Fantastic experience: Dr. Buske and his team are fantastic! They truly do not know what they have done for me. My life is forever changed. I got my permanent teeth today and I’m on cloud 9 and cannot stop smiling!! Everyone at Granbury Dental is so friendly and I felt relaxed there (I have been terrified of dental offices my whole life) I’m so glad I chose them! Thank you Dr. Buske!

Fantastic experience: I should have done my review last year, but I was a little busy. I came here with less than 15 teeth left and most of those were no good. I have always have high anxiety when it comes to dentist. Not here!! The dentist and his staff are top notch.I got my implants the day after Christmas in 2023. I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer 2 months later. So needless to say 2024 was an exhausting year for me. But Dr Buske and his team took excellent care of me. They were very patient and worked with me on scheduling follow up visits that did not conflict with my chemo or radiation treatment. I absolutely could not be happier with the results,and neither could my husband. I love to smile now and enjoy eating things again that for many years I couldn't due to such bad teeth. Here today to see if they can work their magic for my husband. So obviously I highly recommend this dentist office.

Negative experience: Dentist seemed like he couldn’t be bothered- too many patients I guess. Literally took all of 5 seconds to scan my teeth and pretty sure he missed a cavity. Had to go back to lower a filling and my teeth still hurt. Will not return

Negative experience: Granbury Dental needs some help in the customer care department. I called last week to try and schedule my husband an appointment and not only are they a pain to deal with insurance wise (they’re considered an out of network practice and won’t even deal with it on behalf of their customers) the lady that I spoke to that dealt with insurance questions was extremely rude. Luckily we found Archstone Dental that is also in town and they were beyond pleasant and helpful. My husband is now getting taken care of over there.

Negative experience: If you value being treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect, I would suggest taking your business elsewhere. During my recent visit, I was disappointed not only by the lack of courtesy extended to me but also by the tone and treatment I received, which felt dismissive and deeply unsettling. While I cannot say definitively what motivated the behavior, I can’t help but reflect on the possibility that it may have been influenced by implicit bias. As a paying patient, I expected the same level of care and dignity that should be afforded to everyone. Healthcare is more than clean teeth, it’s about trust, compassion, and respect. Shame on this office for falling short of those basic standards.

Fantastic experience: Granbury Dental Center has an Excellent Staff. Dr. Watson has excellent skills that ensure the work is done correctly. They are very conscious of your needs and Financial status to ensure you get excellent care. Her Dental Assistant is excellent in her position knowing the needs of the patient and what the next step is.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Watson and Jessica did an OUTSTANDING job. Pain free, and super polite! I highly recommend for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: From the start end of July for full mouth teeth removal surgery until the final day on Feb. 10 when I received my permanent teeth I was treated with respect and compassion. After many tweaks to make sure all was perfect, his goal was for perfection. Before my permanent teeth, several times my temporary teeth were broken. Once at a total knee replacement during surgery and then again from eating hard candy I was not supposed to eat. Dr Buske and staff were accommodating to my situations and replaced immediately. I was welcomed by very friendly and professional staff as well as Dr Buske who is very kind and gentle and enjoyed my experiences! If you were reluctant to go. to a dentist you won't ever feel that way again with Dr Buske and Shannon and his staff! I am so happy with my teeth. I enjoy seeing my new smile and have more confidence. This is a high quality product, Dr and staff. I even had fun through all my appointments. Thanks also for my son's generosity to love me enough to be by my side and all the expenses he paid for the procedure and travel to and from Louisiana to TX every month to see Dr Buske. Happy, Happy, Happy!!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Dr. Buske and his team. I have had a bad experience at a previous dentist. I was terrified to go to a dentist again. He and his team put me at ease. I had several teeth removed and dentures put in all the same day. Dr. Buske never hurt me once. I can’t thank him enough for the compassion and patience he had. I highly recommend this awesome dentist and his team.

Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take the opportunity to thank Dr Buske for making my time at Granbury Dental Center Very pleasant. His assistant Shannon is also top notch! Just this week I also met another assistant in the practice Monica. She is also a very friendly kind person, and explains what’s going on so you won’t be fearful. The front office is always so nice when I call, and helpful in any way they can be. I look forward to continued good care at the clinic.

Fantastic experience: Who makes me smile? Dr. Jeffrey Buske, his amazing Dental Assistant Kaitlyn, and the entire team at Granbury Dental Center do! I first heard about Dr. Buske and his team on the Dave Ramsey Show, and let me tell you—they truly care about people, their smiles, and their health. I’m not joking when I say they’re famous for both dental implants and general dentistry. People travel from all over the world to see them! Today, I had an intense 2-hour implant surgery, and these are just some of the tools Dr. Buske used—drills, hammers, picks, scalpels, and something called a Minnesota! But after all that, I walked out smiling like this! If you need implants or just top-notch dental care, no matter where you live, make a trip to Granbury Dental Center. Your smile will thank you every time you flash it!

