If you are a professional, motivational speaker, or just someone tired of looking at your teeth that need alignment the Gold Invisalign experience is a competitively priced option for you. I thought because I had a bridge, that Invisalign would not be profitable for me, but I have had phenomenal results. The Dental Monitoring App is easy to use and frees up time; if time for frequent office visits is not an option. I was amazed with the Invisalign process. If you are looking to have your teeth professionally whitened, the 2 hour Zoom is available at the Berkshire Dental Group in Broken Arrow/Tulsa, OK. After being a patient for years, I have been blessed by the variety of services offered. As a person who had a fear of dentist since childhood, I found the dental care very relaxing and considerate. The offices and wait area are clean and comfortable. Preventive care tips are offered and Dental products are available to purchase. Patients with or without insurance are accepted. Financing options are available.

Dr. Sprague provides excellent care and takes time to explain every procedure. Brandy, my hygienist, is thorough and knowledgeable. She and Dr. Sprague make this dentist phobia patient comfortable and relaxed. I wouldn't consider going elsewhere!

I am so glad I took the recommendation! Every person I have encountered at this office has been so supportive and nice. From small interactions with check in and check out (Cindy, Mary, and Heather have all been equally wonderful and so thorough with explaining things) to the phenomenal assistants like Tanya and LaToya who made my visits as comfortable and low stress as possible while giving excellent care, I have been grateful for every staff member I have encountered. Dr. Beller has been so kind and his knowledge and quality of work has been a huge blessing to me. I truly can’t say I have ever trusted a dentist this much, which is a great feeling. My quality of life has improved through his work and I will be forever grateful. I also want to give Allison all the praise she deserves because my cleaning was actually a completely enjoyable and easy experience. She is so personable and did a fantastic job. This whole office has been 10/10 to work with all the way around. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

Negative experience: Good dental care, unethical billing. Overcharged me by over $1100. Refused to continue treatment until overpayment was resolved. Two months later after numerous insurance claim omissions and errors, the office manager finally committed to refunding me over $1100. However, with no apologies, went on to state it would take another two months for them to issue a refund... A total of four months to refund overcharges! Very poor customer service.

I couldn't be happier with my first visit to the Berkshire Group . Admittedly, I was a little anxious about switching dentists after our move from Oklahoma City to Broken Arrow. My dentist in Oklahoma City, Dr. Russell Danner, is an excellent dentist. I am happy I will not need to drive to OKC for my dental needs

Fantastic experience: I came from out of state bc I had a lot of trauma from my previous dentist with my full set of dentures. They were great they were kind. Dr Sprague even shook my hand. Their office was state of the art and even had Easter decorations up to where you did n t even really think that you were at a dentist. They referred me to a periodontist and I already have an appointment with them. They also gave me a goodie bag. I really recommend Berkshire dental group

Fantastic experience: Berkshire Dental Group has been keeping me healthy for over thirty years. Drs Mongrain and Hodge were outstanding dentists that provided the bulk of my family’s dental work. When Drs Sprague and Beller took over in the last ten years I was reassured that the focus on quality and customer service stayed high. Full disclosure, I am a retired dental specialist that was able to see and evaluate the dental work of more than a hundred dental offices over my 21 year tenure. Without exception, it has been all positive and I felt comfortable referring many of my friends to this fine team at Berkshire. We just assume that the doctor knows what he is doing, but the mark of a fine professional office is the ability to inspire the staff to provide seamless excellent customer service. The staff members are consistently friendly, helpful and upbeat. My hygienist, Amber, is thorough and gentle and really understands dentistry. All my questions are answered without feel like I am being talked down to. So far the dental work that has been done has lasted for decades, and has been a wise investment. At 70 years old, I still have 32 functioning teeth and healthy soft tissues! Advice to anyone who will listen: Find a great dental office. Spend a little money on yourself because you deserve it. Enjoy your life and smile big! KB

Fantastic experience: Let’s face it, going to the dentist can be a not so great experience, but I always enjoy my visits with Charm, my hygienist (who I followed from her last office), and Dr Sprague! I live 40 minutes away and pass countless dentist offices on my way, but the trip to Berkshire is definitely worth it!

Negative experience: If I could give them a zero star I definitely would! My appointment was at 11:10a and I was in the lobby checked in at 11:12a and sat and waited in the lobby for at least 8 mins before the dental hygienist came in and stated “you’re late, your appointment was at 11:10a and I don’t have time to clean your teeth. I can take a look in your mouth but I don’t to cut into my lunch time and it shows that you haven’t gotten cleaned since February. And your note says you’ve been late previously” I’ve never in my life received these type of poor customer service! Literally checked in at 11:12a and I being told this! The worst part is the other two staff sad there and said nothing! Including the one that checked me in. I have been coming to this practice with my family for many years and I will never step foot in here!

