Fantastic experience: Really a great place to go I was in dire need of a dentist and you know how that is if you can't get in right away, but they seem to it and got me in the very next day. Got x-rays done the dentist checked my mouth. I had a mouthful of thrush which she treated with nystatin liquid and I see him back in two weeks. I couldn't have been treated any better. I am very thankful for their office parking stinks but oh well can't have everything.

Fantastic experience: Let me preface this review with the fact that I am very anxious about going to the dentist, to put it mildly. The entire staff at London Dental Center of Excellence have been very supportive and understanding about this and they are wonderful!! I have only seen Dr. binder but I couldn’t ask for a better dentist (I’ve heard great things about the other dentists in this office as well)! They truly do what is best for their patients!

Fantastic experience: Initial visit… registering was quick, office staff was super nice and efficient, the assistants and the Dr. were professional, explained everything they were doing as they worked on my daughter. They had a breakdown of the process going forward for her dental plan and answered all questions knowledgeably. Would 100% recommend!

Negative experience: I called them and they told me they took my insurance I live 3 hours away and got there and said it be out of pocket I said why you tell me you took my insurance and made me drive hours for nothing it’s bull

Negative experience: The people were great don’t get me wrong but the the care took to long and felt rushed.. It wasn’t what i expected i had an abscessed tooth in alot of pain and they wouldn’t pull it instead they referred me and are making me wait a month just for an consultation with a surgeon in Richmond thats too long to wait in pain.. Nor would they give me anything for the pain just a weak antibiotic (amoxicillin).. the last time i had an abscess somewhere else at a different clinic i was prescribed Keflex it helped me way more quickly and more powerful to get rid of the infection.. to be honest im very disappointed at how rushed i was and just thrown to whomever to get me out of there instead of taking the time to really go over it thoroughly and not make me wait so long and to find a more suitable time frame and medication. I was just numbed and sent on my way home..

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wood and his staff are great. I have been treated with care and patience from day one. From the deep clean I received from his hygeinist(very thorough), to the fillings his assistant provided today. Just a great experience, especially considering most dont necessarilly love dental appointments to begin with.

Negative experience: I went in for a cleaning and after waiting 30 mins after my scheduled time I asked them how much longer and was told at least another 20-30 mins. In adition to the long wait I was told that they may only have time for an exam that I would probably have to come back for the cleaning. I don't believe that I should have to wait an hour for a 10 min exam and come back a 2nd time for a 20 min cleaning. I am paying them quite a bit to do a job for me and they have no respect for my time, energy and money.

Fantastic experience: I really love these people. Dr. Woods is great. As I've gotten older I have developed an anxiety problem. The staff and Dr. Were great. They told me everything they were going to do and made sure I was comfortable. Their office was bright and comfortable. The staff very kind. I was not a patient but I needed immediate care and they made a spot the next day and I had a root canal the next. I was very thankful. I want to become a patient of theirs.

Fantastic experience: Went to London Dental for years, both my kids had their braces here. I can’t say enough good about them. I moved away and of course have another dentist but Friday afternoon I was in town and needed emergency assistance. I was able to get a hold of London Dental and was saw within an hour. Still the best dentist office ever. I was treated like I had never left. Some faces have changed but the friendliness and kindness are still the same.

I’ve been a patient here for over 30 years and I have yet to see them drop the ball on anything. I’ve tried other dentists but I find them lacking deeply in comparison to the standard that I’ve become accustomed to here. I have a crown that Dr. Wood put on nearly 30 years ago and it’s still there!! He and his staff are absolutely THE BEST around! So kind and caring and compassionate! I feel Like he’s my brother, and he’s giving me the care that he would to his own family! Same goes for his entire staff! I’ve yet to meet one of them that wasn’t over the top incredible! If I start naming people, I’m afraid I’d forget someone! But they all strive to make it the best care you can receive!! And it is!! Thank you London Dental Center!!

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could!!!! Talked to a “recruiter” and thought it was somebody that actually worked there, over the phone and told me they would remove my wisdom teeth for me, or do something to help me. And also told me that they took my insurance. I get to the appointment they take my xray and wouldn’t even prescribe me ibuprofen and the receptionist were very rude!! Made me pay the $60 office visit and sent me on my way. When I already have an xray from my other dentist from 2 weeks ago. They didn’t even look in my mouth!! I was in tears talking to the dentist from the pain, and told them I haven’t ate in a week, they did not care!!!

