Fantastic experience: The employees were very competent, effective, friendly and knowledgeable. Each staff member explained to me what they were doing in details. I felt comfortable with them and didn't feel intimidated or pressured to do have anything done that I didn't want.

Fantastic experience: I visited Inner Harbor Dental Associates on December 10, 2025. Of course, again my experience was outstanding. My hygienist Marissa (hope I spelled it right) was fantastic. Again I learned more about my teeth and am very grateful. The dental assistant Taylor was also very wonderful. We talked as I waited for Marissa to come in. Our conversation was full a fun and laughter. I look forward to my next visit in June. Also, the entire office is very hospitable and welcoming! Rosalind

Fantastic experience: I've been going here for about 5 years now and things have been great. Appointments start on time. Staff are friendly. I was prompted to write this review though by a new hygienist I saw today named Nicole, who I was impressed by. She accurately guessed various brushing/flossing habits just by looking at my mouth and took the time to give me advice and show me the proper technique, which no other dentist has done for me before (it also took many years before anyone noticed that I had clenching issues). Even when I was a child I just kind of followed the gist of what I had seen other people do and no one ever corrected me. These days I could probably google all of this but it's so engrained I hadn't really given it any thought. I could see where someone would find it annoying to be badgered with this information, but I feel like it does bear mentioning at least once. Doctors/dentists/nurses/hygienists shouldn't make assumptions about what people know or what their attitudes are toward their health unless they have evidence to support it.

Fantastic experience: If you have dental anxiety this is the best place to come. The team is so nice, compassionate and understanding. I will always recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: My now ongoing experience with IHDA is still enjoyable and satisfactory. My new technician Nicole was friendly, meticulous and gentle. She really took good care of me. They removed a tooth lickety split and had me on my way. The receptionists are still helpful and welcoming. Thanks again ladies!

Fantastic experience: Always a great experience. Jamie and today Alice are both one of the best, very helpful. Jamie and Alice was perfect. I really appreciated the care they took with me. When I asked for help they were right there. What I didn't appreciate was the receptionist. This is my second encounter with her and she was rude to other staff and patients. When I said something about her behavior she didn't like it and began to be disrespectful. So to penalize me she let me stand at the counter while she purposely wasted time. Another employee came around the corner and began yelling at the elderly patient that I originally was defending. This receptionist was rude to the staff that was assisting me. She even said that she was refusing me service, refused to give me my bill of sale. I reported it to Dr. Lee to which staff were still loud yelling to the elderly gentleman. I don't know why anyone would want to deal with this type of behavior. And all Jamie (Nicole) and Alice try to do was help. I felt bad for them having to work in a toxic work space. If I come back, I request that this receptionist not check me in or out.

Fantastic experience: The whole staff is wonderful and make me feel so welcomed, especially Tammy. I’ve been going here for years and drive out of my way to continue because it’s a comfortable, professional organization with great people.

Negative experience: I’ve made a choice to edit my review. 10/21/84 - my hygienist is the best part of the practice; she deserve 5 stars. -my last visit someone did some screening with a machine before I saw the hygienist. Their bedside manner was horrible. The same hand she used to touch the screen while performing the scan, she put in and out of my mouth. When I noticed her doing it, she said the screen was clean prior to the use. When she was done she wiped the screen down w the same gloves she had in my mouth. She needs to be a little more mindful and hygienic. - I called this morning to cancel a future appointment bc I am sick. Someone name Ryan answered. I wanted to reschedule but she didn’t ask my preference or anything she just kept throwing dates out there. I didn’t reschedule and just canceled bc she was impossible to deal with. I went on to ask her about the pricing of an upcoming appointment for my daughter. She said someone will contact her before the appointment w/ pricing. I told her that the appointment is this week and she hasn’t heard from anyone. She raised her voice and said that she’ll be contacted. I asked for her manager she said she couldn’t transfer me. I asked the managers name and Ryan hung up on me. *************** I had a great experience at Inner Harbor Dental. Their location is convenient and the office is clean. Marissa (unsure of spelling) was my Hygenist and she was the best. Very informative and welcoming…she has great energy. The doctor was friendly as well. I'm counting down to my next cleaning, lol.

