Fantastic experience: Dr. Hosana is truly a caring, honest and trustworthy dentist

Fantastic experience: Great service from the hygienist, Dr Yeung, and Dom!

Negative experience: I made an appointment because I was experiencing tooth pain / sensitivity in a particular area and wanted to get that addressed and fixed. My concerns were ignored and I was advised a whole different tooth on the other side of my mouth needed at root canal. I listened to the dentist and trusted their judgement because they are the professional after all. Half way through, he abruptly stopped and said he couldn’t complete the operation and I would need to see a specialist. One botched root canal later, I’m still experiencing the issue and pain I initially wanted to address, and now I have a half drilled off tooth with part of their tool stuck in it too - which I only found out about after seeing the specialist and taking new X-rays. Fixing their mistake is going to cost me double. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere - this company is all about making a profit instead of having concern for your well being and health. Also, taking your concerns to corporate won’t help either. They just believe whatever the dentist tells them and brush you off. Very disappointed in my experience here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Negative experience: Do not go here. My girlfriend had an experience with one of the hygienists that was completely inappropriate and disturbing. After her appointment, she discovered this hygienist had looked her up on Facebook, which already crossed a line for us. What happened during treatment made it even worse — she told me he touched her chest area in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable and violated every boundary of what should happen in a dental chair. She was so shaken she cried for days afterward. I’ve never heard of a hygienist behaving like that toward any patient, let alone someone they knew was in a relationship. It came off creepy, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable for a medical setting. If this place wants to call itself a professional practice, they need to take a serious look at who they’re hiring. A dental office should be the last place a patient feels unsafe, uncomfortable, or sexualized. We won’t be coming back, and people deserve to know what happened.

Fantastic experience: BEST Greenberg EVER!! Dentist Hosana was AMAZING!! He was very personable, caring and compassionate about his job!! Dentist assistant Nyla was also AMAZING!!! She was also very compassionate, caring and personable and love her job!! They made my visit enjoyable even though I hate the dentist visits. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL YOU DID!!! Since I’m unable to write another review, I’d like to add my feedback for 2025. The dental assistant, Aimee, who assisted Dr. Hosana, was absolutely wonderful! She was caring, compassionate, and made the visit so much more comfortable. Please continue the amazing work! Dr. Hosana is an incredible dentist—knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly dedicated to his patients’ care. I greatly appreciate the professionalism and kindness from both Aimee and Dr. Hosana.

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for years, but today’s visit was my last. I am extremely disappointed with a system that feels more focused on profit than on patient care. During my exam, Dr. Hasona informed me that my teeth were healthy, with only minor stains and plaque buildup. However, he instructed his assistant to add Hybenx to my cleaning. He didn’t explain why I needed it. The assistant told me it would cost an additional $60. When I questioned why it was needed—given my history of successful cleanings without any medication—she suggested I speak with the hygienist. He stated that Hybenx helps with plaque removal, but it didn’t seem necessary since regular cleanings have always achieved the same results for me. I refused the additional treatment, but the hygienist said he “could not go against the doctor’s order.” He then spoke briefly with Dr. Hasona to try to remove it, but was unsuccessful. I ultimately refused the treatment altogether. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed that I was pressured to accept an additional, seemingly unnecessary medication that was never properly explained to me. I want to emphasize that the doctor, assistant, and dental hygienist were all professional and friendly. My complaint is with the practice itself, which seems more focused on revenue than patient care.

Fantastic experience: If I could give 100 stars I would!!!!! Everyone at the Old Baymeadows location is amazing. Front desk staff is always super nice and calls me a few days before my appointment to remind me. The dental assistants and hygienist are all super sweet and patient. Megan stood out to me the most. She explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr H. was amazing! I never felt ANY pain and I got smile makeover (6 crowns on my front teeth). I was super nervous in the beginning but everyone reassured me it’ll be a painless and easy process, and they were absolutely right!

