Fantastic experience: I don’t know of anyone that likes going to the dentist however, today may have changed my mind. I had the most wonderful experience at R&R dentistry that I’ve ever had in my life. That being said, I’ve been to many Dentist. Everyone was so kind and made me feel totally at ease. The surroundings, Alone we’re very comfortable and relaxing. I may have to change my mind about Dentist. I would highly recommend R&R dentistry. Today was my first visit with many to follow, I can actually say I’m almost looking forward to my next appointment!!

Fantastic experience: I had such a great experience with Dr. Roach and his team! Dr. Roach was very informative and did a thorough check to address the tooth pain I was having. His dental assistant was friendly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the visit. The entire front staff was so welcoming—they introduced themselves, greeted me with a handshake, and created such a positive first impression. I usually have anxiety about going to the dentist, but they truly made me feel at home. They explained everything before doing any procedure, which helped ease my nerves. Dr. Roach also provided a clear plan of action moving forward. My family and I will definitely be switching over to his practice and making this our regular dental office. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Excellent visit, everyone at the office was exceptional. All were extremely kind and very professional. The facility is well organized and maintained. It is clean very well equipped and places the patients at ease. This being my first visit I was very happy at how I was treated, and the explanations provided for the recommended care suggested after my examination. Though I expected nothing less, my wife having had prior visits and her satisfaction with the care she had received. The payment and insurance portion was very pleasant and they clearly are comfortable and knowledgeable navigating this process. Future appointments have. I could not find one that I didn’t get anxious going to due to the pain the cleanings caused, terrible wait-times, or a lack of competency. Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! I was greeted with four of the prettiest smiles that I have seen in a while..., and that was genuinely with their eyes smiling back at me. I was seated eight minutes earlier than my appointment time. Jill, the assistant, was very personable and helpful, and she has a great sense of humor….., she makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Roach is the best shot giver ever, no pain whatsoever (however this appointment I did not need one). The treatment was explained in great detail before, during and after, and the end results are beautiful. The front office/administrative staff are on top of it! Very efficient, thorough and they make you feel like family. I most certainly will go back! Positive experience: I just had an APICO procedure last week by Dr. Roach. This is a fairly complicated procedure but I knew I was in good hands. I was well informed as to expectations and post-op instructions. I had no pain during the procedure and only soreness afterward. Today is supposed to be the worst day, but I've been decorating cookies all day and I'm fine! I'm super impressed with Lisa, his assistant. She and Dr. Roach are outstanding.

Fantastic experience: First visit was the best Dentist experience I have ever had in my 65 years. They actually read all the paperwork I filled out prior to my visit so I didn't the have to answer all those questions again. Then a very complete exam and explained everything extremely well. Gave me priority list and order to get things done. Work with my insurance and only charged me what the insurance didn't cover. I just don't think you can find a dentist and crew that actually cares more than these folks..

Fantastic experience: Amy, my hygienist is excellent! She is professional, gentle, and compassionate. She always remembers conversations from my previous visit. She greets and leaves me with a hug. She is a major region I don't mind going to the dentist. She genuinely is interested in my oral health, and I would highly recommend her to new patients or cowards!!

While I was paying my bill, Kelsey showed me how to clear sites on my phone and cleared several for me. Enjoyed visiting after appointment with several of the office staff including Susie, Angela, Shea, LaDonna and Meghan. All very friendly and personable.

Fantastic experience: Moved to Georgetown not long ago. Last night a crown came off. Problem is that I am leaving tomorrow for London. I went to there office at 7:30am and was back home at 9am. Not only did they get my crown back on, they provided excellent service for a first time client with no appointment. I look forward to future appointments with this group and highly recommended them.

Fantastic experience: My favorite dentist of all time! The hygienist I’ve seen is Amy and she is sooo gentle and also super friendly and quick! I love that she loves the Aggies too. My husband sees Juli and he always comes home just raving about his great experience with her too. I have also heard that Angela is awesome as well (really just a 10/10 staff). Most of all, I love that my hygiene appointments are QUICK! As soon as you walk in your hygienist is there greeting you. X rays, teeth cleaning, a visit from Doctor R, and a quick and easy pay out (shout out to Kelsey) all in just 45 minutes while still receiving excellent, “attention-to-details” care. Really I couldn’t recommend enough! I have had my fair share of very bad dentist experiences so RR dentistry is such a joy and breath of relief to be at!

Fantastic experience: In my first phone call to RR, the receptionist asked me what I was looking for in a dentist rather than trying to shoehorn me into an appointment, an experience I had never had before. I am supremely satisfied with my experience. When I come in for an appointment, I am greeted by name, the receptionist knows who I am seeing, the status of my insurance coverage and can answer many questions for me. Each member of the professional and technical staff with whom I’ve interacted is knowledgeable, competent, and is able to answer my questions in such a way as I can understand. I cannot imagine better care.

We discovered their dental practice when we lived in Georgetown and we have continued to drive an hour each way when we moved to Cameron in order to continue seeing our dental providers at RR for the past 18 years because they are just that good! Fantastic experience: I wanted to change dentists but was dreading the thought of seeing a new hygienist. I had my teeth cleaned by Angela for the first time yesterday. I have never had my teeth cleaned this well before! She removed every speck of stain with her fancy Air Flow instrument. My teeth are usually very sensitive but she did an excellent job and did not cause me any discomfort. I am so glad I found her! I love to see professionals who are dedicated and passionate about their work like Angela.

Positive experience: New dentist came in just after hygienist had started. Introduction was awkward as I really couldn’t see him standing behind and on the side of the chair. Also he thought he found something almost immediately on my xray. I wondered why he came in to check my teeth before the hygienist was finished. The hygienist is the best!

Fantastic experience: This was a cleaning appointment, and Angela did a great job. Introduced me to a new, more pleasant cleaning method. Plus, she explained in great detail - basically a tutorial - on the issue with two teeth needing fillings removal and replacement and the addition of crowns. Angela was my hygienist last time as well, and I appreciate her level of knowledge and her expertise with clients.

Fantastic experience: This is by far, the best dental office EVER!! Miss Amy, the hygienist, was amazing and left my teeth squeaky clean. The dentists and entire staff, go above and beyond expectations. Every single one of them are wonderful and make you feel like home. Love this place!!

Dr Roberson is very knowledgeable and has your best interest at heart. Today was the second time Angela cleaned my teeth. Fantastic experience: I have been visiting for about 2 years now, it’s a great environment and everyone is very nice. Juli is my hygienist and she is awesome! She’s very kind and has a gentle touch. Highly recommend RR dentistry.