Fantastic experience: My regular hygienist, Alice, wasn't available this time, but Nicole was just as wonderful. Thank you, Nicole! I'm very happy with this dental practice, to which I've been going for 43 years, throughout changes in ownership and personnel. But some of my old friends are still there!

Fantastic experience: From the front desk, to the end of my visit, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel welcomed. I was a first timer here and the hygienist did a great job with the limited time she had. The x-ray tech was also warm and friendly and we shared a few laughs. I actually laughed with my hygienist too while she cleaned my teeth. Great greeting upon entry and the Dr. was also cool, although we spent the shortest time together. I already booked for a 4 month visit to finish what we started and then will move on to a standard every 6 months. Will visit again for my dental needs.

Negative experience: Inner harbor dental does great work, dont get me wrong. However the phone lines are terrible. When i call the office number, no one answers the phones but people that are not actually in the office. No one returns phone calls. I paid for two crowns and have not been updated on neither of the two. I have to get in my car and burn gas and mileage and time to walk in and inquire about work that i have already paid for. This is enough to make me say "regardless of good work, for this reason of not recieving updates on work that i paid for, i do not longer want to be bother with inner harbor dental."

I believe the dental assistant name was Tatiana, my new hygienist is Marissa and my new dentist is Dr. Lee. Everyone from the front desk staff to the aforementioned staff was a delight, extremely professional and helpful! Marissa was amazing! I’m a very happy client/patient.

Tammy was friendly with helpful information about my impending procedure. As for the dentist, she was absolutely daring. Positive experience: I've been visiting to this practice for a year now and have a lot of thoughts. Firstly the hygienist I was seeing was great she seemed genuinely passionate about her job and always did a great job cleaning and walking me through everything. She was friendly had good bedside manner and I never had any issues. As for more in depth work, I went in knowing I needed an implant. I had a large filling that eventually led to the entire tooth breaking which then needed a root canal and crown. This was all done at another dental office. This was a traumatic experience because the previous dentist had my sisters x-rays up when he did the first big filling that made my tooth structurally unsound. That crown then fell out and became infected within a year so I knew that tooth needed to go. The removal and bone graft was done here and that went smoothly. I was then privately messaged by one of the dentists who was taking a course to become certified in implants. I was not comfortable with getting my first implant done by someone who was learning especially after how bad the root canal went. He offered it to me for free but I would have to have the procedure done at the school not this office. I felt a bit uncomfortable with that situation especially in the scenario something went wrong. Ironically the same dentist ended up doing my implant anyway because he became certified right in time for my appointment. The implant took well but it seemed a bit crooked in x-rays. This annoyed me because I didn't want an implant from someone new to the procedure in the first place. I also went to the dental implant and wisdom tooth removal surgeon that this office recommends to have my wisdom teeth removed and that oral surgeon remarked that the screw implanted was indeed a bit crooked but took well to the bone graft so it should be fine. What made me switch practices is what felt like extortion. I finally got done with this big implant procedure that drained my dental insurance deductible and I paid over $1,800 out of pocket and after my most recent cleaning and check up I was told I needed ANOTHER crown. I'm sure some dental work decisions are subjective but I feel like this practice is quick to throw out expensive procedures. I went to a new dentist who told me she'd rather do a filling and see how it holds up before another crown. At this practice I felt there was always more large scale dental work to do. In addition to this the front desk is extremely hard to get a hold of. I can only get my questions answered and appointments made via text. The dentists are friendly but I felt I had to ask questions every time to really understand what work they did and why. At the new practice I went to, my dentist immediately explained her reasoning for everything, which teeth needed work, and why without me asking. I actually felt good about the treatment plan and like I genuinely understood everything. I would not go here unless you have a much larger deductible than I do. With my meager deductible I need a more strategic dentist.

Negative experience: I’ve been going here since I was 18 when it was family owned. Over the last few years it’s been ok but the quality of service and the front desk has not been the best. I was given a quote for Invisalign twice and they were both the same. When I went this time during Invisalign week I was given another quote from Lena that was completely different. She was very passive aggressive and I didn’t appreciate it. For that reason, I did not sign up for it. This was my first time experiencing something like this there. I will more than likely seek services elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: Always seen in a timely manner by a very quick and gentle team member. From crowns to cavities to cleanings, the staff are always pleasant, helpful, and eager to make the patients feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sinhye Lee, DMD, is an amazing dentist! I came to her after experiencing complications from an extraction done by another dentist. Her team immediately scheduled me for an emergency appointment, and Dr. Lee was able to determine the cause of my pain and address it the same day. Her skills and knowledge were impressive! She also created a clear follow-up plan for my care. Dr. Lee and her assistant, Tami, were incredibly kind and compassionate. Tami even held my hand through the procedure—something I’ll never forget. The entire team was caring, patient, professional, and genuinely friendly. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly puts patients first, you will be in excellent hands with Dr. Lee!

