Fantastic experience: New Dentist for me in Colorado Springs, I left my previous Dentist a 1 1/2 years ago. Apprehensive because Dr. Walters in Wa. Was so wonderful. My fears of Dentists, has been dissolved with Dr. Miller. He is now my new dentist with only one appointment, and the assistant and staff are wonderful. Thank You so very much.

Negative experience: They do not clean your teeth or at least not my daughters nor myself. Once they saw we were Medicaide clients they wanted us to come back two and three times as to run the medical card up. Medicaide pays for two cleanings per year and we were both denied. Did not rinse our mouth prior to imaging as to make the images appear worse so they could send Medicaide permission making the diagnosis worse than it probably actually was as to charge more for the services. I believe this is Medicaide fraud.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Comfort Dental for over 12 years. I’m not usually a fan of dental visits, but with an office this great whats not to love ! :) This office is truly amazing. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm smile. The team walks you to your chair, and the dental assistants explain everything they’re doing before the doctor comes in. The atmosphere is always welcoming. I especially enjoy seeing Dr. Lovejoy—he’s always smiling, energetic, and fun to chat with. I love our banter, Dr. Lovejoy is the best! Thank you to the whole team !!!!

Negative experience: Horrible experience they made me loose my tooth from a bad filling. They wouldn't give me antibiotics strong enough after I called and complained they weren't working after 4 days. Didn't offer me pain meds or anything. I would highly AVOID this place. They always say they will contact you and resolve the issue and then you never hear from anyone. I couldn't even get the dentist to talk to me on the phone for the life of me I needed 60 seconds. What a joke. I guess what do you expect out of a big corporation

Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergent cracked front tooth. I saw Dr. Miller. I have NEVER liked a dentist before. I have never had a good experience. I am a high anxiety, patient, and Dr. Miller really went the extra mile to make sure that I felt comfortable and safe. My issue was a lot deeper and something that could not be fixed right away. Dr. Miller explained everything and I left feeling encouraged and like I had a path forward. Thank you Dr. Miller!

Fantastic experience: Was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. Based on a friend's recommendation, I called Comfort Dental and saw Dr. Miller. They got me in asap and fixed my problem the same day. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Miller is a pro, extremely competent, and nice guy too. If I lived here. Dr. Miller would be my Dentist. I highly recommend this Dental team.

Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed within this office. I should not have to get the same filling fixed three times over to get it corrected. The dentist was not actually present for application of the filling and the tech did not apply quality work. This resulted in discomfort and inability to floss when food would get suck. Second time attempting to fix the filling (which the tech completed again) led to my bite being off and DIScomfort and swelling. Completely disregarded the issue and sent me to an oral surgeon and expected me to pay full price for something they did not fix. Flash forward 8 months and the filling that was replaced twice fell off when flossing. I had to go to an emergency dentist and this dentist was appalled that Comfort Dental is spackling fillings together like play-dough. The receptionist disregarded the fact there office could not fix my filling, proceeded to tell me I was incorrect, and would let the dentist know about my concerns. I can hands down guarantee she did not let anyone know about this… this office lacks the ability to care and be professional. Side note: when waiting in the chair I could hear all the techs talk about each other and lack the awareness of being in front of a client. This should have been my first red flag. I’m appalled that this situation and wonder how this is ok for a company, when most clients don’t even have the ability to look at the work completed. Horrible job..

Negative experience: My fiancee was told that she needed teeth pulled and they could easily pull them there. Was recommended antibiotics because she is in immense pain and cant even sleep. They recommended here to a specialist who is booked 3 weeks out. Called back to get the antibiotics and was denied because she hadn't seen the specialist yet even tho the antibiotics are for 10 days. Just got the run around and excuses and nothing was ever taken care of.

Negative experience: Dr. McFarland is not a a good Dr. he is careless with his clients and just wants to move on from seeing them. I took my 1 year old in because his gums look inflamed around one tooth in his mouth. Dr. McFarland said nothing is wrong and his teeth looked perfect. Fast forward to the next day and his gum is even more inflamed and he is clearly in pain from this. Now my wife and I are being more of a dentist then this Dr. McFarland is and trying to get what ever is in his gums out. This is our first time at this office and I think it is probably a good dentist office. As far as making an appointment to here, do not set an appointment up with Dr. McFarland, he will just tell you things look perfect and move on. Not caring at all!

Fantastic experience: Jamison N. Miller, DMD has taken care of my daughter and my dental needs for almost 18 years. We have always been treated with kindness, concern and the best of dental care. My daughter is intellectually disabled and was still a child when she first became Dr. Miller's patient. He quickly gained her trust and has a great rapport with her. She soon had no fear of going to the Dentist. My daughter and I are especially thankful that most of our treatments have been totally painless. I am very difficult to get numb with local anesthesia. Dr. Miller is able to give me injections with little to no pain and is patient to wait to start the dental work until I am totally numb. Previously, with some Dentists, this was not so. My daughter and I highly recommend Dr. Jamison Miller and the Comfort Dental on Stetson Hills in Colorado Springs. We are so thankful to him and his Team for the exceptional care that we have received.

