Fantastic experience: Great service, as always! I've been seeing Dr. Stephen Christy at Watson Family Dental for many years. This visit required a tooth extraction. It was virtually painless and the recovery time was less than a day. I know not all extractions are that easy, but this one went perfectly. I returned to Watson Family Dental later this year, and had a bridge installed yesterday. Again, Dr. Christy made everything easy. Painless preparation at the first appointment, and yesterday he put the bridge in place. It fits perfectly, and feels and looks just like my teeth. Just perfect!

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience at Watson Family Dental - Julie is the best hygienist. Very thorough. I have been going to her for many years. And I really like Dr. Christy. He put a crown in several years ago. I had never had such work done before, and I was very nervous. He did an excellent job in allaying my fears and it was painless. And as of today’s appointment, the crown is doing well.

Fantastic experience: I visited WFD for the first time today. I had lagged a bit on routine cleanings - add that with dental anxiety and I probably wasn’t the easiest patient they had today. My hygienist, Sara(h), was extremely patient, listened thoroughly to my concerns and provided helpful strategies to mitigate any discomfort. I’m so pleased with how the visit went. For someone who detests the dental X-ray process, Sarah made this as easy as it can be and she handled my dental anxieties with grace. Their equipment also seems much more modern than my last dental office which is an added bonus.

Today I received a crown and the detail and precise matching done by Dr. Christy was absolutely appreciated! Update...I have been working with insurance to be able to afford an implant. Watson Family Dental helped me through the entire process and the staff was amazing. I must reiterate how clean my teeth are!! I love this place!!

Fantastic experience: Was experiencing discomfort with a molar and was given an appointment within 24 hours. Dr. Christy took the time to explain, in detail, what had happened and that no oral surgery was required. Staff is excellent, courteous and will answer all pertinent questions. Wonderful dental office.

The front desk staff, dental hygienist and the dentist were very friendly, gently and easy to talk to. They took time to explain things and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit.

Fantastic experience: Best cleaning and best restorative dentistry ever! My hygienist Susan is extremely thorough while also being gentle. She takes time with her patients, you never feel rushed. Her vast knowledge of teeth and gum health is very impressive. She goes above and beyond to stay educated about all oral health care products, techniques and procedures, if you have any questions she's your go-to person. Susan is also very kind and welcoming, you just know that you are in great hands when you're in her chair.

Fantastic experience: My regular dentist, Dr. Allen, who I ❤️ was not in when I had a crown unexpectedly fall off. Dr. Christie was wonderful. I asked him to numb me and he numbed the whole side of my mouth, even that side of my tongue was numb. I just sat back and all of my cats while he took care of me. I Highly recommended either Dr. Christie or Dr. Allen to anybody looking for a wonderful, gentle, Empathetic dentist Who will take care of you fast and on short notice.

Susan was thorough, professional and her process resulted in my teeth feeling cleaner than they have in months In addition, she shared valuable insight as to how I could keep them plaque free longer. Fantastic experience: Had tooth pulled and bone graft done and after 1 week still hurting. Going on vacation so I called to get my pain med refilled in case it keeps hurting. Dr Allen had me come in that day to make sure all OK. Check and pulled stitches out and doc reordered penicillin and pain med in case. I know they are swamped but he took the time to be sure! Thank you! Dr Allen Finished implant today. Feels great! I was in office 10:25 for 10:30 appt., but had to wait a good 20 minutes. Usually all is right on time so not a problem. Thank you. Aug 2024: Had 2 small cavities found and Dr Allen got me in a week later. Filled both. Essence Health and Delta covered all. New assistant is excellent too! April 2025 Had emergency hurt and Dr Allen got me in same day! Did X-rays and check and prescription. All good. Concerned because going on vacation in 2 day. Great job again!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit, and it was wonderful. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Allen listened to my concern that one of my crowns felt like it was moving. He and his technician got actual data - an x-ray to look for infection, a bite check at that tooth, checking if the crown was indeed loose, and no doubt other data. I am satisfied with his conclusion that this tooth is indeed healthy. My last dentist just blew off my concerns. As a retired engineer I appreciate data-driven conclusions, and that’s what Dr. Allen gave me. This is what I needed. Thank you!

I'll be back! Thanks. My visit was consistently great. Late in the day (March 19th ), but did not have to wait. Everyone was polite, professional, friendly, and on their game. Dr. Christy did a great job. The procedure was painless and zero problems immediately afterwards despite my other medication issues. Visit was very good, informative and plans for my next visit. Visit was good again.

Fantastic experience: Had a small cavity right in the middle of my front teeth that I was nervous about getting filled because I had a bad dentist about 10 years ago who did all kinds of crazy things, and I was worried that it would change my smile. I went ahead and got the work done today. Not only was it lightning fast, but it was incredibly easy and I didn't need local anesthetic. I *hope* I don't have to have any more work done but I feel pretty confident that I'm in a good place if I do need it!

You see, I’m *that* person who gets white knuckled at even the mildest suggestion of a procedure. When I say everyone there greeted me with sincerity, compassion, and positivity—that alone immediately had as much calming effect as possible on this extremely “nervous nelly.” Believe me, that welcoming did more for me than I expected. It instilled confidence in my choice to visit them and a sense of being in a very safe place—the right place—with professionals who truly care and strive for and expect excellence as a team. (Unfortunately, I have more teeth situations that need to be addressed sooner than later, all due to regretful fear and neglect…tail is between my legs, ashamed. So now I’m in another tooth-related tight spot, but never will that be the case again). Dr. Christy is THE GUY. THE DENTIST. I am not afraid like before. I will not hesitate, procrastinate, or delay in making an appointment, soon, and you would be happy that you did, too. I promise.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Allen is the best around, I refer him to anyone. He is very patient. Your teeth will look amazing when you are done. If your scared of shots like me, 9 times out of ten it's a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Pulled my teeth. How good of an experience can that be. Only other negative was too cold inside office. People in office care great. The extraction today January 27th was difficult and removal quite a process. Over a 30 minute plus time period. I had little or no.pain and have confidence Dr Cristy did a good job.
