Good music, great energy, and I love that they have a children's section too. Which is pretty cool. It's all painted. I was able to book a last minute cleaning and was impressed with the kindness of all the staff and the spacious and well equipped office. The icing on the cake was the hygienist applying Vaseline to my lips before the cleaning so I was comfortable and hydrated!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a dentist in YEARS, due to trauma! I recently went to great Expressions in Middletown new York. I was told that I could very well be losing a tooth. I was scared and devastated they would not do the root canal to try to save my tooth, say I needed a specialist. Due to the fact I have had a very bad infection.. I would have had to wait until April for just a consultation !! my sister got me into Pine Bush Dental, not only did they do their own x-rays but they actually did the root canal on the spot amazing gentle definitely the best dentist I've ever gone to !! It was out of pocket because they didn't take my insurance, but wow great staff BIG THANKS TO Doctor Hou Chengjie you are the best !! amazing experience thank you Pine Bush Dental for saving my tooth Thank you all so much Jean S

Negative experience: Just went here for the first time today and am appalled. My dentist retired so I needed to find a new dentist. I just had a baby so I've been neglectful in finding a new dentist. When I called I mentioned I needed a cleaning as my teeth were sensitive, and hoped to schedule one as it has been a bit. They nicely said I could be seen right away so I can get this resolved, and help with my teeth sensitivity. The receptionist was so nice and helpful. I was excited as I went to my prior dentist for years and already felt welcomed. They said I only could be seen before 3pm for a new patient appointment as it takes over an hour to complete. I am a stay at home mom, and we are a one income family. My husband took a half day today (so lost a half days pay) so I could finally get my teeth cleaned. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1pm appointment and wasn't called in until after 1:30pm. Then I had 18 X-rays and pictures taken of my teeth. When I asked why I needed pictures taken the hygienist said they honestly weren't sure what they were used for. The dentist came in and said I had no cavities and really needed a cleaning. He then said I had to come back for a cleaning and schedule a hygienist appointment. I was in shock as I thought that was what I was there to do today. The appointment lasted all of 15 minutes (when I was told it would need to be before 3 because it took over an hour). I left in shock and still am so appalled and upset. I feel deeply mislead. Having two young children and navigating having someone to watch them is difficult. My husband lost a half days pay for nothing...... So I can come back again and they can bill me again. I feel scammed and mislead. Not going back.

They were also super communicative about pricing - it's always such a nightmare when no one checks your insurance and then you get a surprise bill - here they checked in with me BEFORE we did every step and explained what was/wasn't covered and how much it cost. Made it all a lot less stressful.

Fantastic experience: My son had a whole bunch of fillings and 2 root canals that had to be done and Dr Hirsch did a phenomenal job!!!! My son loves Dr Hirsch, he makes it look so easy. He does his work so professionally, it was amazing to watch. Now my son has a different mouth with no Cavities and with no pain. I definitely recommend coming to this dental place. Fantastic experience: My front denture broke off and I was frantic. I googled Dentists in Pine Bush and called Pine Bush Dental Group. I spoke with Tori and she set me up for the next day. The denture could not be repaired. I saw Dr. Ho and he explained in detail what they could do. It’s quite (actually) very expensive. I was to call Kelsey today. I told her I couldn’t do it today. She asked if she could put me on hold. She came back and asked if I could be there at noon. The dentist is making me a brand new one!! I’m here waiting for this unbelievable gesture this office is doing for me. I would recommend Pine Bush Dental Group to anyone looking for friendly, professional people for any dental issues.

Positive experience: Very accommodating even though my emergency had to do with my previous dentist. It was very crowded at 9 am , but they seemed unfazed by that! Dr. Hou was extremely professional yet friendly and explained everything in detail. My hygienist was Theresa and she was gentle and kind. Also Kelsey was very professional and thorough in her explanations of what treatment I will need going forward and gave me a printout of what insurance will cover and what I will be responsible for. I am a senior Citizen and feel like I have been given the care and attention that an elderly grandmother would be given. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Yesterday I woke up with pain in my mouth check my insurance and a coworker told me that Pine Bush was a good place. I called. I spoke to Mikaela and she was so nice had so much empathy for my pain and scheduled me for today. I went in today and saw Jenny and the dentist. Staff is very nice that I see so far. It’s a very clean place. I also spoke to Kelsey about Insurance and other financial things so far so good but this is just the beginning of a long way and a lot of work that I need because of the massive infection I have thank you to the doctor and I’m sorry I forgot his name Who caught the infection?.

