Fantastic experience: I used to have an extreme fear of dentists, level 100 outta 10.. Dayhill Dental changed that from my very first visit, they put me at ease, made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. I didn’t even feel the novocaine going in they were so incredibly skilled and gentle. I can’t recommend them highly enough.If you’re looking for dental care, look no further, they are absolutely hands down the best ! All the staff are amazing! The office is spotless and there is just a very calm atmosphere.

Positive experience: I repeat: "Dr. Hughes and her assistants are great! They are fun to talk with, and very proficient and skilled at what they do. By the way, I never give a perfect rating to anything or anyone because nothing and nobody is 'perfect'." To add... Cost of routine dental work is mostly reasonable except for a few specific non-routine procedures. Those procedures are usually necessary to ward off infection and/or improve the quality of your life.

Negative experience: The dentists and hygienists are lovely. The office staff is average, until you have an issue. Then getting help is like pulling teeth, pun intended. Don't bother going here, establish care somewhere

I was pleasantly greeted upon my arrival and was wished a Happy birthday- that made my day. Dana was my hygienist. She was very pleasant and professional. My comfort was very important to her. She was very accommodating The exam was very in-depth. She took measurements for gum recession etc. Dr Chu was fantastic as well. I was also acknowledged on my way out by the reception staff. Day Hill Dental, where you’re more than just a patient.

Fantastic experience: Apparently, this was post I forgot to submit: Today’s dental appointment was a 10+ on a scale of 1 to 5! Arriving a bit late due to unforeseen circumstances, I was pleasantly greeted to calm my anxiety. The dental hygienist Ali, highly skilled, cleaned my teeth and provided some dental care tips for maintaining oral health. Dr Hughs, always a pleasure to see, provided (as usual) expert examination, along with “watch” recommendations. Dayhill Dental is by far, one of the best dental offices in the area… one I highly recommend to those who ask. Receptionists are genuinely friendly and accommodating. Hygienists are expert in skill and manner. Dentists are highly professional, expertly trained, and knowledgeable in current dental technology and practices. Again a solid “10”!

My prayers were answered today when I had my first appointment with Day Hill Dental, Nicole was very thorough and gentle. Fantastic experience: Hello... had my first visit for a crown today and I was a little nervous about it..but once I arrived and got settled in...all was good. The assistant was very friendly and made me comfortable...and the calming water playing on the TV was wonderful! Dr Hues was also very friendly and got right to it numbing me up..yeah!...and prepping me for the temporary. all in all for a dental appointment is was enjoyable...looking forward to going back for the permanent! In other words, he examined me and suggested what was best for me. This experience dwarfs that of my previous dentist, who tried to push unnecessary crowns. I saw Dr. Bloom, and he was absolutely wonderful. Put me at ease, was painless, very kind manner, professional. I moved away for a few years and then came back and Dr. Bloom had retired but now I'm seeing Dr. Chu and he is super! Everyone in the office is very friendly, especially the hygienists. (I only wish I could remember the name of the woman I saw just a few minutes ago!). I like a dentist's office to be very up-to-date with technology, and this place fits that bill for sure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Saw Dr Chu for the first time this morning and was very pleased with my visit. Dr Chu was extremely knowledgeable and was willing to take the time to walk me through my different options and offer his professional opinion based on my concerns. I was a bit anxious coming in because of a sensitivity concern, but I felt extremely comfortable and was able to voice my thoughts. As we went through the procedure today, Dr. Chu made sure to check in ensure that there was no sensitivity or discomfort during my filling. I felt at ease during today’s visit and though I’m not saying I’m excited to get another filing, I am happy to know that I am in good hands for the next visit.

Fantastic experience: I'm very satisfied with how my teeth are treated here. This is a real dentist practice. They have pointy metal tools, that tiny round mirror that goes in your mouth, reclining chairs, and the little bowl that you spit into. (Does the water go down clockwise, or counter-clockwise? Try to notice next time.) If you have a cavity the dentist will hum "The Girl From Ipanema" while he drills. My favorite feature is "Have Your Picture Taken With Your Dentist Day," I think it's in June. You can dress up however you want. The dentist will dress up as a dentist. Look for their coupons in the Yankee Flyer. ("50% off laughing gas," etc.)

Negative experience: New Client, lost by business after one visit. This practice canceled my next appointment 9 days out. I was told the staff member wouldn't be available that day (a Weds). This is known enough in advance to staff appropriately to honor the agreed upon date. An appointment is an agreement between customer and business, and baring an immediate emergency, must be honored. A business that willingly violates such a standard agreement should not be patronized.
