Positive experience: Mixed review here. I’ve been happy with the service but recently referred my husband and he waited for 2 hours until he finally left with no cleaning. I also have experienced very long waits here. The service itself is good but they clearly have scheduling issues that need to be fixed. People take time off work for appointments and need to be respected. Schedule less clients if you are short staffed. Called to ask them about the wait times and they had no reason, said it was “standard.” I’d rather hear that a mistake was made or that they were short a hygienist that day. Also it’s not hard to call and say “it’s going to be a long wait today” and then let the customer decide if they want to come wait.

Fantastic experience: Best Experience Ever! Did not Ever Expect To Smile Again. But thanks to Whittier Dental Group And There Amazing Doctors. I will soon have a great smile. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience at Whittier Dental Center. After an accident at work knocked out my upper front teeth, I contacted Whittier Dental Center to get implants. Dr. Ori Levy was amazing!!! He is very professional and did an outstanding job not only installing implants on my work related injury but also installed implants on both my right and left lower back teeth that were missing for about 10 years before this. I feel like a brand new man today and my new smile will be the first thing anyone sees when they meet me. Thank you Dr. Levy and the entire staff at Whittier Dental Center.

Fantastic experience: Husband got a tooth extraction and bone graft. The doctor was very skilled and the procedure was painless! The healing process is going very smoothly. All the staff are very nice also.

Positive experience: I've been coming to this place since 2016. Usually I'm just coming for the cleanings. But for the past couple of years I've been on a braces regiment with them. I finally got them off today. Zara was such a big help. It was a pleasure working with you all and the ortho-Doctor. The front counter is great and the dental assistant staff made good recommendations. One way the process could improve, is by fixing the wait times. If the appointment time is 10 AM. I expect to be seen, no later than 10:15am. Other than that, things are pretty straightforward. I'll see you wonderful staff members next visit. (Picture of my new smile, with retainers) ~KP

Negative experience: It's sad. My entire family and I had been coming here ever since I was a kid and everything went well for many years but I noticed over the past few years the quality of service had degraded and things weren't the same. Not sure about anyone else but in the most recent years, although having an appointment I'd find myself having to sit in the waiting room for an hour every time, and on my most recent visit for a basic cleaning, along with the wait, the individual who helped me was very rough/harsh when working on me. After getting off the chair that time I thought "I'm done with the place". I never had issues until the most recent years, I'd say maybe in the last 10 years. I got my braces here, wisdom teeth pulled out, everything. All my other family members had left this place but I stuck to it and even after I had moved away from the local area I would still drive out. Not anymore. P.S. The ladies behind the front desk were always great, they always remembered me and were very kind and helpful. I appreciate it!

Fantastic experience: Friendly doctors. Willing to answer all my questions. They were very busy but I felt like I was their only patient! They are experts when it comes to implants and veneers. Can't say enough good things about them. The doctors are kind to their assistants. And to me, that says a lot about them!

Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly. I first spoke with Evelyn who was so helpful in answering my questions! Dr. Rosa was super patient in answering my questions as well and explained everything really well. I'll be going with them for my dental work! Only downside is thay they dont accept medi-cal. Edit: I've gotten 2 implants from Whittier dental and I'm super happy with the results and the staff continues to be amazing! Dr. Levi did my implants and he was really calm and put me at ease as he was doing the procedure. I went in for my crown molds yesterday and Donny was the best. Super friendly, explained everything, and had such a sweet and friendly attitude. Ask for Donny to do your molds, he's awesome! And Dr. Olga was also great! She was very patient in matching the color of my teeth for the crown and was great at explaining things. Again, definitely recommend this place for your implants! Edit 2: I received another implant here, this time with Dr. Rosa. She was quick and seemed to do the job well. If I were to choose between Dr. Levi to do my implant or Dr. Rosa, I would choose Dr. Levi, hands down. He has the best bed side manner. He explains things before he does it and is very reassuring and calm, which helped ease my stress. He asked if I had any questions repeatedly and after all was done, told me to take care and said bye. He also called me to ask if I was doing ok. Dr. Rosa, though she gets the job done, needs to work on her bedside manner. She just jabbed me with the needle without saying anything and then started cutting right away into my gums to put in the implant. No words of reassurance or asking if I was ok. Then after she finished wrapping things up, wrote in my paperwork, left without a word. I still would recommend this place and I have, but doctor wise, Dr. Levi is the one I would recommend.