Fantastic experience: It had been over a year since my last cleaning. I was able to go in sooner due to a cancelation. Ashley my hygienist was encouraging and listened as I explained why I wasn't able to get in sooner. She was thorough, informative, expressed concern regarding my recent surgery. Dr. Hou was clear about my treatment I needed and again was thorough. The scheduler was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule for my follow up appointments.

Negative experience: Went there for some dental work and one of the days they scheduled me for 3:30 which is 30 minutes before they close now right by the place there’s a school in the school buses get released at that same time and I was stuck behind the school buses for a good 1015 minutes. I also called them and told them this which they could’ve very easily gave me an appointment for the next day or anything else now I walk in at 3:45 and they’re freaking out and then they banned me from getting any dental work done this they had already done a bunch of work on my teeth so these guys pretty much banned me for coming in 15 minutes late, which was completely out of my Control due to the fact that they’re literally right by a school and at that time the kids get released. I thought the dentist were fine. Believe that they put me on a band list for being 15 minutes late and I literally couldn’t do anything about it and they also somehow banned me from their other offices. It’s a shame because it’s one of the only dental groups that accepts our insurance and nobody in there seems to care that they just left my work have done extremely unfair and unprofessional

Negative experience: I accidentally missed my 8am checkup appointment and when receptionist called, FIRST WORDS out of her mouth were, I am assuming you are not coming because of your insurance plan?? I felt so disgusted she profiled me as a no show because I couldn't afford it or coverage issues. At no time did I express money issues. I paid over $1000 for first visit (which I didn't get a receipt for btw) and this was only a checkup. I will be following up with my insurance company to see what was covered. If it was the first time, I would have politely disregarded the rude comment but every time we have visited there is always drops about what we can and cannot afford. I pay over $800 a month for health insurance, apparently my dental coverage doesn't cut it. It is unfortunate, I had extremely positive experiences with the Dentists and Hygienists in this office. They were very knowledgeable and experienced, and I had no issues paying for the services that were needed.

Fantastic experience: Hi! I had an amazing experience yesterday at Pine Bush Dental with my 4 year old son, Ari. Dr Shaz and his assistant, Dayvee (not sure how to spell her name) were so incredibly patient, warm and professional. I was amazed at how they took the time to explain everything to Ari, until he felt comfortable. Although we are just visiting NY, I was so relieved to find this practice and have them treat my son.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at Pine Bush Dental this week. It was for a routine cleaning and to check a molar I had chipped. The inside of the place looks so modern and inviting. I got my dates wrong but the front desk was able to see a spot open up and booked me immediately saving me a trip back the next day. The dental hygienist was very positive and took good care of me. She worked so fast and listened to my concern of a chipped tooth. You can tell the hygienists help each other and give feedback as well. The dentist came by to review and talk to me and discussed the plan for my chipped tooth and did not pressure me into lots of extra work and issues. I was in and out in less than an hour. So far I am very pleased with this office and look forward to future visits.

Positive experience: Great experience for our kids, ages 2 and 1. Very clean, friendly staff and timely appointment. The longest portion of our visit was waiting for the dentist but the staff helped keep our kids busy during the longer wait.

The work itself was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Hannah, the assistant, was super knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. The office is sleek and high-tech, which made the whole experience feel modern and efficient. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the scheduling coordinator to the administrators at the front desk, to the dentist and assistants were nothing but kind and helpful. I never felt shamed or pressured by anyone which is why I have always struggled with going to the dentist. I even showed up the wrong day for my appointment and they fit me in. The office itself is very clean and the pediatric offices are very fun and calming for the kids. Also, I never really noticed others before but their procedure chairs are really plush and comfy. I got teeth pulled ( no pain) and it was still one of my best dental experiences.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Pine Bush Dental Group was excellent. I did not have to wait to be seen. The hygienist was very nice and professional, she did a great job. The dentist looked over my exrays and ensured that I did not have any problems This is my third or fourth time going here and I plan on staying with them.
