to the dentist before and they made me feel comfortable and was super quick. The staff and dr was soo nice and talked me through everything I was getting a molar removed. I will 100000% be coming back to them for now on thank yall soo much!!!!