Negative experience: I went in to get a filling, simple procedure and Dr. Juan hit a nerve. Worst pain in my life, what a mess not to mention $1400.00 for a crown. I will do another review given Dr. Lee a 5 review.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for many years. I miss your previous check in person. I was told my ins was expired. Met life which I have never had. The front desk person needs better training. She was eager to cancel my appointment. Basically i didn’t have my ins card in hand and she could. Not pull up my account. After- I called my husbands company and got them involved did she finally check me in but. Never told the hygienist ? I will say your hygienist team is fantastic and apologetic for the delay. I do hope you upgrade your front desk staff.

Positive experience: I have been going here for the past few years and this most recent time definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I started Invisalign treatment last year and gave the receptionist two FSA cards for my out of pocket portion, he only charged one. Then I was told consistently that we were waiting on my insurances to pay up and they can probably pay more. “You’re good” were the words verbatim. At my last Invisalign appointment where I would be moving on to the retainer phase the new receptionist came to me and said they wouldn’t be able to move on to the retainer phase until my balance of basically $900 was paid in full. I wish they would’ve communicated this to be before I attended my appointment which was a waste of my time and their time. They send 5 text messages to remind you of your appointment but couldn’t tell me that the balance had to be paid before I showed up. For the next patient, please do better at thoroughly explaining and communicating, to avoid the hassle.

They were originally chosen for the convenient location, but I stumbled into a great practice...highly recommended!

Positive experience: The first and foremost, they don’t have the parking space. Meanwhile, the dental officers don’t tell the correct validated parking spot and when I came there they said they can’t validate while their front desk told the wrong info; Secondly, the hygienist is not doing good job as the water makes me over the mouth after the cleaning; even makes my face and hair sticky after the cleaning; when was taking the x-ray makes so painful and the person is not efficient to take the x-rays. Only dentist is good so far and she is patient and explains well.

Negative experience: Went in for a cleaning and they rushed it because cleanings are only scheduled for 30 minutes. The cleaning was painful when the teeth scraper was used. I never had a painful cleaning. They cut corners and didn’t floss all of my teeth and they didn’t put fluoride on all of my teeth. Doctor saw me for 1 minute. In 6 months I’ll be going to another dentist.

Negative experience: Pulled my infected tooth didn’t prescribe me any antibiotics after so the infection moved to my face ! And had to go hospital and get antibiotics and pain meds because the pain was unbearable. And before I did that I called to ask about the antibiotics the lady said she would get back to me and never did ! Careless !

Positive experience: Edit (01/30/25): The office reached out to me quickly and helped settle my issue. It seems that they have recently changed their front office setup. I appreciate their openness and willingness to admit their mistakes. I had a relatively enjoyable experience being treated, but the billing team for this office is horrible. I had a gum disease treatment which the dentist told me was required and would be covered by insurance. Three months later I am notified that my insurance did not cover the treatment by a huge bill sent by inner harbor dental to my email. I called my insurance company and they told me to file a reevaluation request through the dentist. To date I have called 11 times and they have not answered once. I have left my name, phone number, and a message every single time. I am starting to think that they blocked my number to force me to pay the full amount instead of helping me to have my insurance pay it. Do not seek treatment here if you want to be treated with respect. I hate that I have to write this review because the front office people are very nice and the dentists are great. They just don’t seem interested in helping settle issues once you leave the office.

Negative experience: The staff is very friendly, Mary the hygienist is exceptionally thorough and explains everything that she is doing. Dr. Parekh is also exceptionally thorough, kind and up to date on the latest practices and equipment. This is a 5 star practice! Update: A lot has changed in 5 years. I no longer can recommend this practice. Their "care" has become indifferent and rushed. I left my last visit with an obvious cavity that they did not address- no filling or new appointment to do so. I am finished with being treated like a job that needs to be done.

