Fantastic experience: I've been with Dr. Scoles and his wonderful staff for near 40 years and can't say enough about their dedication and professionalism!

Fantastic experience: My routine annual X-rays most surprisingly revealed two teeth with significant decay, each within two different bridges. Both bridges need to be broken and at least one tooth needs to be extracted soon. This complicated and totally unexpected scenario was treated with great care, compassion, and clarity.

Fantastic experience: I have received the most gentle cleanings of my adult life (shout out to my pediatric dentist, Dr. Lantos). My first visit was incredibly comprehensive, and no matter the hygienist, doctor, or support staff member that I have had contact with over my subsequent visits, the customer service is stellar. I am lucky to have healthy teeth, so my visits are low-key but I can imagine that even someone under going more invasive dental procedures would be put at ease with this team. My only gripe - it gets warm in the exam rooms with the large windows. Now I plan ahead and wear layers!

Fantastic experience: Moved to Glastonbury a year ago. Dr. Matt and the team are awesome. I just had a crown replaced and the entire process was done in-house and within 1.5 hours. I was very impressed with the technology they have. The new tooth feels great and is a big upgrade from my last crown.

He's extremely calming and informative throughout your exam explanaining even the great news as I had today.. its also a credit to my personal team Chelsea and Dr. Finch, being carefully watched over the years. I do my part as reccomended and they enhance my overall dental health. The entire staff provides excellent services. A testament to this office is like many.. I'm"not fond of going to the dentist" but Glastonbury Dental is the best ever!

I trust his judgement and my oral health to him. I highly recommend this practice. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. 8/22/24 Dr. Susat has retired. Dr. Sudhoff is now my care provider. She is pleasant, works with confidence and has done an excellent job. She reshaped one of my molars to help with gum inflammation, which has helped. I have confidence in her skill and judgement. I've been to enough dental appointments over the years to know when I'm receiving good care.

Fantastic experience: Where to start? Well, if you’re thinking of coming here, do it. I am always greeted with kindness at front desk, dentist/assistants are on point, and Dr. D is a master at his Kraft. They are always upfront and honest when it comes time to pay. Although I was ticked off that I was told I needed a root canal after they put a crown on and had to drill a fresh crown, I will continue to come back here.

All the hygienists are so personable and thoughtful. They all go the extra step to answer any questions I have, AND explain why they recommend certain methods of tooth care. Dr. Matt Scoles is friendly and funny and always explains your dental procedures so you know what to expect. My whole family sees Lauren for cleanings and she is truly the best dental hygienist I’ve ever been to. She takes the time to get to know her patients and she has a gentle touch. Most importantly, I leave there feeling like my teeth look and feel amazing!

Positive experience: Not the best experience. I know hygienists are trained to pry you for information so they can record it to “impress” you next visit but this one took it to a whole new level. We are moving but even if we weren’t this would have been my last visit. Never had a great experience there.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first time visiting Glastonbury Dental, and I was very impressed. Professional and comfortable atmosphere with very kind and friendly staff. I was so surprised that my dentist brought me to a small office after my x-rays to review every x-ray and photo that was taken moments earlier, and interpret their meaning and relevance to my overall my dental health. I’ve never experienced that before. I found my new (and local) dental home…and the rest of my household will soon too.
