Fantastic experience: Dr. Knight is definitely the best dentist I've ever seen. He knows getting dental work makes me so nervous and he doesn't make me feel bad about it, he tells me what he is doing the entire time. Even his assistant was great. The office staff is very friendly as well.

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience. I just want to say this is by far the best dental office I have ever been apart of. Everyone in the office is so kind, from the receptionists, to the dental assistants and the dentists. Genuinely the best experience I've ever had. I can tell Dr. Knight cares more about his patients than a paycheck by the way he communicates and asks questions. He went out of his way to show me I. Depth how to floss (i asked) and he didnt make recommendations without asking questions and ensuring it was right for me. I've had dentists in the past recommend so much dental work that wasn't necessary so they could line their pockets but Dental One cares more about integrity. If you're thinking about coming to this office.. DO IT!

Positive experience: Everyone was very helpful and kind. Dr. Nucum answered all our questions and told ( my husband ) what to expect during the next several visits. Very happy with the price. We were quoted much more from another dentist and that is with insurance! Thanks Dental one !!

After moving to MD, I saw Dr. Cavayero and felt comfortable with him so went through the process again. Such a huge difference from my DE experience! Dr. Cavayero is very professional, explained in detail the process and I am completely satisfied with the results. He was always prompt in seeing me, has an efficient, friendly staff & I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nucum has renewed my faith in dentistry. Over the last few years my teeth have become increasingly sensitive and getting through a dental appointment had become very painful. After several years at Finksburg Dental Associates I found them to be without compassion, and even seem to not believe that my issue was real and that I was somehow "creating" my problem. Even though I used to get through dental visits without issues for many years, those dentists just had no understanding about my situation. Thank you Dental One and the hygienists are very caring and have a great deal of patience with me. I found my new permanent dentist!!

Negative experience: ** Edit: I can no longer recommend this dentistry business. Dentists leave without patients being notified. New dentists are assigned without patient knowledge or consent. I needed follow up care that was included in my original procedure and had to wait 3 months because I was told they schedule the patients who would bring in revenue first. I have always received excellent care here. The staff is always very friendly. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it has only been a few times that we have been able to get our 6 month checkups on time. Usually it is at least 7 months between and once it was over a year. Overall I am satisfied with the service and would recommend them to others.

Fantastic experience: Although their computer system was down, Denal One's staff was able to adapt and provide quality service. I had a dental cleaning by Tami and she was very thorough in the cleaning. She periodically informed me of what she was doing and seeing as she cleaned by teeth.

Positive experience: Came to get a crown re-glued that fell out. Dr. Longley and his assistant did a nice job of preparing the tooth to have the crown re-cemented. Dr. Longley has a good chair side manner and helps put the patient at ease. His assistant Katie( I believe) was also very nice. I was concerned about having to wait 6 days to be seen on a somewhat urgent issue. I asked if I could be bumped up if anybody canceled and they agreed due to me being close by and available at any time. Received a call a day later and they moved me up a day so my wait was 5 days. I was grateful for that. Dr. Longley and his assistant did a good job good job helping me with my issue. I also appreciate the administrative staff for their efforts getting me in while dealing with what appears to be a really busy scheduling situation.⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: The experience I observed with a family member as the patient was exceptional. Starting with the front desk, the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The exam room was inviting with colorful imagery. Dr. Wilson was very methodical and thorough with the exam, and very patient with answering our questions once the consultation was completed. Daria, Dr. Wilson's Dental Assistant, was gracious with her time in providing visuals of the options to include pros/cons with each option. Bottom line, we did not feel rushed and left with a high level of confidence and comfort to use this practice if one of the options is considered. Erica followed up in less than 24 hours to provide more information on the options to include details on the costs. Given this experience, I would highly recommend Dental One Associates Westminster. Thank you for providing such excellent and friendly customer service during and after this first visit!

