We have been bringing our boys here for years now, never had problems and any concerns Dr. Burt and her assistant has always have been understanding and worked with my sons, one son who use to fear the dentist, we are happy to say he does not anymore.

I love the murals and the bright colors all around. My kids were made to feel comfortable and relaxed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: My child was definitely scared to go to the dentist but what I can say is the staff made him feel as comfortable as possible. They even gave him a toy car to try to calm his nerves. We were able to get x-rays and teeth looked good. They gave great advice by telling me to brush his teeth first so I can make sure to get that tiny cavity spot instead of him undergoing medication since he really wasn’t feeling the process with cleaning. Overall experience was good and hopefully next time he will be in a better mood.

Fantastic experience: Drove nearly an hour to come to this dentist office and will definitely be using them here on out, the previous dentist I used didn’t seem very thorough for my liking but this office was kind, didn’t get bothered by my one year old being a busy body, and explained to me some issues I had mentioned.10/10 recommend & will being using them for my other child as well! Worth the drive and very sweet office staff!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had a bad experience at her previous dentist office. However when her dad took her to Trussville Pediatric Dentist he bragged about how gentle they were with her as she went through each station. For that i am truly grateful. 10/10 recommend

Negative experience: My children have been going here for years and we love it here. Unfortunately the scheduling is insane. Appointments are 2 months out. We schedule them 6 months in advance, but if something comes up it's months to get a new appointment.

Negative experience: My son needed dental work and he’s freshly 4 years old so I wasn’t comfortable putting him under and asked for other options. They refused to do the work without putting him under so I found another dentist that got it done the way I wanted. They were not patient with him at all and he was only a little squirmy. Very disappointing experience.

Fantastic experience: Trussville Pediatric Dentistry is amazing! My son has been going here for years, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, professional, and great with kids. They also respect your time. We had a 3:30 appointment, arrived at 3:10, and were completely done by 3:50. Excellent customer service and always on schedule. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: We drive all the way from Pelham to use this office. Every person here is so great with my kids (one of my children is autistic and they have always made sure she is comfortable and happy during her appts). Dr Riley relates well to all ages, she let my teen choose her own music during a filling and she even has my youngest EXCITED to go to the dentist. Highly highly recommend them.

Positive experience: The wait was a little longer than expected (roughly 40 min after arrival and 30 min after appointment time) but once in the back, everything went well and was smooth. My son was comfortable, entertained, and surprisingly sat through his exam without issues. The staff was nice and courteous.

Negative experience: My experience today with dr Riley was terrible. I’ve never had issues the many times going to this place with taking a picture of my child. They’ve watched me do it at prior appointments. My daughter LOVES the dentist. It’s the most precious thing watching her be proud about gettting her teeth cleaned. After every step the dental assistant made she would give me a little thumbs up. I was simply trying to catch her hand when she made the motion when the dr walked by assumed I was recording and proceeded to tell to stop. I told her that I wasn’t, showed her my phone and the told her that I was waiting on her little thumbs up. She then announced to the whole room of patients that I can’t have the other patients in the background. I explained to her that even if I was recording it was zoomed in 1.8x so there was no way any other children in the frame. I asked another assistant if that had always been a thing and if they’re are signs that say that or not as I’ve always done it, especially infront of the other dental assistants. I told them that made me uncomfortable and the way she approached me was ridiculous, I stated twice that I wasn’t interested in booking another appointment after this one. When Dr riley came to check my child teeth I asked her the same thing. Why was that an issue today but no other day and why she felt the need to tell me to stop recording when I wasn’t even recording. She told me it wasn’t an issue that I was the only one making it one and “she never said that I couldn’t take pictures”. Essentially tried to gaslight my feelings about the situation. I don’t think she should have assumed what I was doing and I certainly don’t appreciate her announcing to the room that she was telling me for their protection. I showed her my screen as soon as she said something. She never finished checking my child’s teeth and told me I was dismissed as a patient. I’ve added a pic so you can see I was only trying to get her hand motion. The majority of the frame is the floor. I want to point out, the only sign they have up for this is at eye level of a child on the front door.

Fantastic experience: We always have a great experience at Trussville Pediatric Dentistry! We have be going there for over 12 years with our four kids. We have always been happy there!!!

Fantastic experience: I travel from Warrior to bring my children here, if that doesn’t say something in itself! We have been very happy with the services we receive at Trussville Pediatric Dentistry. A major reason for us choosing this practice was that they allow us to accompany our children during their visit. The hygienists speak to my kiddos one on one and include them in a lot of the decision making during their visit, they really love that. My youngest has been able to watch their sibling get their teeth cleaned which helped to calm nerves when it was their turn. They are also always very nice and professional with happy smiles that create a positive environment. The dentists are informative and give multiple options for treatment, which is appreciated because not every child is the same. Overall, I’m just very happy that we have found Trussville Pediatric Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I was so impressed with our visit. My daughter had an accident and hit her mouth on the metal of a trampoline and broke her permanent front tooth. I called the day and happened and they had me send pictures and the dentist called me after reviewing them and talked to me. She made me an appointment the next day and they were so good with her and make sure she was comfortable the entire time. I was nervous because my kids had been there only one time before for a cleaning and I didn’t get to take them so this was my first visit. Everyone that we interacted with was super nice and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Seriously the best office, staff and dentist! I called at 4:40 in a panic with a 15 year old who’d just had a tooth knocked loose and another chipped at cheer practice. They asked a few questions and told us to get to their office quick! They stayed over an hour late to help my daughter. I am so grateful for this great team!

Negative experience: If I could leave 0 stars I would! Not kid friendly at all!! The older lady that sits at the check-in desk is always rude. The app to update information wasn’t working for my mother & as I was telling the lady at the desk she literally rolled her neck, eyes and threw her hands up at me as in trying to tell me what she supposed to do about it. Also talked aggressively with an attitude. One of the drs are also rude that works with children. My niece asked a question about braces and she gave her a nasty attitude with her answer. I spoke with a manager and she didn’t seem too concerned or cared about the situation. Body language and facial expressions were very much of an attitude while I was speaking with her letting her know what happened. The only thing she said regarding to her employees is thank you for telling me. I’ve seen in plenty of group chats to not visit this place so apparently nothing has changed. hopefully my mother will transfer my nieces and nephews! Cooperate or Private Owners whomever owns this practice should evaluate every employee and look into hiring kid friendly, caring , loving people that are happy to be around kids!