Fantastic experience: I am horrified to go to a dentist from bad experiences in the past. I didn’t even know Dr. woods was finished! He made me so comfortable and cared about everything he did and I’m forever thankful for him. He and his staff explains everything they are doing and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing. Negative experience: Went for a cleaning on 7/16, this is the second time I waited 25 minutes before I asked how long. I was told another 10 minutes! I don’t mind waiting but it would be nice to be told what’s going on! I understand emergencies but they should be the ones waiting before a person that has an appointment. My time is just as important as theirs.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst dentist I’ve ever been to. They do not care about it your teeth what so ever especially kids!! They have rescheduled and not to mention not even called to remind of the time. Don’t do their jobs correctly what so ever. Does not want to get up and ask to doctor for his approval just lazy!! I’d say it’s all a money gimmick.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at London Dental Center of Excellence this past Friday. The staff was incredibly thorough, informative, kind, and compassionate throughout my visit. After having four very negative dental experiences in the past, this was a big deal for me—and they truly exceeded my expectations. They accepted my insurance, and their services are affordable, which has made it possible for me to move forward with getting my teeth fixed the way I’ve always wanted. It’s going to be a process, but I finally feel comfortable enough to commit to it—because of how well they treated me. I’m truly looking forward to continuing care with them and working together to get the smile I’ve been hoping for. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I've had to change my review. While Dr woods is the best dentist I've ever seen, the last two times we've been there they've been an hour or more late past our appointment and my wife gets mad and makes a scene and storms out and then I have to go with her.

Negative experience: PLEASE BEWARE. Get a second opinion on your “cavities” & don’t schedule here based on their name, they are very short of excellence, should be London Dental Center of Scams!!! I called to schedule a cleaning and talk about repairing my bridge. When I arrived at the appointment, I verified I was there for a cleaning and issue with my bridge. They took me back for a ton of X-rays. I was sat in the chair and told again that I would have a cleaning. After a bit the Dentist came over and proceeded to tell me I had 15 cavities. Never had one in my life and have no pain. Mentioned they could fix my bridge by removing two good teeth. Mentioned there was no way they could clean my teeth because there was no hygienist there, I’d have to come back for that. Wanted to know when I’d like to schedule to come back for the cleaning & to start “fillings”. I told them I’d have to call them. They all acted shocked and confused that I didn’t want to schedule a date back. I came there for a cleaning and bridge issue and they didn’t help with either one but tried to get me to pay thousands for fillings. I was going to let it go until someone else just posted the same thing about them!!! I paid $200 for “X-rays” and not what I went for.

Negative experience: Don't believe the $99 exam and cleaning. Just a way to get you in there to tell you the actual cleaning will cost $1800. Maybe they should give me money back since cleaning wasn't part of the actual exam and cleaning? Ya right! Good luck with that. I also explained that I didn't have insurance so that was the cash price. I've called four places since and they are anywhere from $50-$150 per quadrant cheaper. Hopefully I can get them to send my X-rays to another dentist, that way I don't have to go through all that again. Let me know please...

Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth at 2 pm on a Friday, I just knew there was no way it was getting fixed before sometime the next week. I called a couple places and sit on hold forever. I hung up and decided to walk into London Dental. I told the lady upfront what had happened and asked what day next week they could get me in. She walked back to Dr. Woods and he told her to go ahead and work me in. I literally went back five minutes later, he looked at it and told me the plan, handed me off to Rachel, and she began to work. Thirty minutes later I was walking out, with a fantastic filling. I will never go to another Dentist Office. They always have been and still are the best.

Fantastic experience: I was so hopeless feeling. I had a front tooth filling fall out and my dentist called in sick to work. I dont know what told me to stop at London Dental but thank GOD I did. They saw it was an emergency to me and they fixed everything. I wont forget that! The folks here are A+++ On my 2nd visit doc Binder and his assistant Barb were GREAT!! They gave me help cause I didnt have insurance and they gave me info on a good dental plan!! Everyone there is sooooo Nice! A+++ Update: Still going here. Just had my teeth cleaned and had a cancer screening. Ashley my Dental hygienist is AMAZING! She's very knowledgeable and very good at her job!

Negative experience: Unless you are ready to wait for 3 hours, not be able to find a parking spot all for a simple mouth exam to pull a tooth and then not even pull it! do not come here. They will overstate cavities said I had 12 to try to get a self pay customer to spend more money cash later down the road. Will also quote you different prices for the same procedure. I left with a 6k quote how funny Gregory Binder is! go to another down the road and it is 1 cavity. Do yourself a huge favor and if you can go to Jefferson City TN Dr. Warren Stinson will extract for $85! Let your entire family know! So ridiculous they also attempted to charge for following visits $3000 for a deep clean and hide it in charges on receipt as well as many other unnecessary things to his liking, when for starters, no company around charges that much for a deep root clean either!!!! Sounds like some fraud going on here…. Don’t underestimate your patients as some aren’t stupid! NOT TRUSTHWORTHY!!!!

