Fantastic experience: This was the most incredible dental experience I've ever had. I have had so many bad dental experiences and I've developed severe dental anxiety. West Georgia Family Dentistry is the place for those who are nervous about the dentist. My hygienist, Christy, was so kind and helped me feel comfortable. Dr. Prior was very kind and helped fix a chip in my tooth that made me extremely self conscious. Additionally, Kadyn was lovely. She worked as the dental assistant during the fix on my chip tooth. I cannot recommend this office enough. I was referred by a current patient and I am beyond impressed and thankful. Finding a honest and kind dentist seems near impossible, but this office is one of those gems. Thank you all for your kindness and peace you have brought me.

Fantastic experience: Today was my first day at West Ga Dental and I must say all of the staff made my day so much lighter and comfortable. It started off with a few system issues, but Erin at the front desk made sure to take care of me! Her personality and kindness went a long way. She went over and beyond to make sure I had all of my paperwork handled and that I was taken care of prior to me being seen. In addition to her welcoming me, the dental assistant was very knowledgeable and kind. She made sure I knew what was going on at all times and that I was comfortable. Even during my procedure, she was very informative and handle me with care, along with my dentist. Overall, it was a good day and I actually enjoyed them all. Fantastic experience: All I can say about these ladies and gentlemen is 3 thumbs up! From the time I walked in until my exit I was made to feel at home and cared for. I went in with a front tooth I had broken half off and they not only fixed it until I can get my permanent crown but made it look better than it did before. Also, they worked me in the same day I called because of a cancellation. Thanks to all of you and I will see you soon.

Although I was experiencing some gum irritation, Dr. Leithner consistently treated me with kindness and professionalism throughout my visit. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Since receiving my composite veneers from him three years ago, I’ve had no issues at all. I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: I don't like going to the dentist. However, Dr. Eric Leithner and his staff are as a good as it gets. Dr. Leithner is calm, precise, and is concerned about the pain he may be creating (so he does everything possible to minimize that situation). In my opinion, this is a man that has dedicated his life to excel in his field. His staff have this same attitude.

Fantastic experience: Ii love West Georgia Family Dentistry! I take care of my teeth...brush, floss, rinse but I hadn't been to the dentist for probably 20 years because I was terrified due to painful experiences when I was younger. I was finally forced to go because I had to have dental clearance for a knee replacement. My daughter suggested this group and especially Dr. Leithner. I was treated so respectfully and kindly from the first phone call. I never experienced a minutes pain from cleaning to x-rays to finally having 4 caps in one visit! (No cavities or periodontal disease...YAY) They put me totally at ease. Although I was expecting to have to ask for gas, I never needed it. I was able to call Dr. Leithner directly when a temporary cap came off over the weekend and he was so helpful. Today I had to cancel a cleaning due to a family emergency only 2 hours before my appointment and they responded with complete kindness. If you need a good dental group., especially if you are nervous, THIS is the place to go....and they offer fresh baked cookies with every visit! You can't beat that! Fantastic experience: We were looking for a new dentist after going to the same dentist for 25+ years. I called WGFD and spoke to Erin (The VP of Patient Services). She answered all my questions about the practice and using our insurance. Set the appt. I was greeted by a warm, friendly staff with a great sense of humor and enthusiasm. Patti did a fantastic job on my preventative cleaning and will see her again in six months. Dr Leithner is a true pro as a dentist and runs his practice like a CEO with a strong customer/patient focus. Ask about their free fresh baked cookie and pillow during treatment. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at West Georgia Family Dentistry for probably 45 years. I am sold on them! They are professional, caring, and take great care of my teeth. My kids go there as well! My former hygienist was there for 50 years and always took care of me. Bless Cathy, she has retired now. Dr. Lewis took care of me for many many years. No matter which hygienists or docs you use, the result is good teeth. I love West Georgia family dentistry!

Fantastic experience: Told the receptionist when I called that I just needed to confirm my implant was ok. I was being super careful because this was a repair from another dentist. She made room for me and I was in. The dentist inspected and gave me two thumbs up so I can now relax and with careful use, I am back with a full set of teeth! PTL

Fantastic experience: I will never go to a different dentist other than west Georgia family dentistry. Absolute best dentist I’ve ever been to. They are extremely honest on work that needs to be done unlike most other places who will do unnecessary work and they are super nice and caring. Fantastic experience: Oh wow where to begin, this dental clinic is amazing! And that's coming from a guy who hates going to the dentist! I've been here twice now, and on both occations the staff was friendly and professional. From the dentist to the front desk to the hygienists, every person I encountered treated me with the utmost respect. I'd like to give a special shout out to Wendy! I came into the office with an embarrassing amount of buildup. She never made me feel ashamed or chided in any way. In fact, she went to astonishing length to make removing the buildup as painless as possible. She then took the time to educate me on healthy practices, and the reason why those practices are effective. I could feel that she truly cares about her patients!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years after a negative experience at a different practice and I was slightly nervous for my appointment today. Fantastic experience: Today I was having a hard morning and didn’t have a babysitter for my 4 month old. They let me bring her and helped watch her! A true family business that honestly cares!! I had to do to another dentist years ago due to insurance change, and when it changed back I went running back to y’all so quick and will never leave again!

Fantastic experience: Dr Leitner is the best. He's been our family dentist for 15+ years. I moved so i had to find a new dentist. Unfortunately I had (mulitple) bad experiences at Norcross Dental Associates and after 2 years they final pushed me to going back to Leitner (they wanted to do uneccesary work that was going to cost almost $1k!). I drove out to Dr. Leiter for a 2nd opinion and he had no concerns. Thankful that was the case, but even if it wasn't I trusted him to do the right thing. Outstanding quality dentist and staff. It's so nice to see the same staff there for so many years! That says a lot too! Couldn't recommend more.

Fantastic experience: I had my first visit at WGFD today and is was such a pleasant experience. I have the worst fear of the Dentist and Patti, the Hygenist was so very gentle and informative. Dr Prior was also very informative. The Staff was so very courteous and the wait time was very minimal. (Plus, they treat you to cookies!) Overall, it was a great visit!

Christy gave me the best cleaning I’ve ever had with a goodie bag and the doctor (who was very easy on the eyes)❣️ came in with top tier bedside manner. I was so impressed, I can’t wait for my next appointment. They schedule time correctly so you’re not waiting 30/40 minutes before you get called back, consistent communication. Caring! Can't Beat Him!! Of course the Macadamia Cookies are a plus!! His complete staff are so friendly and Compassionate!! I would hate to lose him as a Dentist.
