My regular dentist was out of town so I was referred to Dr. Perez.. he was very kind and knowledgeable..I actually fractured my tooth and he was able to bond it for me until I could see my regular dentist! From day one him and his staff have gone above and beyond to fix my broken smile. And Rosie( X-ray Genie), I just love her personality and professionalism she made my visits so smooth and easy going. Now I’m going to be smiling all day and every day I will definitely be coming back to get more work done!

Fantastic experience: Stacy, Jen, Sassy, Jasmine and Dr. Cav Were excellent from start to finish. Friendly on the phone and the appointment was quick and easy. I got in same-day! They did a FULL exam and have great and personable bedside manners. The doctor is very knowledgeable. You can tell right away, he's not trying to nickle and dime you just to fatten his pockets. I sensed his honesty and genuinity. At check put, they did a great job educating me on my options, explaining the cost that were and were not covered as well as letting me know what could and not wait. I even got to drink coffee DURING the visit! This dental office is like finding a unicorn. It was my first visit and the impression I got was that I found my dental home. Thanks!

Positive experience: I had a very pleasant experience overall — the clinic is beautiful, parking is easy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The technology they use also seems very modern and advanced, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. That said, I’m leaving 3 stars because of the treatment recommendation I received. I went in with a broken front tooth and brought the piece with me, hoping it could be reattached. Instead, I was told the tooth needed to be fully replaced due to potential risks, and that the fragment was unusable. The proposed treatment involved at least three sessions and a $4,500 cost. I knew this wasn't ok, so I left. Later that same day, I visited another clinic where they successfully bonded my original tooth piece back — in a single session for $400. It looks and feels perfect, and I’m glad I avoided a much more invasive procedure that would have sacrificed the remaining healthy part of my tooth. I know have 100% of my tooth back, spent way less money, suffered less and had a same day fix. It's an abismal of difference. I feel compelled to leave this review to caution others: it's not uncommon for some clinics to recommend the most extensive and irreversible treatments first. Patients deserve to know that there may be simpler, more conservative options worth exploring. I'm attaching before and after for reference.

Negative experience: This office does not work with their clients what so ever if you are late! DO NOT go to this office for your dental work . The office manager insensitive, sarcastic playing the unbothered role to my concerns and is not accommodating at all, and it is a shame for the office how they will lose thousands of dollars with me and my A1 dental insurance. They are very hard up to make you pay for $30-$50 for your "broken appointment " even if you say you are in route for your time block! The customer service with this office manager needs training and she needs to realize that these doctor's value ALL of their patients regardless policies. DO NOT GO TO THIS FORT LAUDERDALE OFFICE , GOD FORBID IF YOU FORGET AND ARE JUST ONE MINUTE! #officemanager rudeness

Fantastic experience: The dental Hygienist Glenda from Dr Andrea Giraldo’s offices is great. She is very pleasant . Since you step in she makes you very comfortable, always communicating and smiling. Once she starts working in your mouth she wants to make sure you are not feeling any discomfort . She is a great professional with a very soft hand that does not create any pain and does not hurt your mouth when cleaning you teeth and examine your mouth. I sure recommend Glenda.