Most important they’re experienced in work they have done on me, it changed my life and for those I love, I’m not able to mention names of those who have done miracles in my case I’ll just say it’s a TEAM and I love them all, very grateful of their hard work.

On 11-8. Was finish. Done by doctor. Olga she did a wonderful work from start to finish I feel very happy that she worked on me.. to me is that best I see in long,long time I recommend her .

Positive experience: It was a very pleasant experience...The office staff was courteous and professional. They showed concern regarding the COVID 19 situation by having a staff member greet patients at the entrance with a thermometer and hygienically clean wipes to insure the health and safety of all.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dental office for a few years now and always have a great visit. Everyone is pleasant and caring. I had a lot of work done including implants and crown & bridge work. All the work that was done is 1st class. I'm very happy with this office and will continue to go there. Fantastic experience: Great experience !. Dr Byon placed my implant and having had a prior implant from a different Dr. and some discomfort., this procedure at Whittier Dental Center with Dr. Byon went smooth. I had no discomfort after the anesthetic wore off and none following. I am regarded in my work as someone with focus that gets things done this efficiently and this is how Dr. Byon works. I was in the chair less time then I actually expected. Will have them do any of my future implants.

Positive experience: I’m returning customer after several years. Dental work is explained step by step which gives one the confidence. However, verification with HMO:Ins is always necessary. So far so good.

Fantastic experience: Everyone there was very knowledgeable and professional. Very eager to help.,Dr Rosa even saved me a trip out there by identifying post was already exposed. So, she went ahead and ordered the impressions. That’s where Donny came in, he was a joy. He was very professional with a little bit of flair. Fantastic experience: Dr Nourian did an EXCELLENT job removing / replacing a broken screw on an existing 15 year old implant, as well as giving me a new post and crown. This existing implant brand that broke was not a common brand, and many different dentists I saw in Los Angeles could not find the parts or screwdriver. The fee was VERY fair, the best price I could find in LA to fix my broken implant. I couldn’t be happier with the expert service I received. Side Note: the dental hygienists were very good and I will get my teeth cleanings done here going forward!

Fantastic experience: Dr Olga is the best dentist! She is very gentle and always is asking if you are ok so caring and great with what she does! I highly recommend her. I am fearful of shots but when she gives anesthesua I dont even feel but a tiny pinch. Great job I am a happy patient and HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER :)

Fantastic experience: Covid-19 friendly n they fix cavities quick n implants are about 1500 n xrays n taxes included whereas so cal dental a few doors away quoted implant with for $4500 n xrays r not included. Also allowed me to make monthly payments until my insurance was updated. They dont force anything on u if u dont want it. Friendly staff.

During my last cleaning appointment, they were running a little bit behind due to an earlier emergency. I was talking with Dr Moshe and let him know I had an important meeting in the next hour. Whittier Denatal saved me more than $HALF THE PRICE.The other dental company tried to charge me ALMOST TRIPPLE the price for 1 implant, 1 tooth extraction crown and a possible root canal. At Whittier I got everything done!!! Saved my good tooth and removed the 2 bad teeth...otherwise i would be going back in 5 years to fix the the root canal. . I'm just soooo Happy And referring all my family and friends!!

Fantastic experience: The dental office staff was very friendly and helped me to be seen in a timely manner. The dentist is this relaxed middle aged man that makes you feel very comfortable in his care. He reviewed my case for a future tooth implant but gave me a suggestion on two of my front teeth. In the past my dentist reassured me that addressing those issues weren’t really important and the dental insurance wouldn’t cover the procedure. So for 2yrs I ignored it. Now this dentist told me it should be addressed because left ignored it can cause serious decay. So he fixed it for me and it looks great too.

