Fantastic experience: 26yrs I have been walking with a missing tooth in the front of my mouth. Due to no dental insurance and little finance. But here in 2025 got insurance and better finance. Listen words can't describe how greatful I am to one of the best dentist in Greensboro NC. Mr.Dr.Burton. He is the best ..hands down top tier dentist. His staff the most friendliest group of people you could ever meet. Love them all. Highly recommend this place ..If anyone needs service on your teeth come to Friendly Dentistry there the best in Greensboro NC!

Fantastic experience: I landed at this practice as a second opinion, I moved and the hardest part is honestly finding a new dentist. This practice has been so kind from the beginning and they provide so much explanation with pictures for visual aid! I have the worst anxiety with dentists but my first procedure went amazing, for the first time no pain and Dr Burton took his time doing his work. I have severe anxiety surrounding dental care and experiencing a dental emergency in a new city made me very nervous. Fantastic experience: I am new to the area so I wasn’t established at a dentist when I broke a tooth. I called at 4pm and they got me in at 9am the next morning. A huge plus is that they have a lab on site so they offered me same day crown replacement. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and able to answer any question I had. Natalie and Dr. Robinson ensured me a smooth process and were very comforting.

Fantastic experience: My child had a dental emergency this was our first visit and we were able to get a same day appointment and get treatment. Although it took us some time but they were very happy to help us. Dr Burton even followed up with us later that evening. I highly recommend their service.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to good practices before, but I’ve never had the experience be so pleasant, pain, & stress free! The office was beautiful, with a huge window looking out into greenery, and Pam was so delightful, thorough, and skilled that the experience felt more like a spa day than a medical appointment. She took her time in making sure I was comfortable and explaining everything. At the end my teeth were cleaner than I’ve ever seen them. Friendly Dentistry was recommended to me by a friend, and I pass that recommendation along.

Fantastic experience: The absolute best dentistry! I used to hate going to the dentist, but that completely changed after I started coming here a few years ago when I moved to Greensboro. Every single person—from the receptionist to the dental assistants and dentists—goes above and beyond. They always take the time to explain each step, make sure you’re comfortable, and help you stay calm throughout the process. I recommend this office to everyone I know! At my appointment today, Katie was especially kind and reassuring during my cavity filling, and she made the experience so much easier!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Wilkinson was amazing he helped me out in a way I never thought possible that man is truly God sent his assistant I didn't catch her name was amazing as well my extraction of a premolar went flawless and no pain during the procedure never thought I would say that I would go back to a dentist after being traumatized at 13 or 14 but Dr.Wilkinson definitely change that mindset for me I would recommend friendly dentistry to everyone

Fantastic experience: I was evaluated by this practice yesterday. Leanne took all of the X-rays and explained in detail what she saw before Dr. Blue saw me. They were both wonderful! I have a pathological fear of anything dental related and both women could not have been any more reassuring! The real dental work will begin next week. I’m hoping the experience is as positive as the evaluation was..

Fantastic experience: I recently moved back to NC and needed an urgent procedure. I was able to be seen and treated quickly. Dr. Ribando and Jenny did quality work and explained the entire process. They were kind, efficient and reassuring the whole time.

Fantastic experience: Dr Burton is amazing... and so is his assistant Jess! Let me put it this way... I have sat in that chair having so many hours of work done... that I bring my own blanket. I've tried several offices over the years, but most of what I needed required many injections of novicaine through each appointment. Crowns, extractions, fillings and root canals... and he made sure my comfort was top priority. Most dental appointments I had elsewhere ended up with me canceling, but Dr Burton made sure I felt almost nothing. They truly took extra time to use some type of gel before shots, and always check in while he's working. I literally fell asleep at some of these lengthy 6 hour appointments. And no other dentist has come close to getting me to return, let alone for all this invasive work. And the work... is beautiful. So thank You Dr Burton and Jess! I get to smile in pictures now... instead of covering my mouth in embarrassing moments... like while laughing. It's life changing.