Negative experience: Called up to get some finishing stuff on my teeth that was part of the original items. Thought I paid my total balance off. Never received a call, text, or email. Was being auto drafted from my account. Just found it they sent it to collections and now there’s a 25% interest payment on top of it. Plus u can’t get my final work done until that balance is paid… granted this was a year ago and not one collection agency nor the dentist called on it. Thanks granbury dental.

Fantastic experience: I remember getting my teeth done here (I had teeth infront of other teeth etc..). The dentist who I had come to visit pretty often we're very professional and kind and knew how to bring up conversation. Also, the smell of the place was very nice it had its own scent. If I were to ever had break a tooth, I would come back here. Extra: I'm sorry this isn't very long, my experiences were all but short. Even though I had to come here for my brace visits I had quite often, I still don't have much to say. But when I first saw this place I had my doubts and when I came in they were removed in an instant.

Negative experience: What a joke! World's worst place to get dentures! After almost a year of fitting and still have awful fit ,can't even use the bottoms! We're told that's all they can do! Over $4000 including travel $ down the toilet!

Fantastic experience: Cannot say enough good things about this place and everyone involved. They know what they are doing. The procedure I had was surprisingly painless. Super happy with doctor Grammer. We paid cash (no dental insurance) and the prices were well below what I expected. The family and I will absolutely be returning. I wish I found these folks years ago.

Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Granbury Dental today and it was wonderful. I went in with a tad bit of anxiety and embarrassment due to my lack of proper dental care but Jenna and Dr. Grammar were beyond kind and comforting and came up with a plan. I definitely recommend going to see these two. If I have any complaint it would be the receptionist who answered the phone yesterday when I called to set up the consultation. She came off as irritated and bothered. I can’t remember her name. Maybe she was just having a bad day. Either way, despite that one encounter, I will continue to go back simply because of the care and understanding that Jenna and Grammer gave.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience here! Dr. Buske is always kind, informative and has an EXCELLENT “chair side” manner. I always leave knowing exactly what has/will happen with my dental work. I live in Dallas, but travel to Granbury for the care, if that says anything, as well. Sommer is friendly, kind and just as informative and helpful as Dr. Buske. I’ve enjoyed being under their care, for sure! HIGHLY recommend!

Fantastic experience: Our first visit was very professional, extremely pleasant. Our asst Delicia was very knowledgeable and took time to explain things about the billing and Dr Okada was thorough, very gentle with the examination, looked for options to be cost efficient and listened to our dental issues. Fantastic experience: Best dental office I've ever been to. Office staff and hygienists are great, and any problems have been effortlessly dealt with. Appointments are always on time and everything is so easy. Okada is a saint. I'm terrified of dental work, and everything remotely associated with it. He always been really pleasant and understanding. I've met and left a lot of dentists; Okada is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. I moved about an hour away, so now I need to try a new dentist. If I can't find one I like, this office just might be worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for 2:00PM. I finished my business and went to Grandbury Dental Center at 9:30 AM told them I had an appointment for 2:00 PM. So if there was an earlier opening I would like to go in sooner if possible. She said fine let me see, waited about 10 then called me for my appointment. Negative experience: Although the dentistry work was outstanding, the way the bait and switch paperwork leaves something to be desired. I was led to believe the full payment was made, but, be careful the payment was divided into two sections. When you made the “FULL” payment, but, alas, The second payment for tooth manufacturing was looming. I was aghast when I was told I had another huge payment was due. Make sure you see FULL payment of the procedure.

Fantastic experience: Everything about my appointment was more than pleasant! They were so friendly, professional, and straightforward with me! They explained my current condition, options and treatment in a realistic way that I could understand. They gave me their personal opinion without making me feel pressured. I felt listened to and actions were taken! Somehow I laughed a lot in the chair too, which doesn’t happen often at doctor’s offices. Couldn’t recommend Granbury Dental enough!

Fantastic experience: We love this practice and have used it since coming to Granbury. We made the mistake of going to a different dentist once, and that was it! No más! Dr. Baird who started this practice was always at the cutting edge of dentistry, and his cohorts have continued with that philosophy since his retirement. I love that my hygienist Machell promotes the overall health of her patients and makes clear to them the importance of hygiene that begins in the mouth to combat the ever present problems caused by inflammation. We feel a part of the family there and they are working in our best interest. I love it too that they are now promoting the work of local artists in their waiting area. I had a new hygienist today, Kelby, who was just as great as all the others I have been treated by in this practice.