Fantastic experience: I'm giving five stars because of thee awesome comments. I would like to know what kind of insurance do you take. I'm in need of work a lot of work. A lil scared but I need a change. I need a smile. I don't work because of it. I need help like emergency dental work asap.

Negative experience: Very disappointed, procedure was a disaster and dentist that was in charge of procedure never set down and talked with the client about the problem. Client was sent home with no advice as to how to handle the problem until something could be done to correct the situation.

Negative experience: This was the worst experience I have experienced today!! On December 2 I had 8 teeth removed and a temporary partial denture for the top part of my mouth! Unfortunately nobody there believes in writing things down and putting the information in your chart! The first visit was back in October and I was told that I needed a some work done on my teeth!! And that I had an infection in my teeth and that they needed to take them out! Well Dec 2 today I had that visit and I had 8 teeth removed and a partial denture!! These are all the front teeth! Well during my first visit I told them when ask what are you allergic to and I told her!! There are two meds that I can’t take and one will definitely kill me and the other will break me out in hives so I told them to put that information in my chart!! Well after everything was done don’t you know it was a prescription for the same medication that would put me in arm’s way! So even the pharmacist was like you can’t take this medication because of your allergies !! At this point I’m very concerned because i know that when all the numbness wears off Iam be in some sort of discomfort!! This is the second time that these people didn’t write down my allergies like really y’all !! And the first time I’ve had 8 teeth removed all at once! And when I called back to see what was going on they told me her license doesn’t permit her to write down any kind of pain medicine! Had I know all of this trust me i would have never agree to come in today!! Now everyone can’t take Tylenol and ibuprofen!! And I felt like she should have told me that she has a limit to what she can prescribe to people! This is BS!! They don’t listen to people or they just don’t give a flying fart!! Iam In a bad mood and i know from past experience that when they remove my tooth it was some discomfort! Either she is a student and still in learning mode !! Or just told me that so I can go see my primary doctor or go to the ER room at the hospital!! I have never in my whole entire life been told that a dentist can’t write a prescription for a pain !! I wish she would just have told me that she was limited in her practice and I could have went somewhere like clear choice!! all I hear is oh Iam Iam so sorry!! She will be very sorry! Cause i definitely will let everyone know about my experience with inner Harbor dental and Associates!! They even give dogs medicine but not human beings! Clear Choice was where I had started to go because I am getting implants as soon as my gums heal ! Iam so sorry that i didn’t! Now the owner wants me to call him well let him call me since Iam the one who was ripped off and mistreated! The dental medical board will be getting a complaint I just had a gut feeling! They messed up big time and my temporary dentures are horrible! One side of my gum is cut down so bad I can’t smile because you will see how my gums show! The side of my mouth hurts because of the hard material it’s feels like plastic and for 700 00 dollars I got ripped off !! My sister had her mouth fixed today and they gave her medicine for her discomfort!! Unbelievable!! I see what they are all about money ! Smh they don’t care about anything or anyone else!! Please do your research before coming here don’t make the mistake like i did you will surely regret it!! A bunch of wicked people who just don’t give a dam about people especially if they are not the same person as they are! Iam sure if I was a person who looked like them i probably would have been treated a little differently!! If you get my point!! Worst place !!

Fantastic experience: Okay so,first things first. When I walked in they were playing Prince!! Yaaayy!!. My first time here and everyone was SOOOOO nice!! I had alot of questions and concerns and they took the time to answer and explain everything. I am NOT a dentist person however, my visit was pleasant and I learned a lot. I was so embarrassed about some of the issues that I'm having but they assured me that my issues are okay. If they keep up the good work they will have a patient FOR LIFE!!

Positive experience: Don’t get me wrong, it’s good in attitude and anything else overall. It’s purely their training and expertise don’t meet the expectations: I was in severe pain over weekends after surgery, dentists don’t give me any prescription medicine after surgery, and they don’t offer emergency care.

Negative experience: These people are crooks. They continue to change insurance codes so they can charge me out of pocket for services that "aren't covered". I went in for a simple exam and bitewing xrays, and have been charged a total of $900. They screen my calls whenever I call, and just want to continue using me as an atm at this point. I'm reviewing legal options.