Fantastic experience: Dr Lovejoy and his team is the best place in the city for a good dentist visit. I have been to multiple dentists in the city and this is by far my best experiences. Negative experience: Overall, this office is just a hair above an itinerant clinic. Cleanings are inconsistent and haphazard (it's a guess each time what they actually check and what cleaning they perform, it's just almost passive in how little they seem to care and my last cleaning the hygienist's gloves were so nasty in my mouth I couldn't get the taste of latex, sweat, and cleaning fluids [she'd obviously handled instruments and properly wiped her brow before putting her hands in my mouth] out of my mouth for hours). Lackluster is the word i keep coming back to in thinking about my experiences over the years here. Patient centered they are not. If this is all you can afford it's something. Personally this will be my last visit, it's time to find a higher quality of care and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Comfort Dental waa outstanding, the attention to detail was 100% on point the fast and convenient appointment waa even better ,it showed me this business took my need to correct my dental issues that I had with a previous dentist very seriously, they made me feel comfortable from the time I stepped into the office ,the staff was very friendly and considerate

Positive experience: They got me a same day appointment, the staff was friendly and professional. Full round of xrays for ($20) I was able to leave with a prescription but had to make an appointment at an emergency dental place the following day due to how much pain I was in. Be advised they won't do a wisdom tooth extraction. I had a loose infected tooth which was the reason for the appointment, it needed to come out ASAP. I called the referral place that does the extractions, soonest appointment was 4 days out, not only that but it's just a consultation ($150) at which time an appointment will be set up for your procedure.

Fantastic experience: A week ago I had real work done - two fillings (previous dentist said only option for one was a crown (which saved me a few $100 out of pocket expense,) and didn't mention need for another filling). X-rays are presented/discussed using color coding, no shadow "guesses"; they use mouth inserts during fillings - far more comfortable for the patient ! Dr. Dial was awesome, Lacey was phenomenal doing the fillings -- no problems flossing around them!!

Fantastic experience: As always the hygienist, Kyra gave a thorough cleaning and left feeling refreshed! Love chit chatting with her, very easy to talk to! When I had gotten my fillings done, I was very nervous and Logan the assistant let me squeeze her hand as much as I needed. Logan and Dr. Boyer did amazing work, my teeth are no longer in pain and my fillings feel super smooth!

Positive experience: Everyone had an amazing attitude. The dentist and dental assistants have done a great job. I've been going to them for 3 years with minimal issues. I did have to return after my most recent filling to have them smooth it out because it kept hurting my tongue when it would find that spot.

Fantastic experience: Both women I spoke with at the front desk we're very kind and friendly. I called on a Saturday morning with an emergency and they were able to get me in the same day. All of the assistants that helped me were very kind and courteous. I saw a Dr Miller, I liked his laid-back manner and he gave me the treatment I needed. Positive experience: They called me back when they had a cancellation. Much appreciated. The only down side was the referral to an endo was out of my network and could not get me scheduled for more than a week. They would submit to my insurance but very little was covered. I found another endo in network that scheduled me the next day. It seems having the office staff make a couple phone calls during a pain emergency would be a fairly low cost but important service.

Fantastic experience: It was great as always, I’ve been going to doctor dial since I was in elementary school. They always are super accommodating to scheduling. They always make me feel super comfortable and ease my anxiety without even knowing they are doing it! Best dentist in Colorado!

Negative experience: My husband had an appointment scheduled and when we arrived at the office they told us that they didn’t have him on the schedule. The office manager was not apologetic, she told us that she couldn’t do anything about it. I even show the office manager the day I called for the appointment on my phone, and the texts of confirmation. My husband missed half of day of work for this appointment for nothing. He has been a patient for a while but the office manager was very rude and didn’t care. The dentists at this office are nice but the office manager has no education and didn’t even tried to reschedule my husband for another day. So unprofessional.

Negative experience: Do not go here! I scheduled an appointment with them and when it came time for the appointment I called to make sure they had my insurance information correct and they told me they couldn’t find my appointment in the system. Comes to find out that the dentist canceled because I had a canceled appointment back in 2022. There was no communication from them for the appointment so luckily I called before hand! Separate issue- the billing department didn’t send x-rays to my daughters insurance so they charged us $600. We called the insurance company and they said they had been requesting the x-rays and comfort dental would not send them over which caused the charge. Very frustrating and they ended up refunding us for their mistake. Luckily we called the insurance or else I’m positive they would’ve just kept the money.