Negative experience: I have been a patient of this practice for 25 YEARS! I stated going when it was just one dentist and have watched them grow substantially, especially in the last decade. On one visit I observed staff struggle to keep up with growth and mentioned something in passing about staff workload during transition, out of kindness and concern. They were visibly overwhelmed and after decades of talking to these people at least twice a year, in actually cared! Word of my concerning comment obviously made its rounds and it was not welcome. I don’t think i mentioned a name but I did receive a “crazy” phone call from one of the employees that was obviously struggling to keep up when I was there, who felt I was referring to her, telling me to “mind my own business”. I apologized and brushed it off as a lesson learned. As mentioned, for over 25 years, I’ve had cleanings, fillings, root canals, and everything in between at this practice. I have also referred countless friends and acquaintances. My husband also switched to this practice too, but only in recent years. I referred him and I didn’t even know it was now considered a “family” account, especially since we were SEPARATED when I referred him! He had 2 expensive procedures back to back, one he felt wad was questionable but he went with their advice. Insurance did not cover after multiple submissions because it wasn’t deemed necessary. I’m guessing he was right and he shouldn’t have had the procedure but what was done, was done. He was making payments on the balance but they sent him to collections anyway. Not good, but it was his transaction and he was responsible for managing it. Then I received the following notice via TEXT MESSAGE: “Hello, Your family account at our office has been turned over to a collections company due to being unable to collect —— balance. All future appointments have been removed from our schedule and we hope to see your family again in the future once the balance is paid. Thanks! -Friendly Dentistry” Well, thank you too, Friendly dentistry, for letting me know I had a family account, and solidifying exactly what I’ve observed over the last couple years. After 25 YEARS as a LOYAL patient, having referred dozens of people, and spending many, many thousands, I was carelessly cancelled as a patient for my husbands bill! Friendly Dentistry has expanded beyond the caring practice I started going to and it has turned into a dentistry assembly line without a soul. The caring relationships they’ve established with their patients are just footnotes in a relational manager application and they don’t give a hoot about their patients other than the $$. There many fantastic practices in the Triad. I recommend you seek elsewhere. Dr Clark would turn over in his grave if he knew! I will be informing every single person I’ve ever referred to this practice and spreading our experiences far and wide. And just so we are clear, I do not care to see the patented “sorry you’ve had this experience…we care about our patients”, response.to this review: I refuse to be gaslit into believing this practice cares about anything other than money.

Fantastic experience: I had a very satisfying experience. Had extractions and it was pain free just as I wished. The staff understood that I was nervous and afraid due to past experiences with others. It's been too long since I visited a dentist and I want to build trust so that I can continue to improve my dental health. The staff was nice and caring.

Fantastic experience: They got me in quickly and efficiently to take care of a chipped tooth! Their bedside manner was wonderful and Dr. Robinson is kind, knowledgeable, and down-to-earth. I don’t love going to the dentist but they made the experience as pleasant as it could’ve been and explained everything they were planning to do. I am so glad I made a switch to Friendly Dentistry and am excited to build my care here.

Fantastic experience: WOW! I don’t think I’ve had a dental experience that was good in a long time, until today! I have really bad dental anxiety and have had bad experiences with other dentists. Friendly Dentistry was recommended to me by a coworker who said this was the best place and she was right! Emma was incredibly kind and thorough, she explained everything she was gonna do and checked in with me every step of the way. I’m looking forward to my next clean up and am so happy to have found a place that understands my needs!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Friendly Denistry for approximately 43 years. Dr Clark left behind a legacy of professionalism, passion, and excellent patient care. Change is hard. Not knowing what to expect meeting my new dentist, Dr. Blue, I knew immediately she was a perfect fit for me. She understood my concerns for anyone else working on my teeth after being spoiled by Dr Clark. She acknowledged my grief and anxiety. She has a calming, gentle, strength that puts me at ease. Going to Friendly Denistry is not just about getting your teeth worked on, it’s about family. Although the entire team excels in all that they do, Janice, Pam, Jennifer, LeighAnn, Sara, and sweet Terri have been a part of my journey. Due to a schedule change, I had an appointment with Dr. Burton and Denna. Dr. Ribando, Dr. Wilkinson, and Dr. Blue have all treated me with excellent care, so why should Dr. Burton be any different? My anxiety was high. Again, change is hard. Kelsey greeted me with the most kind and beautiful smile.She reassured me that Dr. Burton and Denna would take great care of me. Her attention to detail, excellent customer service, and contagious positivity calmed me down. The love of Christ shines through Kelsey. Friendly Denistry is blessed to have her on the front line. Dr Burton and Denna followed through upholding Dr Clark’s legacy. I felt at home again with their excellent, personal, passionate care!

