Fantastic experience: The best pediatric dentistry in the area! The whole team is friendly and accommodating—especially their manager, Amber, who helped us sort out a small scheduling issue. The office is always clean and smells great, and my kids actually look forward to their next dentist visit.

I don’t know if it was her calm vibe, her positive aura, or if she’s just that awesome — but it was the first time my kids actually sat through a full cleaning and check-up without a meltdown. ✨ She was so patient, gentle, and kind the entire time — and trust me, my kids can be like wrestling little alligators when they get nervous! Somehow she made them feel comfortable and even enjoy the visit. I’m so grateful for her care and the magic touch she clearly has with kids. Everyone from the front desk to x-ray tech to the hygienist was so nice and welcoming. My daughter felt so at ease and comfortable. I will be bringing all of my children here for treatment. Negative experience: Where do I even begin? Do NOT bring your children here. My son had a dental emergency on Friday, and it is now Wednesday—yet not a single call has been returned. My son’s permanent teeth were fractured in a bike accident, and despite leaving seven messages, no one at this office has shown the care or concern that any parent would expect in such a serious situation. This is especially disappointing because my son is an established patient here, yet the lack of urgency and compassion shown is absolutely unacceptable. When it comes to children’s dental health—especially emergencies—families deserve a responsive and caring team. Sadly, this office has proven they are neither.

I liked that I didn’t feel pressured to get everything done during the first visit like in many other facilities. The doctor when over treatment plans and areas of concern to watch for. After they scheduled my treatment appointments and the doctor was very knowledgeable. The dentist tech was amazing , so easy going and funny, she was great with my kiddos. She was extremely helpful, very professional and assisted me with filling out my paper work. Chelsey made sure my girls were seen in a timely manner. As well as in the back the dental techs made sure they explained the entire process, made us feel welcome and was extremely professional. The dental techs and the doctor went above and beyond throughout the entire inner action. Smile Big Pediatrics is definitely a GREAT place to take your children. Negative experience: I been bringing my daughter here for the past few years, and this morning not sure if it’s new team but they were very rude. You don’t come in my face with an iPad and then another lady come in my face with a clipboard of the same information to fill out like I’m some type of kid. The older Spanish lady with the dents in her face was nasty as well as the tech who cleaned my daughter teeth. No professionalism at all, I’m not about to sit and fill out the same forms two different times after working an 13 hour hospital shift. Worst appointment ever and waste of my time!!

Fantastic experience: I Love this pediatric dentist office and staff! First we were greeted promptly with big smiles and enthusiastic energy, for it to be 8am, I just know the staff enjoys what they do. My children are currently 2 & 3 and they were not scared at all considering their concerns when they first found out we were going to the dentist today. The hygienist was super friendly and provided instructions with ease. Dr. Hu provided quick and efficient service and his feedback was phenomenal and gave me and both my children an opportunity to ask any questions. Their question ended up being “Thank You” lol. Brittany is who I believe to have scheduled the appointment with and she match the same energy in person as over the phone, I walked in already feeling familiar with her. Sofi was beyond great with doing X-rays the oldest and my child enjoyed sitting in the chair alone and following instructions. I can’t remember the hygienist name who rewards my children with a mini stuffed animal for their great listening skills and behavior. On our way our Kiara scheduled our next appointment and although it required to be 6 months out she still gave me plenty of options! I recommend this dentist office 10/10 easily! And I forgot to mention the have a small kid play area with some arcade games, a play kitchenette, some busy wall mounted toys. Super fun and the art wall is very inviting for children. Along with the TVs hanging so when children are in the operating chair they are able to enjoy educational cartoons. The waiting area was playing the live version of lion king when we walked in, it kept my kids attention while I quickly filled out the in person forms. ***UPDATE*** New staff and same great attitudes! Dr. Hamdon, Mrs. Beverly, Mrs. Chelsea made the experience great. Super friendly! 10/10 I STILL recommend my children are now 4&5 Kuddos to this business

My toddler is VERY busy and has needed front crowns etc. Beverly has been here for years and always eager to see her friend whenever we arrive. She doesn’t forget a face and is very informative. Everything from the friendly front office staff to everything in between is a great experience everytime. Bring your kiddos here but good luck getting them away from the play area filled with cooking toys and arcade games!
