Fantastic experience: Everyone at Little Smiles has been wonderful working with my developmentally disabled son. From the front desk staff to the hygienist and dentist, they are all encouraging and patient. We were invited to stop by the waiting room any time to get used to the people and environment. The staff really "gets" kids with special needs. By far the best dental experience my son has ever had and we're seeing progress at each visit!

Fantastic experience: A year ago we moved to Worcester from Waltham Ma. My 11 year old at that time now she's is 12, was so scared to go to a new Dental office. After Trying other places we came across Little Smiles Dental and she loved it!! Everyone is so nice, you feel very welcome and the staff is very knowledgeable. For my daughter the best part she gets a price after the end of every visit, and I as a parent feel very happy to have finally found the right Dental place for my daughter.

How the dentist was patient and cooperative when my kids was having a bit of a meltdown and shy to get their teeth brushed. Negative experience: Very disappointed with this dental office called Little smile We had an appointment scheduled for my child that had been booked well in advance, only to have it canceled at the last minute with no real explanation. It’s incredibly frustrating to rearrange work and school schedules, only to be told just before the appointment that it won’t be happening. This is not the level of professionalism or reliability I expect from a healthcare provider. If you value your time and need dependable care for your family, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.