Fantastic experience: These people are awesome. We’ve been coming here for 30+ years. They have always been at the forefront of dentistry. On top of that they become like family. If you’re wondering whether or not to choose Granbury Dental as your dentist don’t hesitate. They are the best of the best.

Fantastic experience: I’m new to the Granbury area and shopped around for a dentist for an implant consultation. Lake view Dental insisted that I had to purchase a comprehensive exam before I could get a consult. I went to Granbury Dental Center and met with Dr Okata. What a great office and dentist! Free consultation, $489 cheaper, and a fantastic job. Love my beautiful new tooth. Great staff, knowledgeable and skilled dentist. I highly recommend this office.

Fantastic experience: I’m 63 years old and needless to say I have had my share of dental procedures. I mean a lot! This place is absolutely amazing! My most recent procedure was dentures. They did an amazing job. I’m so happy how they turned out. I have several friends who have had this procedure, and their experience was not nearly as good as mine. Fantastic experience: I’m “one of those” who has a mental AND physical response just hearing the words: dental procedure, teeth, dentist!! To say I’m frightened is an understatement I tend to be in that, “Oh, we must tell you, THERE IS a 1% chance of ______(fill in the blank) happening to you”. All of my Dental Life has been that way. That is…UNTIL I moved to Granbury almost a year ago and had the EXTREME Blessing of landing-in with Granbury Dental!! I’m 63 years old, and FOR THE 1st TIME…EVER…I’m actually THANKFUL for this Field of Expertise! ALL of my teeth (whopping 8 I had left) needed to be removed. Scared? Angry? Hesitant? All of those and more. A month ago they did The Deed - I’m sitting here feeling 100% better than ever! Thank you for giving me a healthy life!!

Fantastic experience: I have been to five dentist here in Granbury. Regular dentist and dentist in the box. This is the most professional and friendliest dentist office of the bunch. Plus, they do a superior job with their dental work. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and professional staff. Atmosphere is relaxing and made our whole experience easy. Doctors and Assistants were informative so we understood what and why. Very competitive as to pricing and no surprises. We have used them for over 8 now for regular checkups and cleaning, for repair and crowns, for implants and other needs. They are just great for their services and to get to know them all.

Negative experience: I had an absolutely terrible experience here. Have deceptive business practices. Went for a routine cleaning, turns out they didn't have my x-rays. Okay, I don't mind doing that. But before we began I made sure to ask if my insurance covered it, they told me yes (this was the first lie) so we proceeded. I wait for the dentist to come in only to be told that I would have to come back and get a "gum cleaning", this costs about $400. Okay, I can leave and consider this, and I may even be open to it. So even then I left without a cleaning, just the dentist poking around in my mouth, again NOTHING DONE. I go to the checkout counter and am met with a bill costing just under $200 for me and I'm also told about a bill for my mother, basically I had to pay $400 right there on the spot. Keep in mind, I had asked if my insurance covered the bill and was told yes. I call my parents, (because I'm only 20 I don't have much experience with this yet) and they are completely shocked, I had the phone over to the front desk lady and she proceeds to be very disrespectful to my mother and my father. After she gets off the phone she orders me to stay put, of course I say no, that my parents will take care of the bill later and I left. Very very rude, do not care how their patients are treated, they just try to up-sale and confuse them about their insurance. Not cool, will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: My MIL had a need for some major dental work so I referred her to my favorite dental practice! She was so impressed and they treated her so well they have a patient for life. The work was beautiful and the staff amazing. It is a bit of a drive for us, but so worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have to say I was very impressed with this office. Of all the places I have checked out to get estimates on my dental work, this was the first place that didn’t make me feel like I was being sold a used car. It’s also the first place that I was examined by an actual dentist, and had an actual consult with an actual dentist. And not some sales rep who pretended to know what my X-rays really depicted. I was given options. Options for treatment, payment, and was encouraged to take my time making my choices. No pressure sales tactics. Dr. Buske is very caring and knowledgeable and not short sighted in his treatment plans. And not to mention, very easy on the eyes! The staff were awesome. The dental assistant who who worked with me had an awesome sense of humor and was cheerful and knowledgeable. Front desk was professional and courteous. Only fault I could really find, is my appointment was at 12:30, and I wasn’t seen until almost 1:00. But, in the grand scheme of things, I’m ok with that. I’m hopeful I can get financing to start treatment with them soon. I feel confident that I would be taken care of in the best manner possible by this facility.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Baird and Kammie for many years. I trust them to make correct decisions on what needs to be done to my teeth. I really love them both and I would not want to go else where. I know Dr Braid has retired and I am sure if I need dental care I can decide on one of the other dentist
