Overall, I’m thrilled to have found such an amazing dental practice.

Fantastic experience: I have tried to find a good dentist office in Palm Beach for 5 years. I was looking for a dentist that was truthful, skillful and had precision in their work. I have found that in Integrity Dental with Dr. Ravi & Dr. Kapoor. I had a crown 25 years ago that was too large in Chicago. I recently realized that it may have been causing the change in my smile. I tried to get Dr. Kapoor to get me in Invisalign but he was honest and told me it wouldn’t make much of a difference and my real concern was my crown. Well!! He was right. I have’nt felt happier about how my smile till after today. The work of the techs, administrators and hygienists and all the office staff is impeccable. Thank you so much Dr. Kapoor for bringing back my life. It’s amazing what one change can make. I appreciate everyone at this office. I never write reviews but this was worth it! Can’t wait for my final crown. Thanks again.

Negative experience: Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming here. I had called the previous day about why l was coming in so l wasn't going to waste my time or theirs. Or have to REPEAT X-RAYS ETC. Instead l got quite the opposite happen. I was looking for a parcel to be made temporarily for my upper teeth. So l could attend my son wedding and not feel ashame of missing teeth. I wish l had never gone because l already knew everything dr. Ravi had a long speech to tell me. Plus her team was 3 times higher in $$$$$ than my other offers. I was told a parcel could be made n l explained all that was going on in my mouth! I still had to pay for xrays n visit. So much for a free consultation and no parcel was offered to be made. Very DISAPPOINTING!

The staff working at the front desk are very nice and helpful. The dental hygienist treated me very nice. She listened to my concerns and conducted herself very professionally. The dentists at integrity dental are strong in preserving your natural teeth. They will never do anything that's unnecessary. This place has been my best experience, and I'm very happy for that.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr. Ravi and her entire staff at Integrity Dental. After being totally fleeced by another dentist (my insurance company recovered $1700 back from that dentist), it was a pleasure to find Dr. Ravi who is honest, personable and professional. She was able to save my front tooth which had an old filling in it rather than replacing it with a crown. This not only saved me the cost of the crown but that tooth as well. Her staff is friendly and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend Integrity Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Kapoor did such beautiful work on my wife's four front caps when we lived in Royal Palm Beach, that we both decided {after moving north to the Cape) that Integrity Dental was well worth the 154 mile drive and a one night hotel layover for two days of care getting a new front cap for me. Can't wait for the permanent to arrive! They've got our trust and that means they've got our business in the future.

Fantastic experience: I was having pain in my mouth and must have called the office several times to change my appointment. The team was so understanding and compassionate. Most of all was Dr. Ravi she explained to me everything from what was causing the pain to steps on how to rectify the situation. She was patient with me and saw that I was tense but she made sure I was relaxed and kept making sure I was in no pain.

Negative experience: The office staff is one star at best. I had canceled my appointment two weeks previous to my reservation in which the receptionist Pam had spoken to me. The receptionist dropped the ball didn’t make the change and on the day of the reservation she called me, I spoke to her stating that I had called her a week ago, so they sent me a bill the following week saying that I broke the appointment pathetic at best, she was tryin to cover herself for her mistake and she sends me a bill ! Negative experience: The service provided by the dental assistant and the doctor was outstanding, and I truly appreciated their compassion regarding my cracked tooth. However, I was very disappointed to discover that, without insurance, the cost of a cap was far beyond what I had hoped for. Paying $2,118 for a single tooth was unexpectedly exorbitant, they did offer discount me, even then it wasn’t affordable!

Dental hygienist did a thorough job with my cleaning, taking time and care to do the job correctly with no discomfort at all. Followed by an informative explanation of dental care for my specific situation. Office staff knowledgeable in explaining insurance and follow up visits. Fantastic experience: I had some discomfort in the lower wisdom tooth area. I was worried because I’m traveling next week and was concerned about the progression of my pain. I assumed like any other office, I would have to wait until next week to get an appointment. Surprisingly, they fit me in their schedule same morning. Fantastic experience: I bring my three terribly naughty and scared children here and it has been the most wonderful experience. We saw a pediatric dentist before this, and it was just pure trauma, for me and the children. Every single person in this office is so trained and knows how to talk to children and make them feel safe. They do not rush and answer all kinds of questions and just play with the kids till their fears abate. Dr. Ravi is extremely skilled and a child whisperer. She spent an inordinate amount of time explaining and comforting all my three kids so each one no longer fears the dentist chair. And she is a gifted doctor. So glad we found this practice.

Fantastic experience: Had a wonderful appointment today. The x-ray tech was so sweet and made the process fast and easy. The hygienist was gentle and kept making sure I was comfortable throughout the cleaning. And of course Dr. Ravi was fantastic as well. All around it was an easy and stress free appointment.

The staff is friendly and helpful and they are considerate and helpful for people still needing to take precautions for Covid. They have HEPA filters running in every room and have special days of the year where the entire staff is masked. True professionals.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ravi and her staff are EXCEPTIONAL. They were very kind and professional during my husband and I appointments. Dr. Ravi is warm and kind immediately upon meeting, was even playing with my 3-year-old while I was getting scans. I have worked in dentistry myself and her office is clean, very easy to communicate with, and really cares about the patients.
