Fantastic experience: I visited Porter Ranch Dental studio today Dec 12th for my regular dentist visit including teeth cleaning , followed by filling. My experience was very smooth, including the Doc’s / Dentist’s checkup. The hygienist did a very good job in cleaning teeth and did in a timely manner. The studio itself is very clean and looks immaculate. And no wait time.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and welcoming! The office is clean and inviting. Doctors are great! A must go! They have a TV screen right in front of you so that you can see your x-rays and what the doctors are looking at. Dr. Alex was so good with explaining everything and making sure that I was comfortable. Then dental assistance were also very nice and ensuring that when they were cleaning, they were not harsh and you were comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I had a great visit at the porter ranch Dental Studio today. Dr. Alex was very thorough in going over the X rays I needed. I usually go to my VA dentist as a veteran but they had a quicker opening here. Dr. Alex explained everything so well and I didn’t feel rushed. I even told him “wow I got alot of explanation today”. His assistant that helped with my x rays was so sweet and very knowledgeable. I came in anxious not knowing what the x rays would show but I left knowing my many options and feeling very optimistic. Fantastic experience: Oh my!! What can I say? I had just returned from visiting family in the Mid-West where I had my fill of BAD customer service & unprofessional staff. What a refreshing thing for me to return to the west coast & my favorite dental studio to pick up my night guard that I had ordered before my trip. Guess what!! I called upon my return to SoCal- trust me, after visiting family there was a lot of bruxism happening in my mouth- and the office gave me an appointment for the first thing the next morning to pick up my appliance. Got there at 8am- got called back to the back room at 8:05. My night guard fit PERFECTLY at first insertion. I was out of the office & on my way to work in Moorpark by 8:10am!!! The office, the staff, the doctors are all primo!!! You should make an appointment to go NOW!! :)

Fantastic experience: Recently came in for a cleaning and to have a couple fillings redone. Super happy with the results! Cleaning was great as usual but what blew me away was the fillings. For the fillings They didn't shoot me up with novocaine, I was in and out of the chair with in 20 mins, zero pain! Great Dentist, I highly recommend Porter Ranch Dental Studio.

Fantastic experience: I have the biggest fear of going to the dentist. I unfortunately was having severe tooth pain.. I was driving by Porter Ranch and saw a sign for “Dental studio” I called and made an appointment, they were able to see me the next day. From the moment I walked into the office I was made to feel very comfortable from the reception area. Everything was smooth.. I then was met by the assistant for X-rays ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) she was also very patient and also made me feel comfortable. I of course was feeling anxious almost wanted to run out of there because of my fear.. The the Doctor walked in ( Dr Alex Dolgov) I explained my fear situation and let me tell you, this Dr made me feel so comfortable and was very reassuring.. He had to numb me for the procedure.. (Needless to say the word shot freaked me out) again he reassured me.. I never not once felt the needle!! He was very very gentle and careful (Thank you Dr.) after working on my molar he realized that I needed a root canal.. again! I did not feel a thing,, he was explaining the procedure as he was working on my root canal.. By the way my initial assistant had to leave and the lady that took over was just as amazing as the first one. Take it from someone that avoids the dentist at all cost.. if you need any procedures done this is the place to go.. I am so grateful for this office.. I have scheduled my next cleaning with them.. I highly highly recommend this dental office..

Fantastic experience: Today was my fifth visit at this facility. Previously had driven quite far to go to the same dentist for over 40 years. It was time for a change and I made an excellent decision. The experience again well. Easy to get to, lots of free parking, and a pleasant and clean area while waiting to be seen. I dealt with Dr Hoang. About 3 weeks ago I had a root canal and crowns. It didn’t feel quite right so I called and talked to the pleasant receptionist and made an appointment to have things checked. Dr. Hoang was gentle and caring, asking me questions about my degree of discomfort. She made a few minor adjustments and so far very good. I was pleased as I had been nervous about changing dentists. But I am happy to say it was again a very good experience. I now have my new dentist. I will recommend them to any friends in need of a new dentist.
