Fantastic experience: Smile Solutions is the best dental office that I have ever been to. I have a dentist phobia, but Dr. Emmi always manages to calm me down. His sunny personality is refreshing. The rest of the staff are also all just amazing people. They make you feel like you are more than just another patient to them. If you are looking for an office, and they take your insurance, I highly recommend Smile Solutions.

Fantastic experience: After my 19 yr old son had an accident that resulted in his front tooth cracking in half, I was scrambling to find a dentist for him. Dr. Graham had openings the very next day. They explained all of our options for treatment and let me decide which was best fit. We now use this office for all our dental needs. The staff is great, it's more of a family feeling environment than you get from most offices. They're always clear on expectations and cost. With their thorough examinations you leave the office confident. My son has not liked dentists ever since he was little, when we're there he gets the staff laughing and he no longer has the fear factor. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist, whether routine care or trauma repair!

Fantastic experience: Writing this review has been incredibly difficult for me; how do you properly thank someone, for changing your life? As long as I can remember, I have struggled with my teeth, gums, and smile. Crooked, crowded, receeded, blunted, shifted, and protruded doesn’t begin to tell my dental story. More than that, my self-confidence had suffered immeasurably. Every smile, every laugh, was guarded. What must people think, when they look at me? The way we present ourselves to the world, matters; perhaps it shouldn’t, but it does. I cried in private, put on a brave face in public. When I met with Dr. Emmi, I was sure dentures would be my only option. I read article after article about adjusting to life with false teeth, so I’d be prepared. Instead, I was given options… along with incredible warmth, kindness, compassion, and even humor (though never at my expense). I told Dr. Emmi everything I’d been through, over the course of too many years to count: the braces, the headgear, the retainers, the old veneers; all the failed attempts at achieving a beautiful, healthy smile. Everything. And, he listened. He understood. Finally, I felt seen and heard. What happened next is nothing short of a miracle! Over the next several months, revision after revision, and through all of my “crazy”, Dr. Emmi recreated from nothing, a smile worthy of praise and admiration. Like a Phoenix rising from the ashes, I feel reborn, and while that may seem silly to some, finally having a sense of worth among my peers certainly is not silly at all. A consummate professional, and a true master of his craft, Dr. Emmi is everything you want, need, and pray for, in a top cosmetic dentist. While I still suffer deep-seated fear and anxiety, from early dental traumas, Dr. Emmi’s chair-side manner is a soothing and comforting reminder that not all dentists are sadists. Thank you, Dr. Emmi, for giving me the most beautiful, natural-looking smile I’d only dreamt about, and for restoring my confidence (and allowing me to borrow a bit of yours, when I had none), so that I can face the world proudly! I don’t have to wonder what people are thinking anymore, because they all tell me, “your smile is beautiful!” …and I think I just may believe them! This review wouldn’t be complete, without a meaningful mention to the wonderful staff that support Dr. Emmi, most especially: Melissa, McKenzie, Cynthia, and Paris… you are all part of my incredible journey, and I thank you, from the bottom of my swelled heart!

The folks at Smile Solutions are not only professional, but kind and understanding. Working with McKenzie really put my mind at ease and I am actually looking forward to going back and working with Dr. Graham. HA. We have a treatment plan in place, and we are maximizing my insurance benefits, we are going to get my dental health back on track. If you are looking for a patient first experience, I cannot recommend this practice enough!

He actually listens, takes time to explain everything, and has a great sense of humor that instantly puts you at ease. He’s incredibly skilled and you can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing. Every visit feels smooth, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only excellent at his job but also kind, personable, and reassuring, Dr. Emmi is the one. (He would also never judge you for pretending you floss more than you do.) I can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: The reviews in here are 100% accurate! This place is great! I don’t think many enjoy going to the dentist but Smile Solutions makes it a great experience. The communication during the process and just how kind everyone is, really is a breath of fresh air. I took a recommendation from a coworker and glad I did. Ashley that did my X-rays once I arrived explained everything very well and was very nice. Erica that did my cleaning was amazing! Highly recommend asking for her directly but I’m sure everyone there is great! Dr. Emmi was very nice speaking with him after my cleaning. Of course Jess that runs the show there you can tell she cares about her job and it really shows in how that place runs and operates. 10/10!!!

Fantastic experience: I had to leave my former dental practice due to a change in insurance and luckily landed at Smile Solutions. I have always had moderate dental anxiety, but the coziness and homey feeling at this practice is awesome. Dr. Graham was amazing -- telling me each thing she was about to do -- which actually caused me to relax more than I have a very done in a dental chair. I am so happy to have found this dental practice.

They would not see me until August 4, but, when I called smile solution and explained my dilemma, They were able to get me in same day! The staff was very friendly, personable, very knowledgeable and answered everything I I had questions about. , and the dentist himself was very reasonable, personable, compassionate, and understanding of my situation. (The front tooth in my partial came completely out) They saw me the same day, no insurance and resolved my problem My seven-year-old also goes to smile solution in the adolescent building, but I will now be making smile solutions my permanent dentist! Absolutely best dentist office I’ve seen in a very long time hands-down!

Fantastic experience: I love Dr. Emmi and the staff at Smile Solutions! This week, particularly MELISSA and Paris! It’s been a while since I’ve had an emergency situation, and as soon as I called they stepped right in and made sure I was taken care of quickly! They have made my experience less stressful and very comfortable. When Dr. Emmi starts talking about retiring, I will be heart broken and praying extra hard to not have any further issues with my teeth! Let’s hope that’s not for another 15-20 years! Fantastic experience: Just had my first visit today and was very pleased. Let’s be honest… No one likes going to the dentist. The ladies at the front desk were polite, professional, and quick to get me checked in. My hygienist was McKenzie (I hope I spelled that right). She explained everything in depth, showed me pictures and X-rays and even squeezed me in for a partial cleaning. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Dr Emmi goes up and above to accommodate your dental needs that why he wins the Best in Delaware award year after year.caring and experienced dentist with always a great bedside manner. He makes sure you are pain free while he takes care of any procedure he performs. If your afraid to go to dentist this is your guy! Shout out to his office staff especially Melissa who cares and does an amazing work to schedule your appointments and informs you of your financial obligations that will best suit your individual needs. I would recommend Smile Solutions if you're not happy or need a great dentist ! You will get a 10 out of 10 experience every time.

Fantastic experience: Good visit to begin process to get a partial plate. My Tech was very cordial and efficient. Abbey made the process of printing my whole mouth quite painless. Not an easy task since one of my teeth has become extremely sensitive. Dr. Graham refined the image a little and I was out in a reasonable amount of time. Thank you Abbey and Dr, Graham!

Fantastic experience: I was in agony the weekend of Dec 8 & 9 and showed up Monday the 10th and they got me in right away and Dr. Emmi pulled it. The pain is bad. I started a stronger pain killer today. Hoping by the weekend I feel better.

He is gentle and explains thoroughly what and how your treatment is going to go. I found him through my daughter’s in-laws and am so glad I did after my regular dentist made a mistake 2x that he could not, would not, correct.
