Fantastic experience: I had my first visit here on Tuesday afternoon. I’m new to the area, was looking for a place close to work so I can take off and get back quickly, I had a great recommendation from a coworker (and a positive interaction with an employee at a work event months back) so I decided I would try them out. As someone with a lot of dental anxiety walking in for the first time in far too long prepping to need a lot of work- these ladies were welcoming, empathetic, professional, so friendly and comforting, and I couldn’t be happier in the choice I made to give them a shot. And the best news is I was in better shape than I thought. Looking forward to catching up and staying caught up at this office!

Negative experience: The people are GREAT but I have insurance that covers cleanings. But because they say I have to have a deep clean each time they charge me 25.00. When I complained they stopped a few times but the last time just a few days ago it was 100.00? For what? I asked the tech and the Dentist they both said no problems everything looks good. I am searching for another Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've had issues with my teeth on and off for over two years with my crowns and root canal ect so After doing some research I found this place. I was terrified to switch dentist after going to the same one for almost 10 years but something had to change I wanted comfort and to have a beautiful smile. This office provided that and so much more. They are so so kind and caring they even have a therapy dog who will come over and want some lovens. My first visit I was nervous and they gave me a blanket for comfort. And thoroughly explained what was going on and what they were doing. My second visit was my cleaning. My lady was so kind and talked to me the whole time making me laugh and smile. Best part the cleaning didn't even hurt. I honestly can say I look forward to my next dentist visit Tulsa location

Positive experience: Carletti seems more possessed by the business of dentistry than the art of dentistry. They never stop texting me, ultimately sending threatening texts that insist I’ll be billed for a missed appointment if I don’t ’Press C to confirm now’. And this three times a week! One wonders why. The 'glass booth gals' process the patients to an annoying degree. The young dentists and hygienists, on the other hand, are very good and efficient; and the dog, Gus, is wonderful, the highlight of my visit. If only HE worked scheduling. Carletti, himself, of course, is never present. But then neither is Ronald McDonald.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Carletti, is the best. He never hurts you and if you ever get nervous there is always Gus or Oreo there the therapy dogs. My five year old granddaughter loves to go there to see the doggies. To top off your visit is his staff who are always so kind and quick to get everything done.

Fantastic experience: This was the first time here. My Dad, almost 92, moved here a couple of years ago and needed a new dentist. He saw Dr Kristina Floyd and was very pleased. They performed a cleaning and then presented a treatment plan and pricing for the cavities that needed filling. This office provides a therapy dog (that is Gus in the photo), weighted blankets, music and sedation...anything to help your dental appt be more comfortable for you. Even the waiting area is above the norm with a nice television, coffee and cold water and juices available. The office personnel are great at checking to ensure the tv is on the right channel for whomever is waiting. I highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Wow where do I start first off they’re always on time I just get right in they have great relaxation stuff the place I went to for like two years I lost a tooth which means 3 ! No way and had to pay a lot more for a cleaning which is serious I used this lady and she never cleaned my teeth at this OTHER place!!! NOT HERE CARLETTI (She-hygienist) removed stain my teeth are so clean also felt very comfortable with the hygienist I forgot you’re name but she was amazing she said knowledgeable advice for me and she really cleans your teeth properly and professionally AS DO ALL THE STAFF PLEASE the experience alone is worth the trip! The work is great I had comfort from a dog and a weighted blanket and I got to watch tv upside down they have the newest technology in the cosmetics and they also do fillings still and crowns and implants that look amazing with the new laser printer!! I also like the fact if you come regularly you get insurance on crowns I’m pretty sure ✌️

Fantastic experience: I just had a wonderful experience today! Starting with me forgetting about my appointment and making it only because of the text reminder I had already eaten breakfast. They had pre-toothpaste toothbrushes available in their bathroom so I didn't feel bad about eating breakfast. Then Skyla my hygienist did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and told me every step of the way what she was doing. It didn't matter to me, but to people who are a little worried and have anxiety about stuff it would have been really comforting! Then when we were done I was able to meet with Dr Steven's who was wonderful. Then to wrap it up I had to have impressions done for invisalign and it was all done on a computer now in less than 10 minutes! All around perfect experience today and would highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. Modern technology, clean facility, friendly and professional staff. They take the extra steps to make you comfortable and ensure a great experience.

