Fantastic experience: Staff was super sweet and patient with my 8 year old. Had to get a crown on one of her permanent front teeth due to her fracturing it. The whole process was so easy and smooth and they genuinely seem to care about the patient and comfort. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and result!

Fantastic experience: I was very happy with my visit to Guffee Dental Associates. I was treated with respect and kindness. My appointment was for a consultation about having a tooth extracted, but, when I expressed a desire to get my teeth cleaned, Terrie fit me into her schedule. I have never had such a pleasant cleaning as this one. I very much enjoyed the Scripture and pictures shown on a large screen. I will most definitely be returning to this practice where the staff gathers in the morning for a time of prayer, which includes praying for their patients. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I was very happy on my second visit to Guffee Dental Associates. I was treated with respect and kindness. Terrie performed the cleaning again, which was just as easy and pleasant as the first time. It is quite obvious that the people working in this office practice what they believe. I wear braces; one of the brackets had come off, leaving the end of the wire poking my lip. Terrie asked another woman in the office what she would advise doing, and then one of the dentists came in to have a look. They called my orthodontist and patiently waited while I contacted my driver to check on her availability for the appointments offered. I made an appointment to return in four months to have my teeth cleaned again and for a dental checkup.

I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Guffee and Dr. Weed, and I love them both. They're super patient and truly have my best interests in mind, not just the money. Also, they play Praise music and have Bible verses everywhere. I've never felt more relaxed at a dentist office than I have there. Thank you for keeping my mouth healthy!

Fantastic experience: Went in for an emergency visit due to a veneer coming off. They had no problem getting me in same day. The dental technician was wonderful! She did a tremendous job of prepping my tooth for the securing of the cap ensuring a good fit again and checking on me continuously to make sure I was in no discomfort from the process. The veneer was reattached and looking great in no time. The office staff are also very kind and helpful.

From the very beginning the technician that answered my calll to set the appointment was patient, caring and took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. Meeting with Dr. Guffee was an exceptional experience. He took the time to explain everything to me clearly, kindly and compassionately. Unfortunately my dental news was not good and I needed to be refered for major issues. Although he did not stand to gain anything he still patiently and kindly and clearly educated me and provided me with my limited choices. I was truly impressed by his honesty, Integrity, compassion and down to earth frank communication of what was difficult news to hear. This is a truly good man, with a servants heart. The scripture at the entrance was the first thing. Then I met Michele. So nice and welcoming and actually talked to me. Then Alicia, my new friend. That girl made me feel so comfortable and safe.(I have dental anxiety). I felt safe. We laughed and talked. I feel like I've known her forever. Finally, Dr. Guffee. He is such a a nice person. Explained things without over talking and gave me options and put me in the driver's seat . Now when I say these folks love the Lord, it's evident. In how they speak, and in the atmosphere! I could feel the presence of the Holy Spirit in that little room and was moved to tears! They play really good music too!!! I was singing along with Brandon Lake. Int the dentist office! Laura conducted a cleaning - and it was painless the entire time - while offering great information and recommendations for dental health according to what she was seeing. Dr. Weed was great as well and offered relatively affordable options moving forward. My cleaning was very thorough and I was always asked if I was comfortable. I needed a good bit of work done and Dr. Guffee and his staff were wonderful throughout. Fantastic experience: Each of my visits, (and my husband's visits) as patients, have all been very pleasant. Dr. Guffee is a blessing as he treats everyone with understanding and respect. The staff is a pleasure to work with, also. Even while Dr. Guffee is working with you directly, he wants to give gentle care, and understands his work is a "need" for everyone, and wants you to be relaxed and at ease. Even before you enter the exam room, the waiting room is comfortable, and puts you more at ease because of the type music playing. In the exam room, the computer above the patient's chair, is relaxing as it is showing scripture. For me, the scriptures seemed to read at the exact time to fit the procedure. I love that! Thank you, Dr. Guffee, for setting this type of environment! I am hoping it doesn't change in the future!

I recently called to find out if they can accomodate my adult disabled son who needs to be put to sleep to have his teeth cleaned. While they do not offer this amenity, the front desk person spent time helping me identify dentists in our area that specialize in the type dentistry my son needs. She also spent a lot of time explaining how I can file on his insurance even if the specialist dentist does not file. When I thanked her for spending so much time helping me, she told me that Guffee Dental cares for dental issues and also heart issues. That meant the world to me. Truly the doctors and staff are the hands and feet of God and we are so grateful God led us to them. Thank you so much!

The doctor still inspected but only charged us for the X rays that were needed to make sure her permanent tooth was fine.

Fantastic experience: Since establishing care here over four years ago, the consistent professionalism and courtesy of the staff and cleanliness of the clinic are second to none. My most recent appointments are the latest examples: a few weeks ago, I called requesting an annual exam and cleaning and was scheduled for early February. However, I called the office to request an appointment between Christmas and New Year's was booked for yesterday for the exam, cleaning, had imaging performed to be fitted for a night guard, and told I needed two fillings and a crown (which was no surprise). After a cancellation, I was scheduled for the fillings this morning and given the night guard. Both Doctors Guffee and Weed and their assistants as well as the checkout desk staff are outstanding. This clinic operates in a matter that, in my opinion, Christians ought to and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: This office reminds me of the Dental practice I had prior to moving from Roanoke, VA. I totally trusted my dentist and traveled from Anderson, South Carolina to Roanoke, a 700 mile round-trip, to have him take care of my dental needs. My Roanoke Dentist had to retire due to a disability so I began to ask for referrals in Anderson. Dr. Guffee was highly recommended by a retired dentist. The recommendation was spot on! Everyone in this practice, the Receptionist/Front Desk, Dental hygienist and Dr. Guffee were very helpful, patient and cooperative. They clearly understood my anxiety in choosing a new dentist after 12 years of going to the same dentist. The staff here is tremendous. Dr. Guffee was very clear, concise and empathetic, in describing his recommended treatment for me going forward. I would highly recommend Guffee Dental Associates, SC to anyone who asked. They are terrific!