Fantastic experience: My visit was very professional, on time, and orderly - basically all the things you want out of a healthcare office. The Friendly Dental staff are super friendly (lol I know), accommodating, they exude lots of patience and kindness and they’re very attentive to any needs, questions, or wants out of your healthcare journey. Taking keen attention to ensure you’re fully taken care of. Doctor Blue is absolutely lovely, what a gem of a person. So willing to sit and answer any questions and think of multiple paths forward. Fantastic experience: My dentist retired and I was in search of a new dentist because I broke a molar 2 days before New Years Eve. A friend suggested I call Friendly Dentistry and It was the most absolute best dental experience of my life. They got me in on New Years day, evaluated me and scheduled me for the following Monday to get a crown. I saw Dr Burton and his beautiful assistant Jess. Every step of the process was explained and my crown was made while I was there, in the office. Even better, it was a perfect fit and didn't have to be altered after putting it on and my bite was perfect which is amazing to me. I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience. I love this place.

Negative experience: I was not planning on leaving a review for the horrible service that I received in July 2023, but since I’m now being hit up for money from an “unpaid” insurance claim, and can add fraudulent behavior to their bad service I decided to go ahead and leave the review. I went to Friendly Dentistry in July 2023, and saw Dr Blue after she was highly recommended. I had not been to the dentist in many many years so I was apprehensive, nervous, and worried about my teeth. I knew that I would need extensive work, and I knew that I had a couple of teeth that would need more urgent care. I do have dental anxiety but I do not like laughing gas, twilight, etc and prefer to manage my anxiety with being treated like a human being and by being told what is happening through each stage. Dr Blue was rude, dismissive, judgmental, and argumentative. She basically made it very clear that she would not do any work on my teeth if I did not have laughing gas or sedation, and passed me off shortly after to a “surgeon dentist” who would “perform all the work on one quadrant of my mouth at the same time under sedation” (to the tune of $3,500). She made me feel embarrassed, and dismissed everything I said. At one point when she was saying that I would HAVE to have sedation, I said “Okay, I see that your recommendation; but isn’t it MY choice to have that or not?”, and she literally said “Not in this case, I will refuse to work on you.” The LACK of compassion, kindness, etc actually made me so hesitant to go back to a dentist that I waited another year before finding an amazing dentist who works with me, cares about me, and doesn’t judge me. I also paid a $100 co-pay at my visit and was told by the office staff that it would be applied to my visit. Now they are trying to tell me that my insurance didn’t cover the visit and that I still owe $140. They never applied the $100 payment, and charged me erroneously and now I am having to fight with collections, and work with an insurance carrier that I no longer have to get this sorted. If I could give this practice zero stars, I absolutely would.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Dr. Burton and their team enough! Dr. Burton is incredibly attentive and takes the time to ensure that every step of the process is comfortable and stress-free. Even though going to the dentist isn’t always enjoyable, Dr. Burton’s kindness and professionalism truly make a difference. I love that they will always try to move up your appointment if there’s an opening with a similar time slot. They create a judgement-free environment, making sure you’re well cared for, and their gentle approach puts you at ease. I always love how my teeth come out feeling and looking better than when I come in. I always feel confident that I’m in great hands!

Negative experience: They are indeed friendly, but also disorganized. I paid for a consultation for a service. After no one followed up with me, I contacted them with some questions only to learn that they apparently lost any record of my visit and assessment. In addition to the monetary loss, this simply doesn't inspire confidence in their services.

Negative experience: I enjoyed going to this dentist until they lied to me about the amount owed. One person told me one amount and then Sarah told me another. They refuse to take your insurance unless it is in state and will not try to get you in network or communicate with them. They ask you chat with your insurance company. The customer service is absolutely atrocious. Dr Burton doesn’t care about his patients and only sees them as $$$. This place is an absolute fraud of a business

Fantastic experience: Friendly Dentistry is the best dentist office bay I’ve ever been to! They fit me into their schedule when a filling broke off. The dental hygienist was so sweet and wonderful to work with. The dentist was careful and gentile. I highly recommend this dentist!

