Fantastic experience: Dr. Yanes and everyone at this GE office is amazing. I have a GE office down the street from me, but I drive 40 minutes to see Dr. Yanes because of what a great service her and her staff always provide.

Fantastic experience: needed a scan to prepare for an implant and my regular Great Expressions Dental office does not have a scan machine. I called the morning of to make sure of my appointment time. As soon as she answered and I told her my name she answered right away. She said yes and the appointment time was 9 am. When I arrived I waited maybe 10 minutes before I was called in by Maite. The scan took at most 2 minutes. I then waited for 5 minutes for the CD. Maite was wonderful. She was so kind and patient. Her friendliness is to be noted. Kudos to Maite.

Fantastic experience: Update on November 27, 2025 from ORIGINAL REVIEW. Just sending this Thanksgiving note to Dr Yanes on a busy day and a late appointment yesterday. They always say or at least I hear you should make early appointments with doctors. With Dr Yanes, experienced the same service and TLC as always even during a late appointment with other patients waiting for Procedures. Needed to do a minor procedure unexpectedly on checkup visit and she's still gave us the time to explain and answer questions prior to and after the procedure and even on the phone afterwards. Ty Dr. Yanes Thank you Dr. Marnie Yanes for the followup visit and Squeezing us in on a very busy Monday. You are the utmost professional and compassionate and TLC Dentist. You are a fine representative of Great Expressions and appreciated. Special mention also of your assistant Roxy as she always is most helpful and professional and caring. Thank you . P.S. Updated August 25th, 2023. Thank you Dr. Yanes for continued follow up work, professionalism and Dental knowledge to reassure us and answering our endless questions. Most of all kindness and TLC. Fantastic experience: I had an outstanding experience at this dental office.Dr Yanes, She was incredibly professional and took the time to clearly explain what was happening with my tooth, which made me feel very comfortable and informed. The hygienist, Carlitos, gave me the most amazing cleaning I have ever had—truly exceptional work! The receptionist was also warm, welcoming, and very helpful from the moment I arrived. Everything and everybody was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Marnie makes your feel so comfortable with close personal interaction, easy to talk to. She is extremely patient and very friendly. She is not in a rush rush. She is so confident and makes you feel so protected. If you have dental anxiety, then she is the dentist to go to.

Fantastic experience: I had the best dental cleaning experience of all my years with hygienist Edna. This was our first encounter. She informed of the out-of- pocket portion before starting the procedure. Explained the importance of having regular cleanings and how not having them impacts the gum pockets. She was very friendly, pleasant and personable. Her cleaning techniques was impeccable. No pain. No bleeding. I was very impressed.

Fantastic experience: I don’t like going to the dentist but, the Hygienist was thorough and gently with my cleaning. The office was especially clean and literally no wait time when I arrived, I LOVE ❤️ that. That’s how it should be at all medical facilities. TKU

The hygienist Carlos was excellent, very gentle and very caring not to hurt me. Her assistant was also excellent and very caring. I had my teeth polished and Fluorinated by the hygienist, she was great. My teeth and gums feel great. Highly recommended them.

Negative experience: Aside from Dr. Yanes and Dental Hygienist Carlos, this is the most unorganized, incompetent staff at a practice I’ve ever encountered. Janet and the manager Gayle are clueless and lack simple communication skills to resolve patient matters. When I asked who the regional manager or director is, Gayle simply provided me with a “patient services” number for me to call. HORRIBLE patient experience and overall understanding of my concerns and ability to resolve. I will not be returning to this dentistry!

Fantastic experience: I had gotten all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Luis Torres (the Surgeon); one week later and I’m already back to normal! The surgeon did an amazing job and I couldn’t ask for a better dentist; they even let me keep the teeth!

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr.Torres A+ surgery no pain smooth process , but keep in mind everyone’s mouth is different. Also primary dentist is Ms.Yanis and she was very informative and made it easy for me to understand what was happening

I used to be scared of the dentist, but not anymore. Carlos, the dental hygienist, is also excellent — super gentle, patient, and makes you feel completely at ease during your cleaning. Negative experience: Appointment ar 10:30, called in at 12:45 with not a word of communication in between. The way a patient is treated at front office talks a lot about the quality iof work behind the apron.

Negative experience: Two expensive you have to pay a copay of 127 for upper dental and 127 for lower dental. Each part of service is divided by copay at the end my copay ended to be an amount of 570$ and I refused to have the service because i called my inssurance company before going to the place and the information didn't match. Now i am in the process to find another place.

Fantastic experience: The dentists that have treated me, the dental hygienist and the dental assitants are all amazing and caring people. I have not had any problems with the work done on me. I called in with an emergency, and they made space for me for the following morning. Service and attention was exceptionally amazing.

Fantastic experience: Great expressions dental centers at Miramar has been nothing but a wonderful experience from the time I walk-in to the time of my departure everyone is so nice and friendly service is pretty fast it’s clean very festive decorations for the holidays my two boys also get their cleanings here as well on the kid side very fast x-rays cleaning everyone is also very nice an pleasant I have no complaints we are very happy here.

Negative experience: Place is great. But the front specially the big lady who collects the payment is not friendly. Shes always like in a bad mood. Doesn’t smile at all. I dont think shes happy working there at all.

His advice is invaluable and he genuinely cares. The entire team is just so courteous and helpful that while there, you feel like family. The atmosphere reminds me of the sitcom “Cheers “ ; where every body knows your name and they’re always glad you came….you wanna go where everybody knows your name. It’s what they do, call you by your name. Who wouldn’t want to keep coming back?

Fantastic experience: Went here after almost getting scammed into filling a bunch of cavities that didn’t exist at another dental office. The were great at explaining with photos and X-rays of what I needed and were up front about costs prior to anything being done. Carlo’s did an amazing cleaning on me. My teeth have never looked so good.

Positive experience: I like walking out of my dentist office after having my teeth cleaning with my mouth tasting minty fresh and clean. I like the feel of my tongue sliding over my teeth so smoothly. Here, I came out with none of that—no minty polish used, no mouth wash given after having the tech picking, flushing and flossing between my teeth.

Fantastic experience: The process was very much easy starting from the receptionist who handled my insurance. She said that she will called me back after reviewing the insurance and discussed my treatment plan after I visited the clinic for information. She did call me within an hour. She was very knowledgeable and explicit and she gave an appointment. The day of my appointment I waited only 5. Minutes to be called by a very professional hygienist. I am always terrified when I go to Dentist let alone that I need a deep cleaning Vanessa was amazing. She explained how she will work on my teeth and how much it will cost me. She was awesome.

Negative experience: Roxanne was extremely rude when i arrived fro my visit. she told me they are not accepting new patients, even though I was referred from another location. After she realized the mistake she'd made, she finally let me see the dentist. she's extremely aggressive for a manager.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care from Dr Yanez. She’s the best! Billing experience was horrible and needs to improve. The billing person could not properly explain the costs, deposits, etc. An arbitrary $200.00 deposit for a specialist is unacceptable and extremely expensive