Negative experience: Spoke with a lady called May…I was trying to be a new client…I have great insurance..no apology for placing me on a 15min hold… terrible service… if this person is your front end person, you need someone else Greenberg dental.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience with Greenberg dental!! They put in 4 new crowns and the whole process went great. I had to go back this morning because of a possible infection and they handled it very professionally and immediately started a dose of antibiotics! This is the only dentist office I will ever deal with. Wish I could give more than 5 stars! The whole staff is great! Very happy with the outcome of the procedure

Fantastic experience: Sorry for the long review, but I have to be honest! I’ve had many dentists in the past with not so great experiences. Dr. Hasona was gentle, efficient, thorough and very attentive to how I felt through the process of my root canal. I started out with my typical dental anxiety and felt pretty relaxed as the procedure went on. They even had me laughing and I felt no pain! I feel like for the first time I’m truly in good hands and getting the dental care I need. Jordan was my dental assistant and he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He talked me through all the steps of what we were doing and reassured me from start to finish. Even the out of pocket costs are reasonable and you can tell they have integrity. I’m looking forward to getting all my dental work behind me and would highly recommend their awesome team!

Fantastic experience: Came in as a new patient with a bad experience from my last dentist. I was looking to set up a treatment plan, everyone was friendly and funny, they were fast and saw me right away, and I left feeling like they cared. Dr.H was funny, and McKenzie was very kind. I will be coming back.

Fantastic experience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was so shocked that Makenzie answered the phone at the Baymeadows location. I've been trying to get in contact with someone from the Orange Park location for months. Not only did Makenzie answer the phone, but she was also able to book my children a much-needed appointment at the Orange Park location. She was very friendly, had great customer service skills, and showed a lot of patience. Makenzie was very knowledgeable and accommodated my schedule perfectly. Thank you so much, Makenzie—you made my day! I was so stressed out about getting my kids' teeth cleaned before school starts, and now they can go to school with bright smiles and confidence.

Fantastic experience: This place is AWESOME - from the front office staff to the dentists, and the dental assistants. If you need a root canal, Dr. Hasona is your guy. I experienced NO PAIN during or after. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time, remembered small details about me, and he even made me laugh throughout the procedure! Both him and his assistant genuinely valued me as a person, and not just as another patient. His dental assistant, Frankie, was especially very attentive, personable, and caring. We sparked great conversation that made me forget about the procedure that I was having done. They make a great team together! The staff here deeply cares about each person that walks in. I used to have bad anxiety about going to the dentist; however, without hesitation I have complete trust in this staff. They have made going to the dentist an enjoyable experience. :)

Fantastic experience: From the front desk person, Nicole, to the dentist, I was treated like a best friend. I was pleased to see the sanitation practices during COVID. Nicole even disinfected the front door handle after people exited and entered. The entire staff at Greenberg was welcoming, congenial and professional. A good experience all the way around. I plan to make this my permanent dentist and would recommend to all my friends. 2 yrs later...... Dr kind, professional, gentle while working in mouth & conservative in practice. By this I mean he doesn't recommend repairs that aren't necessary like some dentists do who bleed a patient's wallet dry. He gives notice when "down the road" this crown will need replacing. I respect his opinion.

Positive experience: Emir did a fine job. The room, though, smelled of body odor. It gives the impression that things are not as they should be, sanitary-wise.

Fantastic experience: Another “Very satisfied with my dental care” from the Baymeadows location. Dr. Hosanna continues to be a caring and excellent dentist. Although I had a 30 min. wait to be seen today, once I got in my experiences with Med. Asst., Dr H. And hygienist were great. Office staff are all friendly and helpful. I shall return!

Fantastic experience: I had a painful tooth ache and they were able to schedule a breif exam for me. When I called, the front desk was very nice and helful and Dr. Adnan went above and beyond answering my questions.

Fantastic experience: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE them. I’m am a coward when it comes to needles but there is always someone at Greenberg offering to hold my hand. They’re not greedy so they ring charge you for stuff you dont need. They work with my budget. Did i mention that I loved them?

Fantastic experience: Honestly - one of the absolute best experiences I've ever had at a dentist. Everyone was SO polite, explained everything to me. Made the process so easy. The lead dentist who did my root canal was phenomenal - he CARES. He really doesn't want you in any pain and will do everything in his power to make the procedure as painless as possible. Absolutely amazing team - this dentist is a little far from my house, but it will be the only one I go to from now on.

Fantastic experience: Incredible place. I am terrified of dentists but this staff made me feel like I was in good hands. Great staff that works great together. Dr Yeung is the best I have seen in my lifetime. Caring,professional and excellent dentist. Josh which was his helper is Incredible and you will not find another helper like him on this planet. Positive experience: Nice staff, older office but well kept. Very quick procedures not so much relaxed banter. In and out is the plan I’m sure because taking Medicare and Humana is a very low income without high volume.

