Fantastic experience: I was met with a smile which I think is so important as everyone is apprehensive about seeing a dentist. My hygienist, Brittney, was the best. Very friendly and thorough. She explained what she was doing with each step. I was followed up with Dr, Jenna Garvin and she took time to answer any questions and did a thorough exam. This practice is very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Moved away for a year, went for a cleaning from a new dentist and ended up having one cavity. This other dentist told me "Worst case scenario, you lose the tooth." and with too much casualness. I was home for the holiday week and called to see if I could get a consultation at Rahn last minute. Rahn Dental saved me from that crazy dentist! After 10 minutes Dr. Smith was able to reassure me that my worst case scenario was not to lose the tooth but that they could fill the cavity right then and there! The other place really left me shaken, I am so grateful for Dr. Smith and Kim for being so confident and knowledgable. Makes me want to stay a patient at Rahn even if I live 3 hours away!

Medical staff that is respected and cared for will treat patients as they are treated. I came to this office needing cosmetic dental work as well as a new dentist, and after nearly two years I have great confidence with the health and maintenance of my dental care! Theresa explained to me what she was doing and gave me helpful information on how to take care of my teeth better. Dr. Jenna and Theresa worked together to give me excellent care. Fantastic experience: I chipped a tooth. The next morning I called Rahn dental and had an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Quinttus and the the assisting tech were fantastic. My mouth was in great shape having a resin overlay installed with no restrictions or pain.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with Rahn Dental since childhood - since Dr. Smith has taken over, the same exceptional care and communication has been maintained. Recently, I took my four year old son for an appointment. He was nervous, scared and reluctant. The dentist and hygienist were incredibly sweet and patient with him. They introduced all the tools to him, let him touch the tools and explained what they were going to do. He sat in my lap and eventually opened his mouth for them to check and clean his teeth. I was so impressed and relieved. I am so grateful for their kindness.

Positive experience: Dentist Heather and hygenist Kara are both great. Remove the questions about how do you think your teeth look and how do you want them to look from the questionaire. It shouldn't be on a patient intake. I also don't like giving my full SSN on a system I don't know is secure.

Fantastic experience: We finally had someone tell us they could help my son with his TMJ issues! The dentist was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Everyone was very friendly and we are glad we will be using them for the next steps in my son’s treatment plan.

Negative experience: My hygienist Melissa is wonderful and so is Dr Jenna (I think that’s right) The reason I gave 2 starts is because it is so difficult to get in for an appointment anymore unless you make it after your appointment for 6 months out. The other problem I have is with the lack of response several times when myself and my husband (who is also a patient there) have called. Numerous times we have called and there has been no answer during business hours and we leave a message and no one returns our call. It’s really making us think about finding a new dental practice for us and our daughter. I don’t know what happened because we’ve been patients for a long time and this was never a problem.

Negative experience: Not impressed, not going back. The Dental Assistant was more concerned about her input than what I waited done. They gave the Dentist the wrong tooth to addressed. And the Dentist assumed which tooth instead of asking. It was not a pleasant experience. I was in more pain when I left assumed when I arrived.

I completed the paper and next time I was back at the chair getting helped, the Dental assistant was very helpful and I quickly gained her trust I advised her I was in pain and once she took the x-ray she saw the problem I advised her that I was going on vacation and I didn't want to go in pain, she gave me the worse case scenario I appreciated it, the dentist came in and he was professional as well he gave great advice after I can truly say that the outcome was great he took care of me I am no longer in pain. I am on my way to my vacation

I was seated five minutes prior to my appointment time. My hygienist, Brittany, was simply outstanding in all areas. The relaxed, friendly atmosphere was even promoted by how Dr. Q presented himself.......echoing the culture perfectly. I wasn't even rushed out of there because someone else waited! If you are lucky enough to snag an appointment at this establishment, don't let the opportunity escape from you.....you'll never go anywhere else! This section is from yesterday's visit. This time Cara was the hygenist and she was simply wonderful! All of the things mentioned in my last review still apply today...keep up the great work, folks!
