Negative experience: Did a bad job at fillings. Few months and they were bad. They barely document anything. Staff intentionally stabs gums. Had an Xray, they said i needed a crown because my tooth was cracked. I asked to see the Xray, I couldn't see my own Xraym Got 2 other options, just a filling was cracked. They are charging me a good chunk of change to fix what they messed up. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Frank Ruffino 4th at his office last week and my visit was great. He did a wonderful job with everything. He made me feel very comfortable and confident about what he was doing. I have been a great customer of his father in this office for more than 20 years. I would say that I’m pretty picky about my dentist, and he does a wonderful job. My husband and I really like him and his work. My former dentist retired and I didn’t think I would find someone who I trusted to give exceptional service and care. I was wrong. Dr. Ruffino and his staff have made the transition so easy. Fantastic experience: Just had my broken tooth fixed because it started getting really sensitive. I had to get care credit since I used up all my insurance for the year which Kathy told me how to do and it honestly was so easy. She’s awesome. Always super nice and helpful. Oh and funny. Yes we always laugh. My dental assistant,which please excuse me but I don’t know her name, is thee best in the biz. We had such a great time last week. We’ve been coming here for at least 12 years and I love these guys. Dr Ruffino has never let me down and I’d never let another dentist touch my mouth. Thanks to his awesome staff and of course Dr Ruffino.

Fantastic experience: I really like Dr. Ruffino and Dr. Whitford, as well as their hygienist, including my regular hygienist, Margie! The front desk employees are very helpful and friendly! One issue I have is that Dr. Ruffino is supposed to be my main dentist, but I always have to see other dentists because he is so busy. That said, the other dentists are always very thorough, professional, friendly and efficient.

Fantastic experience: My appointment on 10/29/24 was 100% better than my previous one on May '24. I have receding gums and extremely sensitive gums/teeth, I was ready to just stop any future dental appointments because I couldn't handle the nerve zingers I experienced. For my 10/29/24 appointment I let my dental hygienist know I was basically traumatized and didn't think I could go through that again. She was so compassionate, understanding, informative and was very gentle, didn't use the ultrasonic tool, gave suggestions on the need to gloss 2 times a day, use sensitive tooth paste, brush in all directions, etc. Per the dentist my future cleanings will involve getting numbed via a shot before my cleanings. I can't tell you how happy I am to hear this. I even got a hug after my appointment.

Yesterday I worked with a new hygienist Chelsea and she was extremely gentle around my gum line, which was much appreciated. She also made me feel the utmost comfortable during my cleaning. Fantastic experience: Dr. Krystin Whitford at Ruffino and Whitford is great! She made my dental device to wear at night to help relive jaw joint and ear pain. I grind my teeth, have TMJ pain, and mild sleep apnea. This device has helped me keep my jaw in the right place at night to rest it. I also got some physical therapy (Big shoutout to Mary M. at HF Washington Twp) and stretching exercises have greatly reduced my pain and improved my range of motion. I can now bite into sandwiches and eat with less pain. Thank you Dr. Whitford!