Negative experience: Today my wife had a bad experience with dentists while the dentist was attending my son, The dentist treat bad to my wife, my wife Did not my complaint at the moment because the dentist can hurt my son, Do not go with the dentist Adam Crell he is rude he doesn’t not want to listen patients he doesn’t want to answer question he is only worry to take the money from the insurance. The dentis Adam Crell he is very bad with child, do not take your child to this place your child wild suffering. he hurt them and he force the child to be quite.

Negative experience: Terrible place. I went 3 times. All the times the dentist give me 3 different informations. And the last time ask me 40 dollars for a visit that don't make nothing. No fix the teeth that we plan. For bad service, just money!!

Fantastic experience: There's a reason why I went to this dental clinic, and it was mostly based off of the google reviews and overall rating. I had actually gone to this clinic twice, the first time was for a bridge and the second was for an implant (estimates). I've been to another clinic near my home and the experience was also fairly good. However, the fact that the folks here genuinely care, is what brought me back. Upon my return for the implant, I was assessed a second time by Dr. Victor Yeung. Dr. Yeung came to the conclusion that this was going to be more complicated than initially determined. They gave me some time to think about it, while I was still sitting in the dental chair I thought I was going to have my implant procedure in. They closed the door to give me privacy, and I called up my family and we had decided to go the dental bridge route instead. Dr. Hasona explained the whole procedure and ensured there was no pain from the beginning of the tooth extraction until the end where they had provided a provisional/temporary bridge. Megan built excellent rapport with me and I knew I was in the right hands. The provisional was excellent, you couldn't tell it was temporary even if you stood 1 foot away from me. They did a fantastic job and I'm set to return the end of the year after my gums heal. Overall, they ensured I was handled with the utmost care, definitely helped me stay within my budget (I cannot express how grateful I am to this team), explained everything and answered all my questions and doubts, and gave me an excellent experience. I will continue to recommend this exact clinic whenever the topic of dental care comes up.

Fantastic experience: Hello, I go to Greenberg dental and orthodontics on Old Baymeadows Road Jacksonville FL. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this dentistry. I had to get 6 crowns and two root canals. The staff were amazing and kind. I was really self conscious about my teeth but they did not judge me for it. My dentist is Dr. Hasona and dental assistant Makenzie. They did an amazing job. I want to thank them for the patience and hard work they put into my teeth.

Fantastic experience: I like how the staff is very concerned and social with its clients. They respect the seriousness of your issues. They know exactly what they are doing , in terms of handling difficult dental issues. I like them because they are good business.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hasona is awesome. Very thorough and informative. The hygienist Emir is great too. They also have a wonderful orthodontist there that I highly recommend.

Negative experience: You take a deeper look at the reviews of this place and you will realize that it is not a place you should want to have your dental affairs taken care of in any capacity. For clarification's sake, I have a spotless dental record. I have never been given any indication that I have ever had teeth problems until very recently. I went in for a checkup and cleaning around the end of June 2023 where they took X-Rays for the purposes of revealing whether or not there's any problems with my teeth. That day, the office's power went out but they insisted they continue the checkup and move on. So they did, and by the end of the checkup all I had been told was that I grind my teeth in my sleep and I need a retainer but other than that I was fine. Come a few weeks later and my back wisdom tooth broke and now I am suffering the middle of my last college semester in terrible pain. When I went back to Dr. Hosona, he was extremely rude and blamed me, with little concern for any facts I might have to share. It was rather unnecessary and this alone I was rather disappointed with. When I confronted Dr. Hosona about the fact they took XRays, he indeed confirmed that there was a cavity shown in the XRays. He however, refused to take responsibility for my current pain and what will be my terrible medical costs I could have better prepared for had I known. The office's response and Dr. Hosona's was, and I quote, "Well they put it on the records that all my wisdom teeth should be extracted when I first came in", which I hadn't been told of either. What annoys me about this is the fact that they are using this to completely deflect blame for the fact I am in severe/crippling pain and it was there fault because, only on file, it says I need my wisdom teeth taken out. I do not know if the good doctor here is just belligerent and untrustworthy and blind to the faults of him and his office or if he is genuinely a conman. If I could sue, I could. I imagine that a good number of these "five star reviews" are likely put there by staff or people being paid to, given that some of their complaints directly line up with my experience. And this is all just the worst parts and says nothing about their inability to communicate, take care of the information they take from patients and whom they refer to. I am currently afraid of infection and having a worse issue for the mere fact that they referred me out to someone whom then had the wrong information and didn't check to see if it was up to date ahead of time - something all other offices do. If I receive a response attempting to negate or deflect any of my accusations, please know that this is absolutely expected. They will either do that or drown it in oddly positive reviews for what is ultimately just a dentist's office. They will do the same thing here what they did to me in the office and go "Well sir, we have on file we told you to have them extracted", which is true it *is* on file. But what use is it having something on file that is never conveyed to the patient? Why isn't my cavity that broke my tooth on file when I had all four wisdom teeth? It is because this place is a sham. Save an insane amount of money for the problems that this place will create and not fix and go someplace else. I have never had a worse experience thus far dealing with medical practice in my adult life and I will make sure everyone knows it. This place deserves to no longer exist.