Negative experience: I thought they were a good place to go, their staff was always nice and I have no problem with the work they have done in the past. With that said, I had to reschedule an appointment. The receptionist stated they would send me a reminder text before the appointment....they never did...I was counting on the reminder text because I was driving at the time and couldn't write down the day of the appointment.....but what they did do is charge me $50 for missing the appointment. When I explained my situation, they just stated "Your still responsible and we have no record of saying we would send you a reminder text. The charge stands!" If they would have kept their word, I would have made that appointment. They have no flexibility on this....even though they fell short on their part. I think this is one of the worst examples poor customer service I have experienced in quite a while.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Dr. Dial at Comfort Dental North Powers for 12 years. His bedside manner is unmatched. He has a way to make sure his patients are comfortable and at ease. He is very knowledgeable, but makes sure he explains things in a way that any one can understand. I am moving out of state, and truly I feel like I’d come back to Colorado just so I could have him continue to be my dentist. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Boyer was great! Very gentle, understanding, and didn’t make me feel rushed or ashamed about my past. Every single person I came in contact with, at Comfort Dental, was extremely nice and helpful. I drive three hours one way, just for my dentist appointments, since I believe it’s worth it! I needed three deep nerve numbing shots and honestly it was not an uncomfortable experience. I really didn’t feel the shots unlike the painful and uncomfortable experiences I’ve had with prior dentists. Dr. Boyer listened and answered any questions of mine, was not judgmental in the slightest (nobody there was), and it all had me feeling like I was an actual person they wholeheartedly wanted to help, not just a money bag. Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for a few years. I love this dental office. It’s not the fanciest I have been to but it’s BY FAR the best. The people who answer the phone and check you in, the hygienists, the dentists, and the staff that check you out have all been wonderful every time. It seems like a great work environment. They have all been so nice to me and are so nice to each other. They’ve always been on time. They’ve gotten me in for emergency appointments. They take all kinds of insurance. They schedule appointments into the evening. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. This Comfort Dental location is fantastic all around. They really know how to run a business while providing kind and compassionate care.

Negative experience: I was treated poorly by Veronica, goes by Ronnie? Who knows… I had a deep cleaning a few days ago, and they were awfully rough with my mouth.. it was sore for more than 2 days which is not normal for me. I needed a filling, had something important come up and needed to reschedule. As I do have a life… they were rude as hell. They need a better understanding staff to run their front desks. The attitudes are ridiculous, and unprofessional. I do not recommend coming here. I will be driving to my old dentist that does not treat people this way. I did not expect that kind of thing, was thrown off for sure. I watched them treat others this way when I walked in so I should have known. Like come on, Do better. I’m happy to take my business elsewhere.

Positive experience: I have been going here for many years. I love Dr Miller. He is absolutely wonderful and I really dislike going to the dentist, in general. I was a bit disappointed with the culture change in the clinic. The staff weren’t friendly and seemed to be annoyed. They also asked me 5 times if I had insurance. I told them 5 times that I was self pay. It made me uncomfortable.

Negative experience: The reason I gave this dental hospital two star is because their customer service is terrible. I checked in ten minutes prior to my appointment and waited for another 26 minutes, but a walk-in guest who had not made appointment and they sent him into the treatment room right away.So I got angry and left there.

They really are more concerned with helping people get the care they need without the focus on financial gain. They go above and beyond to make sure the patients get the care they need.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth somehow and called to see how soon I could get an appt to see Dr Lovejoy. They asked if I could be there in 10 minutes and I was there in five. They were able to give me an exam, x-rays, and turns out I knocked a filing out of a second tooth and they are fixing both today. Always great service and care from the entire staff. Dr. Miller answered any questions, makes sure he considers your wishes, hopes and concerns. He will work and make suggestions that are in your best interest. Regardless of what your Insurance is, he will treat you with the same respect, professionalism, courtesy and kindness. I would for sure recommend Dr. Miller and Comfort Dental. They will work with you and for you in any way possible. Go see Dr Miller at comfort Dental, in my opinion you won't regret it. Five stars for sure

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dial is one of the best!!! I have had a hard time finding a Dentist I truly trust and that does a great job, but I have found that in Dr. Dial. We have had great experiences with him and his staff multiple times. I would absolutely return when I need any dental work.

Negative experience: They are not professionals and experts on root canal, not following standards on that. I did a root canal on late September, and feeling swelling and pain, called many time and went to their clinic many time, did nothing for me. I can say they can be faced a law-sue due to their malpractice. I am going to file a law-sue against them too. Not recommend any body to go Comfort-dental at Stetson hills location.

Fantastic experience: I am 32, autistic, terrified of the dentist, and haven't been in 6 years. I cannot recommend here for dental work enough! I was referred here by another autistic friend with similar issues and they did not disappoint! I will continue to refer for my other friends ❤️‍

Fantastic experience: Dr Diall and assistants are outstanding professionals, kind, and considerate. Dr. Dial is someone you can trust to do the right thing, focused on providing excellent care. My entire family feels lucky to have him as our dentist.
