Negative experience: Whitening is not worth the cost $500, with $200 off for holiday discount. They do not use LED light and just a paste. It is for 3, 20 minute intervals, uncomfortable, and results are 0-none. For those interested, definitely do your research first before spending money on that service.

Fantastic experience: Today, I met the most amazing dentist named Dr. Eric D'Souza for the first time. When I say he earned my trust today, I mean it! Those sentiments come from a patient with severe anxiety that's been traumatized on different occasions. Dr. Eric administered the most gentlest novacaine needle I've ever had. I was bracing myself for the initial devastating pinch, and IT NEVER CAME! I was so shocked. Also, he waited patiently for the anesthesia to kick in and tested to ensure there was no feeling of discomfort before the drilling began. I'm completely sold on whatever he's selling. Not only was he patient and kind, he was a good conversationalist with emotional intelligence. I've never felt so safe before in my life. Thank you so much Dr. E to you and your wonderful assistant. I left smiling today and looking forward to returning in two weeks. I hope Fusion Dental does EVERYTHING to ensure we keep you here in Waldorf. May you receive the recognition you deserve at all times. I'm forever grateful!

Negative experience: I was a patient yesterday (23 Dec). I was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment to address my issue primarily to ensure that the loss of veneer on my teeth would create an emergency situation as i am going on a cruise in a couple of weeks. Xrays were taken and the pictures were shared with the doctor. He came in, did not identify himself, and simply asked where the problem was. As I was about to explain my rational for the visit he asked me to "open your mouth". After his examination he left without saying another word to me. I thought he might return as I was aware he was working on another patient- but he did not. I had a simple question, which was if i should be concerned about infection or pain. I wanted to mitigate any potential issues. I explained this to the receptionist who said she would have the technician contact me. I have yet to receive a call. I have been a patient at Fusion for over 7 years and i hope never to experience this again. Thank you.

Negative experience: Time to move on after years as a patient. The changes noticed lately have made me come to the conclusion that it's time to move to a different practice. I became used to such outstanding, proficient, and competent care under Dr. Bob (a well seasoned excellent general dentist and involved owner of the practice is no longer there); over the past year I am not that confident especially if more than a routine cleaning is necessary. Dental care is expensive, and one would want to be confident in the care that is rendered especially for more extensive procedures that require a higher level of skill. Do your research if you require more than a cleaning. So many different dentists there now, hard to see the same person, and just not feeling that confident as I did previously with this practice.

Negative experience: December 2, 2025 Dr. D'Sosua wasn't good for us. The drill was leaking water into husband's mouth. Dentist wrapped tissues on the leak on 3 different occasions. The hose was messy. Husband was hurting and needed numbing throughout procedure. Took 1 1/4 hrs of digging in his mouth before calling in an oral surgeon. Time in 8:20, time out 11:00! Absolutely horrible for us. No call today to check on husband only a call to check on my COMPLAINT! ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE I'm so irritated right now... SO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST DR. D'SOUSA... BUT I WILL RECOMMEND DR. WILLIAMS & HIS GROUP. Too bad he was on vacay during this emergency appointment. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO MY GREAT REVIEW OF DR. WILLIAMS FROM LAST YEAR...HE WAS SUPERB. PROMISED IT WOULD NOT HURT AND IT DIDN'T.

Negative experience: On 10/21/2025 first I scheduled an appointment for 1P for 11/17/2025. I get there and sign in only to be told that my appointment was deleted.They don't know how and they don't know why because there aren't any notes. What kind of business doesn't know why they canceled your appointment and don't know how it got deleted?!?! I wasn't even notified that the appointment was canceled. No apology nor empathy, just you can come back at a later time today. I took off from work for this appointment. A waste of my entire day!!

Negative experience: Please save yourself the headache, Time and Money, since Dr. Bob retired the service I have received is the worst. I have had crowns permanent ones fall out. Had issues with the fit of permanent crowns. My dentist left the practice and I had a new dentist finish the work and it still has been completed. Scheduling issues billing issues . I shouldn’t have to run behind you to make sure that my appointments are scheduled correctly and my billing is properly done. During an appointment they stopped my appointment to say I had a bill and then I had to have them pull it up and I didn’t have a bill. Billing issues should be handled before I am in the chair or after my appointment.