Negative experience: I had an appointment today at 10:30 this morning. So at 9:40 am I get an text saying that the office has an earlier dental appointment available and to call the office. So I call the office and the reception has no idea what I'm talking about and notifies me that there is no earlier appointment available. So why would you text me and say that there was an earlier appointment available when it's not and I was already on the way to the office to make that earlier appointment. Long story short the receptionist tells me that they still need me to come in early to fill out some paperwork. I just simply told her no and cancel the appointment. I'm done with you guys and I'm going to find a new dental office. I don't play around when people inconvenience my life. Plus my wife and I have had problems with root canals that were previously done at this office.

Fantastic experience: So I had a lot of anxiety over a swollen gum I had for weeks and was desperately looking for a dentist for the same day. I called this place and they did not have any available appointments. The receptionist went out her way and got me an appointment the same day. I called on March 27, 2024 am hours so whoever was working that day thank you so much as I do not remember your name. You really made my day and relieved my anxiety I had and I truly appreciate the customer service you provided for me :,)

Positive experience: I went for a teeth cleaning and and exam because it was about 4 years since I been to the dentist. I am a regular customer of the establishment. However, I noticed things has changed since my last visit. I will say every staff member I came in contact with was very pleasant which I appreciate. I understood I had many dental issues. After about 2 hours later, I did not have a regular cleaning but was told I needed to come back for a deep cleaning and other work. Which I understood and it was fine. The issue I have is that I have dentist anxiety (in other words, I have a strong fear of the dentist). I can't even take the needle they use to numb you. When I came before they would use Nitric Oxide (laughing gas) to relax me and I was able to have the needed dental work done with no problem. I was told they no longer use laughing gas or any other anesthesia. All they do is numb you with a needle. It was as if my dental anxiety was no issue. If I get any dental work more than a regular cleaning (and at times a regular cleaning) I need to be relaxed. This is one of the changes that made me think about going elsewhere. Don't even come near me with any type needle without giving me something to relax me, not to mention a deep cleaning. I just felt all the time spent there and all of the poking and prodding in my mouth was a waste once I was told they would do nothing to address my dental anxiety.

Negative experience: I recently moved to Baltimore and needed to find a new dentist. Prior to going to Inner Harbor Dental, I had the same dentist since I was a kid- for about 20 years. When I initially booked my appointment, I had to book for a month and a half out due to my availability. Then on the day of the appointment, I mixed up the time and missed my appointment. The staff was nice about it and helped me reschedule for 2 weeks after, which I was thankful for. When I came to my appointment, I was brought to the back by Jess who took my x-rays on the machine, which was fine. I quickly noticed a back-and-forth between some of the workers about who was in what rooms and who was supposed to be servicing me. I initially just glanced over because I assumed it was a slight miscommunication. That continued almost throughout my entire appointment, which was a little uncomfortable as a patient. When I got in the dental chair, Jess came back to take more x-rays. I noticed she had put on gloves but was touching a lot of things with the gloves, before touching the piece that went directly in my mouth, which also made me uncomfortable. The entire x-ray experience in the chair was painful, but I initially beared through it because I know the little square piece normally hurts because the corners are hard. After I felt it cutting into the bottom of my mouth, I mentioned it to Jess and said I felt like I tasted blood and she brushed it off. Once the x-ray was done. The Hygienist, Toye came back. She said my x-rays looked really good and I didn’t need much. She began checking my teeth (and gums I think). She used a pointy tool and was calling out numbers as she stuck the tool right into my gums under each tooth, which hurt, but again I beared through it because I know my gums are sometimes very sensitive. She then told me I had many 3’s. I am not in the dental profession, so telling me a number in relation to my teeth means nothing to me. It would be nice for her to better explain things. But, I asked what that means and she further explained, which was helpful information. After this, she began scrapping the bacteria off my teeth. This was honestly the MOST PAINFUL teeth cleaning I have EVER experienced. I cannot emphasize that point enough. There was a lot of blood on the little sheet they put over your shirt as well. The tool she used was dripping water everywhere, which got into my hair and turned my straight hair back curly. Because that experience was so painful, I decided I would mention it to the Doctor, Dr. Lee. Her response to me was very disheartening. And I think for this reason, I won’t be back. I tried to be nice and told her “I’m sure Toye did a great job cleaning my teeth, but I want to let you know that was the most painful cleaning I’ve ever had.” Dr. Lee’s response was “oh well, she normally does a good job and is great at cleaning, so I’m sure your teeth will thank you later. Next time, if you tell us, we can maybe put numbing gel.” It is now 7 hours after my appointment and I have taken over-the-counter pain medicine and my teeth still hurt badly- I would even say they hurt worse than when I got my wisdom teeth out a few years ago, so my teeth are NOT thanking me right now. Also, how am I supposed to tell someone they’re hurting me when they have 2 tools and a sharp object in my mouth? Also, I know she saw all the blood and my body jumping as she was stabbing my gums. Also, once Dr. Lee came in, Toye interrupted her while she was talking to me to ask Dr. Lee if she could move me to another room because she wanted that room so she could use her tools, instead of waiting a few minutes for the next room to be cleaned. I felt that was very rude to me and to Dr. Lee. Additionally, I would recommend the staff be very mindful of their voices and the things they say because there are no walls (or doors) between exam rooms, so us patients can hear everything.

