Fantastic experience: I had my six month cleaning. Brittney always is very personable and friendly. She does a great job cleaning my teeth. Also, when I have had dental work done with Dr. Miranda and assistant Rebekah Toupin, they explained everything in detail, were very nice, and do a very thorough job!!! A++ to a great team!!! Very nice dental facility and team. The office girls are always very polite. It’s comforting to have bright and cheery faces greet you when you come in!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone in Dr. Robitaille’s office is very welcoming and friendly, they took me in a timely manner, my hygienist this time was Brittany, updated my information, we were able to chat before my services which made me feel very comfortable, sometimes dentists offices can be intimidating, not so here! Brittany had to take a full set of x-rays, I have an issue that can make that uncomfortable, but she was very gentle and quick, then proceeded to give me a thorough cleaning! I started in Dr. Robitaille‘s office many many years ago and will continue in their beautiful new office for many many more, and also refer them to friends and family! My hygienist and dentist still exceptional. Addition July 2024: Saw different hygienist, Alys, along with Dr.Patel and both were exceptional: gentle, professional and very caring. Update August 2025: last two visits were with hygienist Erin who is very thorough yet gentle, recommend highly.

Fantastic experience: August 2025 I had crooked front teeth that Dr. Robitaille modified with bonding material and shaping, and now they look better than they ever have! He did a fantastic job, and the price was reasonable. He's a master at his work; I'm impressed and very appreciative.

Whether I have needed a routine checkup, cleaning, filling, root canal etc., all my experiences have been wonderful. Everyone in this office is awesome because they are all so personable, professional, and thorough. Even though I have been living in Florida for years, I still fly back for all my appointments or any dental concerns. They are the best!!!!

Negative experience: YOU WILL HAVE $ STOLEN: First off to Show Objectivity This place will work for 90% of patients. The Dentists, Dental Assistant's, and Equipment are second to none in the area. However, there is an almost impossible dichotomy between that and the front desk workers and Financial Coordinator's. Do All your own research if you have any costly repairs beyond fillings. I long suspected there was an issue with my balances and recently found this to be true. I had the First 1/3 Of an Implant performed here and My insurance provider rejected the Claim on the Basis of the work - only being applicable to a Dental Implant. Doesn't sound right does it? Well it sure did to Tara the Care Coordinator, who merely accepted this reasoning and then added $1,100 to my balance at the office. Upon Learning this 4 months later, I appealed the claim to My insurance by merely forwarding them the same forms I had been provided by the Dental Office initially and they fulfilled the claim. This was the first time I really looked into how they applied insurance because it was over $1000 I all of a sudden owed. Literally all Tara (who also is off like 2-3 a week every week and the only person who handles billing) needed to do was forward the Implant Plan to the insurer to get me coverage and instead billed me $1100 my insurer was willing to cover.

Fantastic experience: My 11 year old daughter has MAJOR anxiety issues, but thankfully we had Erin for her first appointment and she was the kindest, most patient person ever! She explained every single step in detail, she let her see and touch and feel everything first, she gave her plenty of time to make her decisions and say "yes that's ok" which has been a tremendous help in conquering her fear of the dentist. She has had a few appointments with Erin and now looks forward to each visit with her, as well as saying hello to all of the extremely friendly staff! We love it here!

Fantastic experience: A new Chapter was opened today for my dental care as myself and family moved on from our previous provider. Can only say I’m so in the right place, very welcoming as I walked in. I was seen right away by my new hygienist Brittany, felt very comfortable by her approach explaining how she performs her procedures one step at a time . My family came from a smaller office, that had up to date equipment, however my new place is really state of the art. I received a very thorough exam and cleaning, Brittany was gentle, thorough and really nice. Dr. Patel came in afterward introduced herself and again I knew we made the right move. As I was leaving, the front desk had all my information, and my next appointment was scheduled and so convenient for my busy schedule.