Fantastic experience: Dr Knight performed a painless tooth extraction with dental implant on the same day. I was kept informed of every step during the procedure. Prescriptions for post procedure pain management were given to me to have filled prior to the extraction so I was prepared to go home and rest afterward. I was not left toothless. A temporary tooth was placed at the same visit. I am so thankful I was referred to Knight who provided outstanding care. Everyone in the office was wonderful to work with, including his assistant, Katie.

Have been going to the practice for 47+ years and even though changed hands and is now part of a group I would recommend.

Negative experience: Yesterday I called the office several times and was always just cut off. Finally, I was able to leave a msg around 2pm to ask for a call back concerning my visit on Thursday/insurance. I never heard from anyone. :(

Fantastic experience: My regular hygienist called out sick so my appointment was canceled originally. But, to their credit, Dental One rescheduled me one hour later with another hygienist, Diane. Diane was very friendly and knowledgeable about Dental care. She was very thorough in the cleaning and evaluation process. I felt at ease and confident with her skills and her feedback.

Fantastic experience: Where do I even begin.. Dr. Knight and his caring staff and dental-side team were INCREDBILE. His "chair-side" manner is one I have NEVER experienced before and I will be 50 this Dec.. He explained everything where you will understand it. He MAKES and TAKES the time. There is 0 rush. He even guided the needle for numbing with a eagle eye focus and 0 pain. And? He does a test pre procedure where he tells you, "I know you won't feel anything and want you to give me a thumbs up.." And I passed that test with flying colors. Afterwards, he made more time for me to share my story of what Jesus has done for me and my family. I was not pushing, I was sharing and am grateful for his and his tech's audience. I wanted to share one more thing...This past Wed, Dr. Knight.. I heard from my Lord (who I hear speak to me VERY clearly now as beautiful as any bell) tell me, "You don't need to take your Thyroid medicine anymore.." *I was on it since 2018 after Cancer and RAD compromising my Thyroid. Yes friends, King Jesus freed me from that medicine my Thyroid is healed!! He also freed me this Feb after 4 years of suffering from BiPolar type 1!! God bless ALL who read this and know that Jesus just wants to know you. When you do know him? Blessings and Healing cascade down from The Kingdom. Can't wait to go back to this AMAZING team!

Fantastic experience: I was seen at the time of my appointment. I was treated respectfully and kindly. I trust them with my dental needs - and I don’t say that lightly.

Negative experience: Front office staff is their problem. Not the dentists or hygienist. Spoke to insurance carrier for 2 hours over several issues throughout the years. They suggested the latest issue be investigated and also the balance billing that occurs at this office is not allowed by at least some insurance carriers. When you ask Alexis to speak to her supervisor, the supervisor doesn't write back and Alexis claims the company doesn't provide phone numbers.

Having a filling and a old crown taken off only to have impressions for replacement was totally painless. A new crown will take several weeks to arrive.

She treats you with respect and her care is detailed as she is very committed to her role in your health. All office staff are also very friendly. The sign in and out process is all very easy and streamlined. The office is very clean and welcoming.

Negative experience: 2 appointments. Only did x-rays, refused to perform a regular routine visit. Never addressed my concerns. Trying to up charge me for procedures I did not want. Never going back.

Negative experience: They never return emails. The billing staff is rude. You ask questions about insurance and billing and you get nothing but attitude and rudeness. Its a shame. Dr Knight is great but he gas lost me all because of the office staff ignorance. Who ever heard of a drs office making u pay “estimates “ instead of running your insurance through first AND THEN billing the patients. $500 out of pocket estimates…ill never see that money again. Moving on to another dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a deep cleaning which was rather unpleasant, but the hygienist was extremely calming and was genially concerned about may comfort during the procedure which made me want to come back to them because of their professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I am glad Dental One is available to us in Westminster. I don't like the checkout procedure, though, requiring patients to return to the waiting room (after they've been seen) and wait there until being called back in to pay the bill and schedule the next appointment. I don't at all like waiting both before and after an appointment. Mail me the bill, and I can call to make the next appointment.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful practice. Dr Knight is caring, relatable, confident, and very skilled. I went from dreading the dentist to looking forward to it (never thought I’d say that). Cannot recommend this office enough!