Negative experience: I really wish I had looked at these reviews before returning to Inner Harbor Dental because then I would have known how downhill things have gone there. As others have stated, if you book a cleaning, you will not get a cleaning - when you get there, they will tell you that they "have to check to see what kind of cleaning you need and possibly do a cleaning if they have time." Then they will make you come back at a later date, but they won't actually have any appointments for you to come back at a later date. The only thing they did was some x-rays and they didn't even do a full set because "they didn't have time." When I asked them if this cleaning evaluation thing was new, they gaslit me and told me that this has always been the way, as if I had not been there before and knew that it absolutely was not the way it was before. They also make you feel like your mouth is the most disgusting thing they have ever seen in their lives. UPDATE after going to a real dentist today: yeah, Inner Harbor are definitely scammers. I didn't actually need the crown or the filling they said I needed on one side of my mouth, they missed something MAJOR on the other side of my mouth, and my cleaning today was $0 out of pocket whereas Inner Harbor was quoting me like $80 for just a cleaning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Positive experience: Canceled my appointment, scheduled 6 months ahead, 2 days in advance. Texted me to reschedule with a scheduling app that generates no appointments. No other complaints! Decent place, I just felt insulted by the late cancellation.

Negative experience: Please beware of Harbor Dental Associates. Back in 2020 I would have recommended this dental office to everyone. When Dr. Parekh was the dentist, this office was efficiently run. They communicated efficiently with patients. I never had a problem until the staff change. My first appointment with this new staff should habe been the red flag. They were pushing Invisaline like dealers on a corner. Then all the mysterious bills started popping up. Firs T it was a $40 dollar bill. I simply paid it. Then it another bill for floride. I paid that one. Tyrrell is a fraudulent dentist and so is his staff. I have DC government insurance and never had to pay a dental bill in years. Now all of a sudden I have to dispute a bill with insurance every visit because bills are just popping up. I've never had a cleaning denined do to frequency bit all of a sudden I do. Turns out they filed a service that I never had on March 30th. They said the had paperwork that I signed but i was in Indonesia for my birthday so who signed the documents? I was billed for a filling. I've never been billed for a filling. When I called my insurance they stated that the dental office used the wrong billing code to increase the cost of the of service. This office needs to be investigated. Something is not right. Now let's update this. I got a call from a collection agency about a bill from Harbor dental. I disputed the claim and gave them proof that I was in Indonesia on Match 30th. I just got a call today Dec 15th 2023 stating that I had a debt with Harbor dental. When I told them that I previously disputed the claim the first time, they told me that the service date was reported as April 20th instead of March 30th. Now it was in April 20th? They are making up service dates for money. Do don't trust this dental office. They are fraudulently billing their clients .

Negative experience: This is a honest review, after going into the office for my exam a treatment plan was created. The major work was supposed to be done first, then minor treatment. I explained to the staff members what my oral health goals are. The doctor asked questions then decided to ignore my oral health plans nor did she evaluate my goals with the proposed treatment plan. They did the minor work first now after exhausting both my insurance companies, they say it’s time for the major work it’s so important. Now I am force to pay full price they provided other none emergency care. I know the Dr.Lee did not look at any of my plans. Basically they want your money no real long term care planning there. Honestly go somewhere else to receive comprehensive care and service.