I really liked my prior dentist, but they did general dentistry only, so everything else had to be referred and one particular referral specialist had a dirty office and I refused to have them work on my teeth. The fee schedule was good and the front office staff were very patient with my many questions. Fantastic experience: 12/13/21 I was very pleased that Whittier Dental started my appointment on time and did not waist time on getting to my procedure, They did a great job taking my impression, and informed me of my needs. I also had my teeth cleaned by David and he did a good job and was also informative and helpful I would recommend them to everyone 6/9/22 I was very pleased that Whittier Dental started my appointment on time and did not waist time on getting to my procedure, I also liked all the nurses assistance that help me and also liked my Dental Dr. Olga, they all treated me good and did a great job 6/9/2022 The one thing that is concerning to me is that I had the same procedure six months ago and there was a 55% increase in the charge from$ 390 to $690 is a big jump in price, I know that everything is going up except my earnings where I work, but that is a big increase. There should be some kind of a price list from all Doctors and Dentist that a person can look at and compare before having work done so that people can choose what is best for them. Most people earnings are not keeping up with inflation, and a lot of people can not afford higher prices. A. L. 11/15/2022 I had a dental dental implant procedure last week and my opinion is Dr. Rosa did a very good job there was very little pain during the procedure and the days following, six days later everything seems to be healing very good with no problems, thank you, I definitely recommend Whittier Dental and Dr. Rosa

Fantastic experience: I am a fearful dental patient. I. DO. NOT. LIKE.. GOING. TO. THE. DENTIST!!! Yesterday, I started to have an anxiety attack sitting in the chair. I was having trouble breathing and my heart was going a 100mph. For the record, I have no heart or respiratory conditions or issues. The dentist and her assistant were so nice and very attentive, patient and understanding and allowed my husband to come back for emotional support. I was able to relax enough for the dentist to complete the implant installation. Unfortunately, I didn't have two dental procedures in me so I had to reschedule the extraction and the person who does the scheduling was very nice and helpful. I'm glad that I found an dentist office where everyone is so nice, accommodating and professional. It's taken me awhile to find that after several failed attempts at other dentist offices.

Fantastic experience: They got me right in were very professional and gave me options wich is important to me and very very polite......also I was there for 3 hours when I started my project so when I went to leave my battery was dead they went into help mode and got a employee to give me a jump so yea take your mouth to them. ... signed .... I called them and the first available was later in the day and I took that time. 20 minutes later the had a cancellation and took me in 4 hours earlier. The Dr and assistant were kind and made me fill comfortable even though I was in pain. Thanks all.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient. Making my appt was informative and not pushy for me to make an appt. I was greeted by a friendly staff member at each station I needed to be at for the exam. I would have liked for the Dentist I saw to introduce himself. but he was kind, patient and explained everything I needed to know as well as other options concerning a potential procedure and costs of the procedure. I was impressed and will schedule a follow implant surgery. I would not hesitate to send family and friends to the practice

Fantastic experience: I went to the dentist with an emergency repair, and was treated very nice and they took care of my tooth promptly. The front staff, the nurses, and both of the doctors were extremely professional and courteous. Although my fix was temporary, as requested by me, I will return soon to fix my tooth.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. These guys are crooks. They told me I needed a root canal and removed a very expensive bridge of mine then told me I didn’t need a root canal after all, but now I needed a new bridge. They charged me for the bridge (I was at their mercy at this point with no front teeth) and the one they put in was not properly made, according to my new dentist, who is an expert. It had to be removed. He told me an honest dentist would never have done what they did to me. And a competent one would never have put that horrible new bridge in my mouth. It cost me a fortune to fix everything. I don’t care if they are cheap. They are liars and they harmed me for their own personal gain.

Fantastic experience: I was a little nervous because I've had bad experiences at other dental offices, but not Whittier Dental. The staff was kind and the dentist was friendly, attentive and compassionate...which is what I needed. I would definitely recommend this dental office.

Negative experience: I’ve been asking for months what kind of implant they gave me and they will not tell me. The doctor that did the implant told me she would email I still haven’t seen that email. Every time I call they leave me on hold and will not help me. I need to know that kind of implant was put in my mouth. The fact that they respond to the review saying it is the customers error shows what kind of business this is. The only way I could get their attention is by leaving a review!