Fantastic experience: I broke the front side of my molar on Saturday night while eating popcorn with my wonderful husband. I was in a lot of pain on Monday because of the tooth. I called several dentist office in Broken Arrow and no one could get me in until later in the week. When I called Berkshire, they were able to accommodate me on Tuesday at 8:00 a.m. I am a person that's hard to get numb & Kaycee & Dr. Sprague listened to me and boy did they get me numb, but it did take some doing. Dr Sprague did get me numb & the rest of the visit was pain free. Shannon, the financial person was great. Shannon explained everything that was being done and what the charge would be for what Dr. Sprague was doing. Even though I don't particularly like to go to the dentist, I will say this was a very pain free and wonderful visit. All the staff was great and professional. I would highly recommend Berkshire to anyone. There's only one negative thing, I wish they were closer to my house lol.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a client at Berkshire Dental since early 2000’s. I used to have dental trauma from childhood, but now I fall asleep during my cleanings with no medicinal help!! Fantastic experience: Love this group! From the minute you walk in the door. The staff, hygenists and doctors are so professional and such a pleasure. Honesty, respect and kind understanding is what you'll find at Berkshire.

Positive experience: I don't recommend them for autistic patients. I am autistic and found the experience to be stressful, lots of forced small talk, extra bright lights..... Jabbing xray cards deep into sublingual tori bulges... When I tried to address my daytime teeth grinding problem, all they wanted to do was to offer me an expensive night guard, and have me sign a paper to leave the office. Very much a turn-and-burn feeling. I feel the majority of the cleaning time I was supposed to receive was spent on a tooth mapping device, so they could sell me the night guard. So yeah, it was a dental office, I just think they could have done better for me. They might be fine for many, but there are several things that has kept me from going back.

Fantastic experience: I have an intense fear of the dentist. I haven’t been in so many years, and I have so much wrong with my teeth, but I made an appointment with Berkshire and it was incredible. My hygienist was Charm, and she was incredible. She was patient, and kind, and even though there was some pain due to the state of my teeth, she was diligent and careful. Dr. Beller came in a spoke to me about my next steps, and he was very kind, informative, and willing to work with me. For the first time in my life I can say I’m excited for my next appointment. My mom took me, and she was so impressed by how nice everyone was, that after my appointment she called and made her own appointment with them. I will recommend Berkshire to anyone.

Fantastic experience: So, I have had in all my Years 32 Teeth, even though I do Cigars, always kept them cleaned ever 3 to 4 months, My old Dentist Retired 18 years ago, Because of my 53 Years on The radio Live everyone Morning, I put it off, and, finally My Nurse Rosemary, urged me to go to "Berkshire Dental Group in Broken Arrow, I went in for a Cleaning and Check, it has been 18 years I must Admit, and it has been 53 years since I had a Cavity, I was so shocked to find how out I needed 2 Crowns on my Molars, and a super deep Cleaning! The Staff as they greet you are so NICE!!! and All Dental Staff that back-up Dr, Sprague & Dr. Beller are so Pro, I mean I've been in 28 cities for Live Radio never ever had a Dental Staff like this, From:r Dr Sprague, Dr. Beller, Brandy/Hygenist, Latoya/Dr. Beller's Asst. and made my Dental Visit and so unstressful super deep cleaning and getting My 2 Crowns in(temp one right now)Dr. Beller was so gentle, and Latoya talked me thru My Crown Experience, and Huge Shout Out to Brandy for my super Cleaning Also...If you need a Dental Group, then, Berkshire Dental Group in B.A. They are my group for LIFE NOW!!!!! And having my 3 Crown Thanks Dr Beller Latoya!

Fantastic experience: I have been terrified of the dentist due to a previous procedure. Took me 2 years to work up the courage to try someone new. My son has dental anxiety as well but you wouldn’t know it due to the amazing care he received in July. Today I had an appointment and I was so scared and nervous all the way up to it. It was nothing like the last one I had but remembering the pain made me feel sick. Today 08-28-24 was the most pleasant appointment I have had. The hygienist was so professional and would check on me periodically. Also- they are very accommodating when it comes to payment. And as a single mom that helps tremendously! I have had to put off dental care before due to the amount even after insurance. This place is awesome and everyone from the front office to the back are super nice.