Negative experience: No Stars these people are very rude has no customer service no since of communication lack of understanding I will never go here again my wife transferred her insurance from here they want you to do what they choose for you to do does not give you the choice to decide what you can do its either do what they say and demand or they are not doing nothing for you at all.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful staff! Very friendly! Clean! On time and in and out in a very timely matter! My 7 year old was terrified going in and wanted to stay by the middle of her appointment! Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Front office employees were very nice and professional. The tech, Mohammad, was very kind too. The bite-wing usually hurts my gums when a tech does x-rays. At Greenburg, it did not hurt at all. Made my visit very nice.

Negative experience: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE!!! This is by far the worst ever dentist office to take your children. A hostile environment, the dental assistant was so rude when I asked her what she was using on my sons teeth and she gave a nasty remark. Then she told my son he better follow directions and sit back when he was trying to tell her he needed to spit. This has traumatized my son and the dentist went straight to telling us he has to be sedated due to his behavior. His dental assistant is the reason why he moved around other than that he was so polite and calm with everything else she did. This assistant shouldn’t be allowed to help children or even be able to work in this type of field.

Fantastic experience: Nothing but a positive experience at Greenberg Dental Baymeadows. Great staff. Dr. Hasona does an awesome job making sure you are comfortable throughtout procedure as well as explaining what works needs to be done. Would highly recommend Greenberg Dental Baymeadows.

Fantastic experience: On my first visit to Greenberg Dental on Old Baymeadows Road, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the office and the skilled and attentive staff starting at the front desk. From there I was taken for Panoramic X-Ray with Muhammed. That was followed by a professional exam by Dr Hasona. The last stage was the prophylaxis with Amir, the hygienist. Amir exhibits extreme skill at his tasks. Amir thoroughly cleans your teeth without shortcuts and you leave with your teeth feeling clean and looking bright. Everyone who worked with me today fully exceeded my expectations. Using the latest Dental equipment, I was amazed at how quickly the procedure went and this led to a very positive experience.

Negative experience: I had scheduled an appointment for 11:30 AM, but eventually left at 12:15 PM after waiting for 45 minutes. This level of disorganization is simply unacceptable. Additionally, just last week, I received a phone call while I was already present to notify me that the doctor had left for the day. This office clearly demonstrates a blatant disregard for individuals' time.

Fantastic experience: They called to the back within 5 mins of my arrival. The young assistant was nice, cool, and had great manners. Hygienist was pleasant and nice as well. The dentist was also cool, full of energy, and most of all he made me feel comfortable. He constantly made sure I didn’t feel any pain when he was extracting my teeth. to the Baymeadows Location

Positive experience: I have been going to this facility for several years, and they used to be very genuine and don't bill anything extra. I don't know this inflation made them to think and add extra things on top of my regular cleaning charge which is covered by my insurance. They usually do a good cleaning job without adding anything extra to my bill. This time they said they needed to apply some medicine for cleaning. I remember those things are part of regular cleaning. I asked several times "why are you saying this is an additional charge." They mentioned they started this 4 weeks ago so my next visit is going to be questionable.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars. After trying for hours to get ahold of any Greenberg dental office I finally got through to this location. Made a 7:30 am appointment, get there for them to tell me I don’t have an appointment. Last time I was scheduled they told me sorry we booked you but it hasn’t been a full year so insurance won’t cover your daughters cleaning. Like don’t you think they would have verified that before scheduling? I have NEVER had a good experience with this place. It’s apparent from the time you walk in that the staff is under paid and overworked so they just DON’T CARE about the patients. Their attitude and demeanor says it all. They are there to make their small check and go home. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time at any of their locations. This is by far the worst practice I have ever encountered. I would liked to have reached management to address my concern, frustration, and provide feedback but it’s impossible and at this point they don’t care and have made that very clear.