Fantastic experience: Very professional and friendly dental group. I’m so glad I found them. Dr. Rosa is knowledgeable, efficient and extremely skilled at what she does. The entire staff works together as a team - each one impressive in what they do. I highly recommend this dental service. If you choose to come here you’ll soon be singing their praises just like me. Negative experience: I was treated very unprofessional by a manager or dr, i dont noe what her title was, but she was so rude. I didn't even get a consultation, i was abandoned at the chair, she just said ur not a candidate, she really hurt my feelings, noeing i was there 2 do 2 front implants, they were calling & calling me 2 go 2 there office 2 miss treat me the way she did. I think it was more about money not the care of a patient

Fantastic experience: Met with unknown male Dental Hygienist , who performed deep cleaning! He has a very good personality; very good hands; work was pain free; and he’s worked expeditiously! He was professional; and was very informative on how to prevent gingivitis! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: There is something wrong with this review of 5 stars! Yes, it shud have 10!!! 10 means this; 1. A genuine caring staff 2. Customer service like; Evelyn calls you even on weekends to schedule appt, answer your questions, pdf medical packet to fill out all so your ready to go on your appt. 3. State of the art equipment; X-rays are a big deal- the doctor dials in on procedure with X-rays, your right there viewing all of it on the big screen. 4. Explanation of fees before they start, they also offer options. 5. I saved the queen bee part for last; Her name is Dr. Rosa- She may have best set of hands for giving shots to numb you, she has keen insight on her process and works it with grace and skill, your mother would be so proud❤️. 6. If you want the best without breaking the bank call her staff right now….

Fantastic experience: It has been several years since I have first used Whittier Dental as my dentists. Yes, I found them from a billboard on the I-5! My hometown is 5 hours away and yes, best decision ever! Since then they have installed crowns and three implants and I am very happy. THANK YOU WHITTIER DENTAL!!❤️

Fantastic experience: I started the procedure of getting an implant in this dental office. It is a welcoming and professional place. I was adequately assisted by the administrator and the price of the overall procedure is reasonable, compared to other offices. My procedure began with a root extraction and allowing time to heal before the implant is placed. The extraction was done very gently and professionally and went much smoother than I expected. The dental procedure was done skillfully in a clean, well-sanitized work area, and the personnel was professional. A big thanks to the team! I continued with the implant and now, healing before the crown. The surgery passed well, no complications. Well done! Thank you doctor Rosa!

Positive experience: This is a very busy dental office but you don’t feel like just a number. The doctors are knowledgeable and I especially want to thank Dr. Levi for being willing to stay late to treat me. I didn’t end up staying because I had some thing I had to do but just the fact that he was willing to do that made a big impression on me. They’re also very reasonably priced.

Fantastic experience: After reading the reviews I decided to make an appointment at Whittier Dental Center and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I was lucky enough to have them in my city already but while waiting to be seen, I saw and heard others come in for their appointments driving from as far as Carson and Vegas! Went in for just a consultation, but ended up walking out with a brand new smile! The doctors were super helpful going over the best options for me and my budget. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I really felt like I was a long time patient there. Don’t know why I wasted a year and a half dealing with short term flippers to finally find this place.

Fantastic experience: Whittier Dental has the best staff in the area. One of my implants needed immediate attention so I called up for an appointment. They scheduled me in for that same week and Dr. Nourian saw me right away. He took x-rays and made sure my issue was taken care of before he sent me home. I came all the way from Bakersfield because I don't trust anyone else to touch my implants beside Whittier Dental. I absolutely love nd trust these dentists.

Fantastic experience: I am in the process of getting an implant on one of my front teeth. I have a temporary tooth appliance. On Friday night, 12/17 I had placed my temporary, napkin wrapped tooth on my nightstand. My dog loves to shred paper! She found the wrapped temporary tooth, shredded the napkin and broke the appliance. I was mad at her and myself. I went on to the dental website to see if they were open on Saturday, to try to get in to have the tooth repaired or replaced. While on the website I saw the CHAT option and sent a message. I received a response from Evelyn shortly after. She said she would call me the next day. She called, I explained my situation and she was able to squeeze me in on Monday, 12/20. Dr. Rosa was able to repair the temporary tooth appliance on site. Now I can enjoy the holidays with a smile on my face! I am so pleased with my new dental office and their team!