Fantastic experience: Friendly Dentistry is the Cadillac of dentist offices. Everyone is wonderfully nice. But not only that, they actually pay attention to you and answer your questions honestly. They give you the information you ask for, are prompt, and generally make you feel good. I like that one staff member did an intake with me and then explained everything I told her on my behalf to the other people I needed to see (my dentist, the office appointment coordinator). I didn’t have to repeat myself over and over and though that’s a small thing it made me feel like I was heard. Highly recommend! All of the staff members are just excellent and so pleasant to interact with.

Fantastic experience: Had a crown completely replaced. Leigh Ann and Dr Blue were the best! I’m only 24 hours removed from the procedure, no pain at all. Leigh Ann gets kudos, I’m diabetic and was worried about not having had breakfast, she went above and beyond getting me a smoothie. So grateful to have a dental practice I like and trust.

Fantastic experience: First visit was amazing. Will 100% be making Friendly Dentistry my permanent dental clinic. Ms. Leigh Ann was super patient, informative, and a great advocate to have in my corner as someone who tends to be anxious when visiting new doctors. Ms. Pam put me at ease during my gum exam and was great with explaining her findings in a way that was easy to understand. And Dr. Blue was all-around great. Empathatic, knowledgable, and fast!

The office is so clean smells nice and they even have fish tanks! The ladies at the front desk were friendly and the waiting room was clean and bright. Fantastic experience: Look no further, this is the place to be , just like taking a scroll at the grocery store. I had an emergency and Dr Blue and her staff was a blessing to fit me in same day. I have had my fair share of dental issues and by far all of my best experiences has been with Dr. Blue as an adult. The decor is great doesn't feel like a dentist office, but instead the feeling of a beach home. Don't be in doubt because the knowledge, skills, expertise is definitely there to make any visit just that more comfortable. Life can sometimes make us forget what really matters, but doing it without a great smile only makes it worse, so pick up that phone and schedule an appointment if you want the best pearls you ever had.

Fantastic experience: The staff and atmosphere of this facility helped me find the courage to face my dental fear and get my teeth cleaned for the first time in over 16 years. Fantastic experience: I’m so happy with my new dentist! Everyone at this office has been welcoming and warm. Kara in billing has been very helpful to answer questions via text about my insurance and I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Burton. He’s so friendly and down to earth, makes you feel right at home. Also, Jessica created my crown was a rockstar during the whole procedure and also let me see some of the process because I’m an art nerd and was curious. When I came about a month ago for my first cleaning, Denna was so sweet and I look forward to seeing her every six months from now on. Denna even gave me a weighted stuffed animal and a blanket for a super cozy experience during the cleaning. This place is great because ALL of the people seem to actually care about their patients. :)

Fantastic experience: Friendly Dentistry is the best! We love, love, love our dental hygienist, Pam. She has been my hygienist for more than 10 years. She has a way of calming fears and other anxieties related to dentistry. Plus she is super knowledgeable and a great patient advocate. Dr. Ribando is my dentist and he has always done a fantastic job with all of my dental challenges. From crowns to bridges, he is top notch. Dr. Burton is the dentist for my kids. He has a very calming demeanor and I have been so pleased with the dental work my kids have received, from fillings to dental bonding. My daughter gets compliments on her smile all of the time! I have also had a few experiences with Dr. Blue when looking into dental implants. She is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and kind. Overall, you can't go wrong with any of the dentists and/or support staff at Friendly Dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Another excellent visit to Dr Wilkinson and staff. This time, Amber assisted with a root canal. Although not the most wonderful reason for a visit, they made me feel at ease, comfortable and completed the procedure in an efficient way. I recommend this practice.

Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the back was so gentle, reassuring and kind. Kayleigh gave me the most gentle cleaning I’ve ever had. Dr.Blue and Leighann were also wonderful with getting a cavity filled. I feel like coming here has helped my dental anxiety and I am so happy that I found a practice to call home.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! One of my molar fillings-- from a few years ago with a previous dentist in another town-- had broken and was causing me serious recurrent pain and a lot of swelling. Dr. Burton and Jodi got me squared away. I'm over 60 years old and this was my first root canal. Although this was a long time in the chair, I am very grateful that Dr. Burton was so patient and so thorough. My pain is completely gone and the infection is gone too. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: The dentist is the worse place in the world for me it usually gives me so much stress and anxiety to go to but I love coming here! The staff is so kind and caring. I haven’t interacted with one person that hasn’t gone out of their way to make me comfortable. All the hygienists and dentists make you feel heard and make sure that they fully understand what you want from your teeth and smile. Comfort is a HUGE priority at friendly dentistry. All the dentists are going out of their way to ensure each patients comfort. I would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have had negative dental experiences before!

