He found a couple of cavities, so I'll be scheduling an appointment to get them filled. I truly love my dental family and have even recommended my own family to get their care here. Fantastic experience: After five years of disappointment with several dentists offices, I was ready to give up....But my sister encouraged me to visit her dentist, I was apprehensive, but thought, what do I have to lose? (Besides another )? On my very first visit, my apprehension lifted. From the ladies at the reception desk to the dental assistants, to Dr. Saccoh, I was blown away! What an awesome experience! And they started my treatment plan in 2 days!. They were professional, kind, understanding and compassionate. Selena made sure my appointment was uniformed to my schedule, Maria took care of the billing process and kept me laughing and followed up and checked on me. Fantastic experience: I was in so much pain from an infection in a broken tooth, I don't even remember the Dr's nor the technician names...BUT, they were so good to me. They pulled my infected tooth, without pain. They numb me real good, talked to me as they were doing it, calmed my fears and wiped my tears. Even the front desk laides were great. By the way, it was an urgent appointment that I had called in that morning after 10am and they saw me at 2pm. Praise God they were All so kind and patient.

Everyone is compassionate to your needs; they are thorough; if you need cleaning around sensitive teeth, they will numb the areas and they also allow for quarterly cleanings rather than semi annual cleanings, which is easier on your teeth. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

FC&IDC has an ample waiting room, friendly help at the front desk, a great dental assistant, new (to me) X-ray machines, an additional dentist who was warm and professional, and best of all, NO TEETH PICKING OR SCRAPING! My cleaned teeth were ready to go in under an hour. l won't wait next time I'm due for a visit. You will be happy too!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a patient at Aspen Dental for a while and was hesitant about trying a local dental office. After trying to book an appointment with Aspen for almost 2 months, I finally said enough and told them they just lost 2 customers. I have received multiple flyers from FCI Dental in the past and thought about giving them a shot. Needless to say, I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks and I was really impressed with the staff and facility. They were very friendly and professional at the same time, my hygienist was very thorough and fast at the same time. They made me feel as if my time was very valuable and customer service was superior. Safe to say, my wife and daughter will also be going to FCI going forward.

Fantastic experience: Update: everyone in the office is friendly. I changed my 4 stars to 5. Everyone i interacted with gave their name. I felt like a person, not just the next person in line. The office was clean. I was taken back to the chair very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and nice. The one thing that would have moved my review to a 5 star would be if the people who worked on mt teeth would have introduced themselves. Xray tech, hygienist nor Dr introduced themselves before working on my teeth . I would recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Was the worse experience on my entire life, didn’t solve my problem Dentist started saying that you guys haven’t the material for my cheapped tooth and go back to my oldest dentist. Also said if I get my tooth fixed probably the filling came out same day. However they said will be in touch to tell me how much is gonna be my filling with my new insurance and they didn’t call me. Besides that they wanted to charge me for extra time. Never go back.

I've been going to Dr.Sacco for over 15 years and it's really nice to be able to get all my procedures done at 1 place by one person, instead of having multiple different people involved like implants, for instance, you go to him from the beginning to the end whether it's porcelain, veneers or dental implants, I had excellent results every time. His team is amazing in my opinion and I highly recommended him

Fantastic experience: My Dental experience with FCI Dr Robinson was to repair a crack in my upper right molar tooth and remove some decay that had begun by scrapping the decay off and capping the cracked tooth. The Doctor went through the procedure and expected results with me. It has only been a few days but I feel all is okay. The office personnel was very nice and helpful.

Negative experience: Front desk staff is not friendly at all, always awkward checking in and out of the practice. Rarely ever answer their phone and god forbid if you ask them any questions about your visit and try to schedule a follow up while there, they’ll tell you you’re asking too many general questions and they’ll call you to schedule your follow up and never call you after 2 weeks of last being seen. They do have good hours but I wouldn’t recommend.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen the same day to have her chipped tooth repaired, even as a new patient! Everyone was helpful and friendly. Dr. Saccoh did excellent work!

I have extreme dental anxiety and he treats each client with comfort and assurance that all will be okay. Fantastic experience: Walked in needing an emergency tooth repair of a cracked front tooth. They had me in within 15 minutes and repaired the tooth in under one hour. The result is excellent and it is difficult to tell the difference between my natural tooth and the repair. The dentist was professional and kind.

Positive experience: I came early, to check in for deep cleaning. Was in dental chair 10 minutes after check in and 5 minutes before original appointment time. Teeth cleaning was started and finished in very professional and timely manner. Was given information and tips on keeping teeth clean. Positive experience: I have sensory issues so the dentist is very difficult for me. I really like the older male dentist but the younger female one absolutely brutalizes my mouth so I gotta take one star off for that. When I have her the experience is always painful, though her demeanor is very friendly.