Fantastic experience: Had a great teeth cleaning with my hygienist. She talked me through the entire process so that I felt comfortable. Even chatted a bit about our children which was nice. Every thing was quite sufficient and quick. More importantly, I’m very satisfied with my oral hygiene since I left. Definitely recommend.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with crown. Anesthesia half worked. Felt like I was on assembly line. Dr worked on multiple patients. While there and waiting numbness left. Was stuck 8 times and felt 6 of them. Went back for crown temp had so much glue slapped around had to get Anesthesia to get it off. Noe the tooth next to crown is chipped. The crown is too big. Never again

Negative experience: I will not be going coming back here. This was the SECOND time this establishments front desk was unprofessional and unorganized. I took a second chance today to bring my son in for an appointment at 1PM, we were there 2 mins before hand signed in and the Caucasian woman at the front desk asked my son and I to be seated. 50 mins go bye and I'm literally watching people who arrived after us being serviced. Nobody once asked if we were helped. The staff were in the back laughing, carrying on conversations walking in and out. After these 50 minutes I walked up to the front desk along with another woman who was waiting just as long if not longer than I was with the same complaint. Something needs to be done about how the staff makes sure there aren't over bookings and people are tended to accordingly and in order. Fusion dental has become a sloppy mess unfortunately.

Fantastic experience: My son had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Tofigh & the entire process at Fusion Dental was smooth and successful. From the start, Ms Kimberlie made scheduling easy and was a pleasure to work with. On the day of the procedure, nurse Lori greeted us with a smile & thoroughly went over the recovery details. Dr. Tofigh administered the anesthesia quickly and efficiently, easing any anxiety my son had going into the procedure. The surgery itself was completely quickly and my son was cracking jokes before I could even pull the car around. Ms. Lori reassured us about a smooth recovery, and the doctor had our medication ready to pick up immediately so we could start everything as soon as we got home. My son made it through the night with minimal discomfort and is now looking forward to a smooth recovery. Thank you to the entire team at Fusion Dental !

Negative experience: The staff is great, but, you pay for it. I got deep cleaning, no X-rays, I have Blue Cross, Blue shield federal and a Delta Dental, yet I paid 177.00 out of pocket. Never have I paid that much for cleaning. I’m afraid to know, what it will cost for actual dental repair.

Fantastic experience: I had an unique dental situation. The Dental Assistant thoroughly explained what the procedure was going to be. When a twist happened she said, "Let's get the Dentist involved." The Dentist entered and discussed the situation, that nothing needed to be done, and what to do if the situation happened again. Unusual dental visit but handled so professionally; they did so while insuring I was comfortable about the whole situation. My first visit to the office (I am a traveling Vet) - if I lived here, they would be my new Dentists!

Negative experience: I was a patient at Fusion for a couple of years until my dentist left. I have spent the last 3 days calling to try and get an appointment. When the person answers I tell her I need an appointment, she puts me on hold to "check her schedule" and after I'm on hold for a considerable amount of time the phone hangs up. I try to call back and nobody answers. I guess they just don't want my business anymore!

Fantastic experience: Updated on 4/30/2025- I received a call from Fusion dental and took care of my issue. As I said, my only issue was with billing communications, dentists and technicians were great. I had a highly frustrating experience with Fusion Family Dental in Waldorf due to their billing and communication practices. Initially, they charged my insurance for a panoramic X-ray, which was denied. They informed me that if I provided prior pano images, the charges would be removed. I promptly shared the images, and they assured me the charges were resolved. However, a month later, I received a bill for the same X-ray. When I contacted their office, they told me to ignore the bill, stating it was taken care of. Despite this, I continued receiving bills over several months, with the same dismissive response to ignore them. The situation escalated when I received collection notices. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve this by calling and emailing, but Fusion’s team has been unresponsive. On at least four occasions, I was promised a callback from the office manager, which never happened. Even today, my attempts to address this issue were met with the same unfulfilled promise of a callback. This ongoing ordeal reflects poor management and customer service. I strongly advise against choosing this practice due to their unreliable handling of billing issues.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service and billing practices. I used to love them and Dr. Bob. They have great and friendly staff members in the office, but since Dr. Bob retired I have had nothing but problems, particularly from the billing department. I have received a bill from them after every visit because of their billing errors. The most recent bill I received in January was a billing error on their part and they said they would take care of it. It is now almost May and it has not been taken are of and they have not answered the phone for three weeks now when I have called. Nor have they responded the multiple voicemails I have left them over the last three weeks trying to straighten things out. The appointment line answering service can't get anyone to answer the phone either when they call. After this last bill is straightened out, my family and I will be finding a new dentist. And Fusion Dental, please don't placate me and tell me I'm sorry about your experience and please call us to discuss it. I have called for three weeks. You don't answer. Check your messages and call me.