Fantastic experience: Going to the dentist stresses me out, but every person in this office made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The dentist was great with the needle, which terrifies me... But I barely felt it. I was extremely satisfied with the end result, and I will definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: I had the BEST experience here today, from the moment I walked in, until the moment I walked out! Everyone was friendly and efficient. Megan and Dr. Hosanna were FABULOUS, and they both have AWESOME outgoing personalities! Dental work can be quite expensive, so I was shocked when I seen how fair their prices are. I don't have dental insurance, and my bill was substantially lower than I thought it would be! They are there to HELP you, INSTEAD of HINDERING your wallet! I was VERY pleased with EVERYTHING! If you're looking for a GREAT dentist, look no further, because you will find one here! Megan ROCKS! She will lead you down all the RIGHT dental roads to help you feel better too! I could go on and on with this GREAT review. Just give them a try, you will be happy that you did!

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment to see a periodontist specifically for gum grafting; took time off to attend said appointment only to be told that periodontist on staff does not provide that service. Make sure your needs can be met by this location before coordinating an appointment.

Positive experience: It seemed rather busy, but I can I get it. When I finally got back there, Things were very streamlined and efficient… so much so I actually thought that they might have missed something at how quickly I moved through the visit once I got back there….. well done.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Adnan is really great. Super gentle and very kind. The root canal process has been good and would recommend to choose his clinic at Baymeadows for dental work.

Negative experience: The Doctor tried to talk me out of getting my 4 yrs old daughter X-rays when I kept explaining she had been complaining of discomfort, I had to push to get it done. I asked the doctor a few questions which were never answered until I brought them back up to the assistant who didn't know. So I asked for The doctor again and he stated oh yeah I forgot while walking back in the room. We had to be transferred to 3 different rooms to get the X-rays. After which finding out my daughter had 2 cavities. Although everyone was nice, it was not the best experience at all.

Fantastic experience: This was a great group of people. I am extremely grateful that I decided to get a second opinion, I had an appointment with another dental establishment a few weeks ago. They wanted to pull the same tooth along with the two others sitting next to it. Greenberg Dental. Took time to save my tooth. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: First place I tried since moving from Orlando and they have been very accommodating, since I wasn't able to change my Orthodontist from Orlando, they are super good about giving me my cleanings with my braces on. Negative experience: Staff was relatively nice but I had to wait a long time and they didn’t say a word to me about the wait. It was 20 minutes after my appointment before I got my exam and then I had to wait another HOUR for my cleaning. Everything was dirty, their were dust balls on the floor and the drinking fountains were disgusting.

Positive experience: Very pleased with this office. This was our first visit to the Baymeadows location and was pleased that we were able to get in quickly with the nurse and dentist. Everyone was really courteous and pleasant. Way better experience here than any other location.

Negative experience: We had a bad experience at this place, I have been living at USA for 6 years and this was the first time we felt denigrated because we are Latin, first we waited for 1 hour to be attended, they attend everyone that get there before and after, before us, when finally they attended us, the doctor just said they don't have nothing to offers us at this time... So... Even my kid has some dental issues and because of that his dentist send to them.... People like that shouldn't work with public.

Fantastic experience: Took my mom to translate and extract some of her teeth since she can finally got dental insurance. Dr. Greenberg was very sweet and so was was Dr. Yeoung. Dr. Yeoung was a bit too fast or too firm popping the teeth out. She’s old and needed a little bit to be more gentle. But everyone with staff and office was very helpful with our insurance questions and recommendations. We shall return. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 will never go anywhere else. I tried Aspen dental which was a mistake and felt like the didn’t listen to any of my concerns. Would highly recommend this location. If you don’t have insurance this is the most affordable route possible.

