Fantastic experience: My mother, who is 90, had a done yesterday. The doctor and his assistant were very gentle with her and eased her anxiety.

Fantastic experience: I have a nice experience with Dr Peepers since it’s my first time meeting her and her first time doing my dental needs as well. I have not been to my regular Dentist since last year because I switched Insurance. My teeth are really dirty, so disgusting, if I may say. She was so patient with me, very knowledgeable in what she does, very professional. I am glad to meet Tabitha, Nelly, Cat and Ferdy too.

Fantastic experience: Zak Dental was easy to work with for my first appointment and very affordable. I really liked the virtual visit—it made the whole experience less intimidating and much more comfortable. I appreciated not having to stand at the front desk discussing personal information while other patients were waiting and could overhear. Overall, it felt private, respectful, and stress-reducing. One thing I will mention the virtual visit wait time is like a typical doctor 10 min wait and then also the free tooth brush with the rebuild plan doesn't come with the actual brush for the system could have just not been included or I just got a faulty one anyways overall really great place highly recommend

Fantastic experience: There are very nice with all their patients, clean office throughout. Strongly recommend Silver Diamine Fluoride (SDF) A tooth treatment paste to prevent cavity growth that kills the bacteria from spreading. Highly recommend alternative option especially if you have a 91 yr old aunt that doesn't like drilling. Staff very knowledgeable and patient with elderly folks. Highly recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Very different from my experience from the clinic in Valencia. Marilyn is such a wonderful tech and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Tossie was also very gentle and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Tabitha did my temporary tooth feeting and was just as gentle as the rest of the staff. I made the right decision of coming here for crown.

Fantastic experience: I have never felt so in charge so protective of myself when it came down to advocating for shelf at the dentist and that also comes with being ashamed of my dental history cavities and root canal and so on Dr BEJERI !!!! She really listens to you stops IMMEDIATELY if you need to you and before all that she shows you X-rays and I personally have never had a Dr comfort me and ease me to the degree she really takes her time to explain to you what you have going on with out shame ! She will even go back if you feel you need to ask the same question twice due to forgetting or clearer comprehension and she will also tell you how much longer you have until she’s done there’s just so much I can say about she’s truly amazing and truly warm hearted and sweetly spoken I can just tell this is her passion I have never had a Dr dentist like her I hope when my kids are adults she is still in this area so I can bring them here I trust her so much.

Negative experience: I made an appointment for a cleaning and they ended up taking X-rays and doing a "consultation" type visit virtually. Not want I wanted or asked for and was never told that was going to happen over the phone when requesting a cleaning. Upon arrival I wasn't greeted properly but no big deal eventually I was greeted. The problem lies when I go to talk to the doctor and his assistant is webcam. GRISELDA was the rudest person I've encountered in a long time. Absolutely no customer service. The doctor was okay but still not very personable or accurate since we're talking about my teeth and no one has seen them in person and they are basing it off AI. After trying to get scammed into buying a membership and paying for things that my insurance covers I decided to take my business elsewhere

Fantastic experience: My greatest experience EVER at a dentist office with local sedation! Due to me having a high tolerance for pain meds, I don’t get the pain relief most people do with the standard medication prescribed. My dentist experience is not different. I never get numb when I go to the dentist, so I stopped going. I could not put myself through such a painful experience that had my eyes rolling up into my head. Because my insurance assigned me to Zak Dental, I though I would give then a call an inquire if they do conscious sedation, which I was told they did. I just assumed that conscious sedation could be administered for any dental procedure, so I booked an appointment. To make a long story short, I conveyed my concerned with my treatment coordinator and I learned that conscious sedation could only be used for extractions and other involved treatments. Because I had not been to the dentist is several years, I though I would given them a try to see if I could get numb enough to go through the process of filling a tooth. I was amazed that I was able to sit through the procedure with almost no discomfort. When I begin to barely fill some pain, my dentist give me another injection and I was good to go. This was the best dental experience I have ever had with local sedation.

Negative experience: Although the office staff was friendly and the office was nice, going in office for a virtual visit is not what I expected. This is very different from other practices and new patients should be told about this. I thought it was super weird to walk in to an exam room with nothing but a chair and iPad pointed at me. The room didn’t even have a basic trash can for a small piece of trash I had. I didn’t stay for the visit.

Fredy Tabitha and Griselda were able to get me checked in quickly so i could get serviced right away. Maria was the assistant who was very knowledgeable about the procedures i needed and made the financial part of this a breeze.