Fantastic experience: Great group of professionals! My first appointment in many years to a dentist had me scared and emotional. Amber, one of the Dental Assistant's, happened to be working with me that day. She was so compassionate, kind, and understanding. She allowed me to voice my fears and helped me be OK being there. It was a long time coming for me. Dr. Wilkerson is a great dentist! I only felt a needle once (over several visits) and that was only slightly. My dental work has been spot on professional. As Dr. Wilkerson like to say, "I've been doing this a while". Indeed he has! He's a great guy! Fantastic experience: I had 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Burton which was assisted by Audrey. It was my first time having any teeth pulled. They all were so Friendly. Made sure I was comfortable and not in any pain. Even after the teeth were out and days went by I was shocked to not be in any pain. I didn't experience any complications. I deeply recommend Dr. Burton.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for the past 4 years. They have a lot of patients here! Practice is very clean and welcoming. I absolutely HATE going to the dentist, I have anxiety and a phobia of spit and this is the only dental office I’ve been able to tolerate. Deena (hopefully spelling that right) is the hygienist I specifically set up my appointments with because she takes such great care to make sure I’m comfortable and not suffering too much. Dr Wilkerson is also fantastic and very down to earth. The wait is not very long here and the bathroom is always very clean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Experienced sharp and awfully painful jolt in a molar while eating popcorn last night. Pain woke me in night and tylenol just dulling it a little. Called for Dr Wilkinson 8am this morning and explained to front desk folks the situation. They got me in under 3 hours later. X-ray and examination by Ambur and Doc revealed bone bruise but no damage to root or bone. I was expecting root canal and new crowns or other drastic measures (it really hurt), A little polishing to reduce bite contact and advice to avoid eating on that side for a few days is treatment. Truly grateful to staff at Friendly Dentistry for getting me in so quickly. Also grateful it wasn’t as bad as my imagination. Pain can make a person very humble and grateful for their Dentist. I have been coming here a lot of years and they have sure taken good care of me. Thanks and a tip of the hat to the Doc and his staff!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I drive almost 2 hours oneway so Friendly Dentistry can take care of all our dental needs. They use the latest technology along with an experienced staff. I especially like Dr. Blue who convinced me to take a proactive approach to my dental care. Lindsey is my favorite hygienist. Fantastic experience: I had ignored any professional dental attention for an embarassingly absurd length of time. Brushing and flossing had got me by so far. So, why worry, right? I experienced a very accute pain in one of my molars and figured it was finally time to bite the bullet and call a dental office. I was expecting some level of subtle judgement or hassle, and boy was I wrong. Friendly Dentistry destroyed all of those presumptions of shame, and provided the kindest, most professional, non-judgemental medical appointment that I have ever experienced. Every member of staff that interacted with me was courteous and genuine. Bre immediately put me at ease on the initial call to make an appointment... and got me in on the same day! Dr. Ribando was thorough and walked me through each step of diagnosis and treatment. He was very approachable and was willing to explain many of the technical parts of the appointment and future appointments to me. And Jennie.. BIG shout out to Jennie! She was with me from the moment I entered the patient area to the moment I left. My mother retired from nursing a bit earlier than she'd intended because she felt that, "nursing is now more paperwork than bedside manner." Next time I see my mom I'll let her know that there are still great medical professionals out there that care about their patients like Jennie. And, she's got a fantastic sense of humor! I am 100% confident that my tooth/teeth will be just fine after my experience... no doubt. If you have been putting off seeing a dentist for a while then please call these good folks. Fantastic experience: This is the best dental practice I have been to. If you have stress when you go to the dentist then try this practice. All the staff are fantastic at making you feel calm and comfortable. Dr Blue, Mina and Sarah are caring and listen. Their office has a lot of technology that I have not had at other practices. I usually come from the dentist all tensed up. Not here. It was as great of an experience as a crown and cleaning can be!!