He provides his patients the utmost care and listens to their concerns with empathy and patience. I one-hundred per cent recommend Dr Wood at London Dental. My experience for my most recent visit at London Dental was great. My crown fell off and they worked me in right away and fixed me up, so that I didn't have to go to work without my crown. Fantastic experience: Well I gotta say, it was a long wait for my new dentures, but wow! The quality is amazing! Not only that but Dr Binder and his staff took excellent care of me during the whole ordeal. They repaired my old set (free of charge) and kept me well informed about when the new ones arrived. It took a bit to get them, but now I see why. It was worth the wait. You get what you pay for folks. Glad I went here! That’s a fact!

Update: I have had a crown and another cleaning. I am very impressed with the care I have received and the options I am given. I have received accurate quotes as well. I would definitely recommend. Update: 10/5/24 I went in for another cleaning. I see the dentist about every 6 months ( unless I need work) Cleaning is much less painful than other places I have been. They are very concerned about me being comfortable.

Negative experience: I was told that the invisialign treatment will cost $4,000, I arranged to have it paid with my credit card and the rest with Care Credit. Two weeks ago I was told by a technician that I was going to have to pay extra $350. Later when I called the office a lady said that it was in the chart. When I went to the Dental Office I was told that I had already agreed and gave me a copy the charges with the signature box that I had signed previously but a copy of the paper work was never given to me. I inquired with patients who have got invisialing with London Dental and didn't have additional charges after they have paid the $4,000

Fantastic experience: I am 67 and haven been around with dentist, These people are the best. They were half the quote I got from my last visit to another dentist to get work done. I was on the fence because of the price, but this dentist office with their great price pushed me over to the yes side. The staff was great, office wonderful and clean. I do want to give a shoutout to Ashley my dental tech..... She was way and above great at her job, she was soothing and assuring, making the visit comfortable. The tech said my teeth looked great. The dentist came in and said the opposite. I had to wait 6 years to go to the dentist again due do lack of money. Negative experience: My recent visit was horrible to say the least. I had broken a tooth and was needing to have it extracted. Plus it was effecting my dentures as well. I called and explained my situation. I was told that I could be worked in. I already had been informed my regular dentist was not working but I chose to see another dentist due to the pain and unable to wear the dentures. My entire stay was about 4hours to have the dentist that finely seen me tell me they didn’t do extractions. When asked about the problem of my dentures not fitting properly I was given a sample of polident. X-rays were taken. Left the dental office the same way I went in. I took off work hoping my problem would be taken care of instead but left with a sample of polident still have a tooth ache and unable to wear my dentures. I have been a patient for over 20 years and very disappointed in the lack of service I received Just to be clear if I had my dentures adjusted and my tooth pulled during this visit I would have been happy because I knew I was being worked in and sat there patiently for 4hours. I’m wondering why they had me to even come into the office

Negative experience: They will cancel you're appointment if you do not confirm the appointment! We drove an hour to be told that because we did not confirm our appointment, it had been cancelled and we could not be seen. Worst service I've ever heard of. I work in a medical office and half of our patients do not confirm their appointments. I can only imagine the chaos we would see if we told our patients that "because you did not confirm your appointment, we can not see you today!" Wow. Just Wow!

Fantastic experience: My being in the office for a root canal aside, the staff are friendly and competent. The wait time for an appointment is a bit long but a sign of a busy practice. Allowing me to split my bill between visits makes it easier to pay. Would easily recommend to others.

Negative experience: Showed up for appointment only to be told that my hygienist was sick and that they had cancelled my appointment. Lady confirmed my number and said they had called but didn't leave a message. The receptionist didn't even try to reschedule with me. People get sick... that's fine, but how this was handled was so unprofessional.

Fantastic experience: I was not looking forward to going to the dentist i was so embarrassed about my teeth they were breaking and chipping off. But they made me feel so comfortable Dr Gregory D Binder and his sweet nurse made me feel very comfortable i had to have wisdom teeth pulled and 4 others its been two days ago ive done ok Dr Binder was great i didn't bruise i do have a little swelling but not at all like i thought it would be ive got plates and screws on one side of my jaw i was worried about those coming loose with the pressure of pulling those back teeth out but no problems at all im very happy with finally having it done, I go back in two weeks im am not scared or worried anymore about my mental appointments Everyone that works there is all friendly and nice and explains everything out to you it’s one of the best dentist I’ve ever been to I’d like to say Thanks to all the London Dental workers…… Connie

Fantastic experience: There is a very friendly staff, and they really know how to work with kids. My son was nervous but they eased his mind a lot during his appointment. They did a very thorough exam and cleaning and he left happy. I couldn’t ask for more

Negative experience: Would give negative stars if possible! Scheduled an appointment as new patient and teeth cleaning. Was not given a cleaning and they refused to do a cleaning without spending $4739.00. Was quoted $97 for cleaning and $99 initial exam. Took 1/2 a day off work for this appointment. It was a waste of time and money! Go somewhere else!