Negative experience: I got new insurance just this past year so decided to try and give this place a chance. I have heard some not great things but I like to make my own options so I gave them a try. The first 3 appts for myself and two children were all canceled on the days (3 different ones) of the appointments due to a doctor not being them and they needed to reschedule. After that it seemed to go okay. I then had an appt for a cleaning and went in and found out it was not a cleaning after all but just to have a chip in my tooth repaired. After my children have had their appts for the year I now get a bill of $102 for an appointment that was “missed”. The appt day they said was missed was called on the week before the appt and told we could not make it. They are now trying to bill me for an appointment they could not fill. They have wasted 4 appt times for us and that was okay and now try to bill us for an appointment that no longer existed. I have called about this many times and have told it would be taken care of. It has not. I would be VERY careful going to this office. Also I have never ever heard of a missed appointment fee being $100+. Something in this office is not right with the billing. Maybe someone is steeling money and needs to find a way to cover their tracks or something, but it’s off. I will be calling my insurance office to get info for a new dentist and letting them know of the canceled appointment they made as well as this one they are billing for. I also plan to call the dental association and have them looked into for this. There is other wonderful offices in and around Westminster I would checking them out if you need a new dentist. They have lost 3 patients I hope they are happy about their choices the billing office has made.

Fantastic experience: Dr Knight, truly a real professional man so nice to have someone explain everything that is about to happen also has a great sense of humor. Just a figure of speech but he’s the kind of person you like to hang out with. His staff was just as professional as he was. A+

Fantastic experience: Had to have a tooth pulled. They got me in quickly. They were polite and caring and when I started panicking they were quick to reassure me in a comforting way. No one wants a tooth pulled but if I have to do it again I’d choose here. Also I was self pay and this was not as expensive as other places were quoting me. Not by much but still.

Negative experience: To start off…I’ve been a fairly new customer for a few months here due to insurance changes from my company which led me to dental One . Great, finally found a dental office close to home that accepts my insurance right!? NOT!! When I had my very first visit everything was fine. They told me to make an appointment to take X-rays to update my previous doctors prints ext…fast forward, I had my consultation and X-rays taken but then had to schedule an actual appointment for a cleaning which would be a couple weeks later. Cool. A couple days before the scheduled cleaning they called me while I was at work to tell me they had an emergency patient and would have to reschedule my appointment… I was like no problem and rescheduled. Cleaning appointment day comes and the front desk lady was kinda rude checking in. She could barely hear it seemed like. Constantly slamming the damn glass divider window after asking me questions from the paper work I clearly filled out in advance before the appointment.Whatever…sooo, when I get my teeth cleaned the hygienist really did a shotty job. Didn’t even feel like an actual cleaning. It literally took about 8 mins or less before flossing. Then tried to tell me about the services and sucker me into paying for useless things I felt like I really didn’t need. I tried the gum cleaning which I think was a $50 charge and she literally just put the probe around my teeth quick as hell and was done in like 30 secs… wowww what a waste of money!!! Don’t do it smh after the cleaning… they made me wait about 20 mins just to check out??? Never been to a dentist office that does that. Usually when your done with whatever you go straight to a desk and pay for whatever or schedule your next visit… here it’s not like that?? Well, after all that I ended up scheduling my next appointment for a small filling they said needed to be filled. Cool. Made the appointment. A few weeks after that they called me again saying they had another emergency patient that needed to be urgently seen that day and they had to reschedule that appointment. At that point I was like this is BS BUT WHATEVER… so I rescheduled it to a whole month later from the original appointment. Fast forward again, the appointment was supposed to be this coming Monday and they called me today(one business day before the appointment) to tell me AGAIN that they have to RESCHEDULE for whatever BS for the 2nd time??? Are you kidding me? Is this how they treat new patients or was it just me? What a freaking joke this place is!! Never coming back or recommending neighbors or friends to them.
