Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr.Vic and his assistant. From the moment I walked in the door. staff was welcoming and efficient. The dentist and his assistant took the time to explain each step of the procedure and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized. I’m very pleased with the results and will definitely be returning.

Fantastic experience: It was my first time and I felt like I’d been there before. Everyone is so nice and personal. Lexie cleaned my teeth and she was awesome !! She explained everything she was doing and went over my treatment plan. I’m always nervous when I go to dentist and I was ok. I would highly recommend.

They really want to help take care of your dental needs and help you sort out any financial discrepancies or questions you may have. It’s also a cute office. Very clean. Fantastic experience: As usual the staff was friendly and professional. My hygienist had an issue that day so the staff notified me that they had to switch. Within a few minutes I was seen by Dr. Vick and Tracy the other hygienist took care of my cleaning. She did a great job and is very personable

Fantastic experience: First time going to Dr. Vick’s office. I was very impressed with all the things that were normal procedure to them but was very new to me that I appreciated. I walked away feeling I got a good exam and thorough cleaning. Dr. Vick checked my head and neck and under my tongue and no dentist has ever checked for cancer like that. Then Lexi was my dental hygenist who began by looking at all the X-rays done for me and proceeded to check each tooth prior to cleaning. No dentist office has ever done that before. Lexi explained things along the way and didn’t mind my questions to learn more. It was a wonderful experience and plan to go back.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient, this was my first visit to Denver dentistry. The facility is spacious, modern, clean, comfortable. Staff is very friendly. Equipment seems state of the art. All in all, a very good start to what I hope to be a long-term doctor-patient relationship. Recently I chipped off a bit of tooth and was worried about further damage. I called and they squeezed me in same day. So thankful as I was traveling out of country a few days later.

They made me feel like I had been their patient for years. The entire exam process for a new patient was extremely comprehensive. My Wife and I are very satisfied with our decision to have Denver Dentistry as our new dentist since moving here from Ohio in January 2017.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental implant, Dr. Vick performed the work, it took about an hour and it's been 10 days and my gums are pink & healthy and the implant is awaiting it's prosthetic tooth. Great work.

Each step of the procedure was explained prior to starting and they asked me if I had any questions before continuing. Fantastic experience: I moved to NC about a year ago. I was having a hard time finding a dentist that could see me quickly. Denver Dentisry was a bit far from me, but I was out of options and booked an appointment. They were able to get me in VERY quickly. I've been there three times for checkups and some fillings. The staff are all very friendly and they provide useful feedback and education on home care routines and the current state of my teeth/gums. From the provider and hygienist to the front office staff, they give me the time and attention I need to get my needs met. They also fixed a sensitive spot on one of my teeth with a simple addition to my brushing regiment. Definitely recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I can truly say this has been one of my best experiences at a dentist. I am used to a corporate dental office, where you don’t really get to know the people and it is definitely just about making money. That was not what I got here. Everyone in this office was very friendly, easy to get in touch with, and easy to communicate with. I didn’t feel like I was trying to be sold things like Invisalign or different dental hygiene products. I was only given information about products if I asked or brought up a concern. Everyone was very professional and respectable. Would recommend and have already to a friend moving to the area.

Negative experience: My filling fell out so I called for an appointment to get it filled. Showed up to the appt and was told by tbe de that she could not do it now and could put a temporary filling in and I would have to come back. Temp filling fell out in one day and I was charged and still need to go back. Not happy!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is very nice and professional. They always are on time and do not keep me waiting in the waiting room like other offices. The new addition is clean and bright and the staff is always welcoming. I have not had an occasion to deal with the office in an emergency but my regular check ups and cleanings are stress-free and comfortable.

Dr. Vick is the most thorough dentist I've been to and I've had many excellent dentists over the years, having moved many times over my life. Each visit Dr. Vick does an extensive exam of my neck, jaw and mouth. I've never had a dentist be that thorough before. I trust him with my dental care. I had to make a quick decision when I chipped my tooth. I was impressed with the reviews Denver Dentistry had and decided to give them a try. My experience with Denver Dentistry has been excellent. When they heard I had a tooth problem they were able to squeeze me in the same day. They took great care of me. They were friendly and courteous. I did not have to wait very long. It was an easy decision to make them my new family dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and efficient staff. I am following up from my last post. I have not had any trouble with my crown from earlier. Without going into detail, my health insurance denied my crown being covered. I went into the office and showed them my denial. They took care of getting it cleared up with the insurance company and getting my crown covered. This appointment was for a six month follow up or cleaning. The hygienist did a really good job cleaning my teeth and was very informative on any questions I had. I cannot express how friendly and helpful the front desk staff are. I will continue to see Dr. Vick.

Fantastic experience: I went in for a cleaning and they asked if I had had any recent surgeries and I said yes I had a knee replacement for weeks ago and they explain to me that they could not clean my teeth as that would stir up bacteria that could go down and get into my knee and causing infection so I would have to wait at least three months. I really appreciated the fact that they were on top of this and very willing to wait my three months to have my teeth cleaned

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Denver Dentistry. The office is clean and efficiently run. My hygienist (Geralynn) was very personable and knowledgeable and made the experience stress free !! Dr. Myers outlined a treatment plan for me in detail explaining everything in a way I could understand. Kasey provided an outline of cost of the treatment plan in a very timely fashion. I am extremely pleased with this practice.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I moved from the Seattle to Denver area six years ago Of course, that meant new drivers licenses, license plates, utilities, doctor, etc., and a dentist. I put out feelers over the web to those dentists who accepted our insurance and Denver Dentistry was the first to respond, long before anyone else. Upon visiting their office to make an appointment, I was greeted by a friendly, professional and welcoming office staff. Both Tracy, my dental hygienist, and Dr. Vick were very thorough, caring and patient-friendly oriented. I felt like I was a long-time patient and friend. Fantastic experience: I was new to the Denver area, and got their card in the mail. I loved how friendly they are. Clean. I had to have a couple cavities filled. Let me say, DR. KATRINA MYERS was great. No pain, great 'bed side manners' the best. Also, a shout out to the other dart of the team - LARIZA and RHONDA. This team was the best. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Negative experience: Office manager is very disorganized, noting wrong tooth number, wrong insurance info, stating there was no treatment plan when I was sent to a specialist to develop the plan for them, appointment made even after confirmation (and phone call) stated a different time. Tried several weeks to get help for a cracked molar that I went to them for. Got continuous run around and inconsistent info for several weeks. Finally got an appointment (to have the cracked tooth removed I thought) and was told it would be another consultation and the process would start all over since at the requested time I would be seeing Dr Vick rather than the dentist in his office that first saw me with this problem! Apparently the two dentists in the same office don’t communicate or share X-rays or treatment plans! I emailed concerns several times and followed up with phone calls, requesting that the messages be given to Dr Vick. No response from Dentist so not sure if he knows how poorly his business is being managed. I have heard Dr Vick is good, but I cannot confirm. After several weeks of this I sure didn’t feel confident going through the office staff with my medical needs, so I found another local dentist who took care of the problem within 2 days.

Fantastic experience: Dr Vick is a great dentist and really nice guy. He has a fantastic staff that works for him. They always make me feel so welcomed and that I'm very important . I have never had any problem with fillings or having my teeth pulled. Dr Vick always takes time with you to explain what the plan is and what I need to have done. Never have I ever felt any pain in the chair. Which is very important to me. He's a great dentist, and if your looking for a great dentist you found him. Thank you Jane DuBois