Negative experience: I provided my insurance to them 2 days prior of the appointment. Person I was speaking to even said to me everything looks good it's updated. When I arrived for my appointment m son was seen for his clean up. When ready for checkout the front desk says do you have your insurance card I said yes but it was updated already. Response with just need to update a couple of things. Then says okay I'll give you a call to let you know your balance. I received an email with a balance of $749.00 like seriously!!!! You could've told me that I had to pay out of pocket before being seen that way I can reschedule or cancel. I am unemployed been on unemployment for a couple of month. Now I have this added on top great job fusion dental.

Had a little bit of trouble getting me to understand the billing. My surgeon was nice trying hard that I'll not feel pain. My false teeth are wonderful.. Had the most special adjuster. I had everything from cleaning, impression, fillings. Removals Not one member of this team was uncaring. Fantastic experience: Fusion dental has been the best to me! I went in yesterday for 4 extractions and they made me feel so comfortable. I thought I would wake up this morning in a lot of pain and I have no pain at all. The last time I had an extraction at another dentist I was in a lot of pain the next day. Everyone from the front to the back of this dental office have been absolutely amazing!!!! I’m so glad I chose Fusion Dental for my dental needs!!!! Thank you to all of you for your amazing work! Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Fusion Dental for years because their technicians are professional, competent and provide the ultimate dental experience. It doesn’t matter if you are at Fusion for a regular cleaning, periodontal issues or something more extreme because their staff is extremely knowledgeable. You can’t go wrong with them.

Negative experience: Twice now I have been scheduled for wisdom removal, and both times, I received a confirmation text and given take home information that did not reflect the details of the appointment scheduled or what was discussed. Twice now I have taken time off work for a procedure that did not happen due to errors in scheduling. I have done all the consults and seen what felt like an excess of providers before getting the green light for the removal only to once again be scheduled as a consult (which I have done more than enough times) rather than the actual procedure I was told was going to happen. It is very concerning to feel like a practice does not pay attention nor care about it's patients. The ladies in the office are very sweet and kind but trying to get a hold of someone on the phone to give insurance information or gather general information is a hassle and leaves me as a patient feeling concerned about the level of commitment this place has to its patient care and experience.

It didn't stop there; a young lady named Tesha, with a colorful hat and fantastic personality, called me in the back. She was very kind, upbeat, delightful, and explained everything in detail. Tesha introduced me to Dr. Curtis L. Williams, Sr., DDS; he was very kind, thorough, and no-nonsense about what work needed to be done going forward concerning my dental work. Tesha introduced me to Ms. Tina, who checked the health of my gums and did a fantastic job explaining what she was doing. Tesha also introduced me to Sybil. Positive experience: My recent visit - the receptionists were great, the dental hygienist (Karen) was great, Dr. Wynn was great!! The young lady preparing for my appt was not very welcoming - did not introduce herself, was silent during prep time, did not say what she was doing & why when an image (new process) was being done - I had to ask what it was, if there was a cost, & if my insurance would cover - her response was "there's no cost" to me - it would have been nice to share with me ahead of time what was being done!

Fantastic experience: Everyone,from the receptionists, dental assistant, the hygienist, and the Dentist where very nice and professional. The hygenist did an exceptional job. Best teeth cleaning I ever had. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: Fusion Dental- Waldorf treated me with care and love from when I stepped in, to when I stepped out. The front receptionists were friendly and helpful with helping me sign in to the paperwork as a new patient. From each doctor that did my x-rays to cleaning my teeth, were very cheerful, patient, kind and detailed doctors. Highly recommend Fusion Dental in Waldorf!!

Positive experience: I had an emergency back in August, my son was getting married. 2 weeks before the wedding my dog got a hold of my partial! I was able to get in to get right away to get impressions for temporary replacement that unfortunately broke in half after a few months .The staff was very accommodating and understanding of the situation. I’m looking forward to my appt. On Monday make all corrections as Dr. Baseme made some accommodating suggestions that I believe will work out fine . Can’t wait to smile again !!!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best Dental team and office! I was greeted immediately. Faith took very good care of me and then Kate did one of the best cleanses I’ve ever had. Very pleased and will come back!

Positive experience: I’m pleased with the results of the procedure and the care I received during the extraction. However, I found the dentist’s bedside manner lacking. For instance, after looking at my x-rays, he counted my broken teeth out loud and then asked if I wanted to address them all. While I understand he may have been trying to be thorough, the way he communicated this felt abrupt and rude. Especially because I was specifically referred to him for an emergency extraction only. A more sensitive and empathetic approach would have made the experience better.

Negative experience: AVOID this place at all costs when it comes to medical billing. If I could give this place a negative 10, I would. BEWARE of this practice overcharging both you and your insurance company. I have been attempting to resolve an insurance matter with Fusion for months without any resolution, and frankly, they don't seem to care. I have made attempts in person and via multiple telephone calls without avail. You have been warned.