Fantastic experience: I have gone her for ten years and I am never didappointed. The staff is professional. There is NEVER a long wait time : they keep to appointment times (amazing!). Dr. Hasona is my dentist there and he is terrific: transparent and able to explain things to me.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Amir was the best for my teeth cleaning. He was simple and didn’t I even feel anything, made sure to get everything cleaned in no time. He’s now my favorite for my future teeth cleaning visits!

Negative experience: The dentist and assistant were friendly, however the appointment began an HOUR late. Then — they made us leave only after doing the X-rays and failed to inform us that the hygienist was not there for the cleaning. This caused us to reschedule, and miss more work. From the lack of time etiquette to misinformation, this experience was extremely frustrating. Please be more respectful of your patients’ time.

Fantastic experience: I took my foster children to this dental office this morning and it was a great experience! They made the children feel very comfortable and explained every step of the way. Also, getting an appointment was easy and only about a week out. I would highly recommend this dental office.

Fantastic experience: I'm an old patient of Greenberg Dental and have not been there for quite a long time for medical reasons. I just went back on 10/13/22 I'm so happy I did everyone in the office was so pleasant. The dentist Dr. Hasona couldn't be more informative and his assistant Mackenzie was so sweet and attentive to my needs. I'm so glad I came back.

Fantastic experience: Had Emergency was able to set same day appointment. No long wait. They diagnosed and fixed my issue. Very friendly staff. Love this location.

Negative experience: Does not respect patient appointment times. Poor customer service. 0 communication. This is my first and last appointment at Greenberg Dental. Do not sign up as a new patient, they are overbooked and will not tell you that.

Fantastic experience: I'm a coward when it comes to dental care. Dr. Hasona, put me at ease and the hygienist was exceptional. I will go back and I highly recommend the office located 9978 Old Baymeadows Rd in Jacksonville, Florida.

Positive experience: I give them 3 because they took 40 mint to attended me before going to the office in. Stuff don't have the name's tag neither they introduce themself, except the dentist and the hygienist. I left happy with the cleaning of my teeth! Emir did great job! Thank you!

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. Paid almost 6 grand for my clear braces. They only have two orthodontist on site, on two days of the week. They have no posted hours at their physical location. The staff leaves earlier than scheduled time and don't answer the phone at any time, during any days of the week. There are no friendly reminders of appointments beforehand, no follow up calls after should life come around and you miss your appointment. Overall, would recommend getting your braces elsewhere. Might be somewhere to get your teeth cleaned or something.

Fantastic experience: Had to get a root canal and crown placed. I absolutely hate going to the dentist (hence needing the root canal) but the team here has made every visit so enjoyable and comfortable that I haven't been nervous to go at all any of the times. I'm going to keep coming back permanently, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I had an issue and it was one hour to closing. They worked me in the same day for a root canal and it went great. Thats not an easy thing to say about a root canal. Very professional staff. I would recommend this dentist to everyone. My family and I have since made countless trips and had excellent service each time. Best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth.

Fantastic experience: Have used Greenberg Dental for several year the staff is always friendly and helpful. Very satisfied with the work they done on our teeth. My daughter is about to get her braces off and we are very happy with the results and payment plan offered. We recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

Positive experience: My appointment was at 1:45pm. I arrived on time but had to wait 45 minutes before I was asked to go to the dental chair. A colossal waste of my time! Why can’t doctors and dentists keep their schedule but expect their patients to do so. Otherwise, the visit was fine.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry is very professional and extremely quick if you’re dealing with a busy schedule. I recently became a patient and to do a first inspection plus a cleaning took 30 mins. I am beyond pleased with my experience here.

Negative experience: When I first brought my children here I loved this place. I'm a little disappointed bc 6m ago was my children's last cleaning. I was discharged bc it was beyond me that my son has a cavity yet the dentist wasn't going to fill it bc it was a baby tooth & going to fall out anyway. The cavity startwd off as a pinhole cavity & now there's a pea sized hole in his tooth. Since then I found a new dentist for a 2nd opinion. My son actually had 4 cavities according for Greenburgs x-rays from his Las appt yet I was only told about one. He now has to have 4 root canals. I can't make a parent or adult not go there, but after reading something like this I wouldn't. It makes me sad, but this is my son's health & you've now affected it in a serious matter.

They solved my needs all in one visit. Normally I try to stay away from the dentist as long as possible, however I went ahead and set an appointment for a cleaning. Five star guys.