Positive experience: If you have allergies, stay away. They use air freshener and essential oils spray in the Sapulpa office, and the Tulsa office uses plug ins and spray. I repeatedly asked if they could stop using it and was told "no" on my last visit. Great dentist and facility otherwise.

Fantastic experience: My husband is disabled and is in a wheelchair and they helped me get him in the dentist chair. Dr. Carleton was very friendly and he was very patient with my husband, my husband had a bad brain trauma and surgery on his head and brain. He took time to talk to explain everything to us also he made time to fix my husband tooth temporarily until my husband gets the other dental work he needs. I would recommend Carletti Dentistry Associates to everyone.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for a few years and have always had the best experience. This morning I called the office (Tulsa location) to verify if I had an apt today and what time it was. When the girl answered the phone I told her my first and last name and why I was calling. She put me on hold and I was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. She never came back to the phone so I hung up. I never once got a call back apologizing or confirming that I had an apt or not. The girl that took my call was Brooklyn. I arrived at the office at 12:40 for my 1 o’clock apt and as I was walking towards the desk to give my info, I was quickly interrupted by one of the front desk girls. She very rudely says “name?” I tell her my name and tell her I have an apt at 1. I also proceed to tell her I got new insurance and it needs to be updated. I’m the middle of me telling her this, she Interrupts me, again and says “I verified your insurance on Feb 24th, you’re good”. I said, no, I have new dental insurance, here’s my card. She tells me to have a seat that my hygienist will be out soon. My hygienist calls me back and as she’s about to start cleaning my teeth, the receptionist peeks her head in and says “I can’t verify her dental info just to let you know.” The same girl, Brooklyn that had put me on hold that meaning and forgot I was on the phone and didn’t call back, was also the same girl who was very rude to me when I went in today. The front office staff had always been great and I never have had an issue, until dealing with Brooklyn.

Fantastic experience: I needed an emergency extraction during our one and only snowstorm of the year. It was on Thursday, the snow continuing through Friday. I hadn't slept or eaten anything in at least 48 hours. I had to constantly take a mouthful of cold water to let the cold rest against the tooth to stop the pain, as soon as my body temperature heated the water the pain returned. I've had a lot of toothaches in my time and experienced all kinds of pain but this, this was something special. You know those pain level questionnaires you get with the round smiley faces with level 1 being a happy face and a level 10 being a crying face? I'd put this at a level 20. I'm not trying to be overly dramatic but saying it was an otherworldly, Lovecraftian nightmare is putting it lightly. As I sipped the cold water and spit it into a bucket I never allowed the pain to reach maximum which is terrifying. I kept picturing myself becoming like a rabid animal, wild eyed and foaming at the mouth unable to form a coherent thought if I didn't have the constant cold water/spit routine. Blizzard Thursday and Friday, dentist offices closed Saturday and Sunday and I am scheduled to work all weekend. After calling 20 offices who were all closed due to the snow I was preparing my psyche to pull my own tooth. This is a stupid idea and horrifying in it's own right but desperation makes one irrational. I tried calling a few more dentist offices with all of them either not answering or playing a recording saying that they were closed until Monday. Then I called Carletti. They were open and could get me in today! It was a great place, everyone was really nice and I could not be happier. The procedure was quick and easy, the Dr and staff were very nice and friendly. The front lobby reminded me of someone's nice home where you're afraid to touch anything or sit on the nice furniture especially arriving filthy from work like I did. Would reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Carletti Dentistry is always clean and professional. I just had a crown replaced and was a little apprehensive about it. The dentist was very gentle, compassionate and professional. I didn’t have ANY pain after the initial visit, the temp crown fit great and the permanent crown I got today is very comfortable! I always dread going to the dentist but they make it as painless as possible.

Fantastic experience: Originally had an appointment scheduled for January but someone canceled so they were able to get me in today! Super friendly receptionist and was very warm welcoming. I arrived to the office this morning and it was very clean, welcoming and gorgeous! They had great festive decorations, very beautiful layout and well decorated. Today I worked with Pam and she gave me a cleaning. This was the MOST RELAXED AND COMFORTABLE CLEANING EVER. Previous places places I have gone too, I feel like I was expected to dislocate my jaw, “open wider, WIDER!” But not Pam. She was great and it was very relaxing. We have a lovely conversation and she was very informative every step of the way of the cleaning and check in. I look forward to coming again in June.
