Fantastic experience: I’ve had much work done there and every time I’ve been there they have gone above and beyond to schedule me in and take care of any issues that I’ve had. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this office for many years, previously a different doctor/owner, but the quality is always good. Over the years, I noticed some nurses come and go, but some nurses stay very long term and the long term nurses are very good. The office is fully stuffed, so it is very easy to talk to someone whenever I want. The office is very busy though, so the non-urgent (like regular clean up) appointments tend to be very long, so it is better to make next appointment at the end of current appointment. I had to reschedule a couple of times, each time, the rescheduled time is far away from original time because it is almost always fully booked. I highly recommend this office. Today I went there again for cleaning and did an x-ray (every 4 to 5 years). They seem to have some state of art machines for x-ray, it is good that are not cheap on patients and use the best machines. Went there today fir regular dental clean. I like the fact that hygienist talks about some general dental knowledge while cleaning. If helps refreshing the memory.

Fantastic experience: The service here is different than any other dentist office I have gone to. They are so kind and really do care about the patients starting from the reception Aline, who was able to fit me in next day to the dentist. The entire staff are cordial and caring. It's like being a part of the family being there. Gabriella greets you warmly upon coming in and making further appointments. Going to the dentist is really enjoyable.

Negative experience: Your receptionist basically interrogated me like a cop about why I couldn't make an appointment and why I wasn't feeling well. It made me incredibly uncomfortable. When I hung up the phone, I cried it was so bad.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist I've ever been to. My whole family and I go here (3 children) and we all LOVE them. Everyone on staff is very friendly. The hygienist (Paul) I see remembers everything I tell him on the next visit and it is always a pleasant experience. My youngest daughter does not usually like the dentist but she even enjoys going and joking around with her hygienist, i can't remember his name off the top of my head but she loves him! 10/10 i always recommend to everyone who's asking. Thanks guys!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for about 2 years. My daughter recommended my husband and I after our dentist retired. I have been extremely happy with the office. I have my teeth cleaned at least 3 times a year and have always been happy with the results. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. I have only the highest of praise for Dr Lee. She has gone above and beyond to give me quality care. I was especially impressed recently when I was having a problem that had nothing to do with dental care. She was able to identify the problem of a sinus infection not detected by 2 ENT doctors. She is a very kind and thorough dentist who I value.

Fantastic experience: Years ago a medicine slowly destroyed my four front teeth. I went to four different dentists and they all wanted to just pull them. Fantastic experience: Excellent experience. Paul was quite knowledgeable and the procedure went smoothly. Just had a cleaning today with Paul. Once again a great experience - easy, painless, and done expertly. Lots of good advice and recommendations were given in a very friendly manner. Niki was very pleasant and professional. It’s always a nice experience when she does the cleaning. Today’s cleaning was with Jamika, and she was as pleasant and professional as everybody else I’ve dealt with at JNL. Just had a cleaning with Lisa. I think it’s my second time with her, and she’s excellent. It was painless, quick, and professional. She’s very pleasant on a personal level. Once again it was a positive experience, even though it was just a checkup for an implant that I’m having. I had a cleaning on 4/24/25, and as always Lisa was gentle and extremely competent, as well as pleasant to deal with. Just had another cleaning with Paul. He was as professional and personable as always. A pleasant experience from the entire team.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been coming here for almost 40 years. Always a friendly face and never any problems with the service. Jun 2025 update: In for routine cleaning. They just updated their whole office with state of the art tech. It looks beautiful in there. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Sometimes they are busy but everyone remains friendly and calm and they don't rush through the appointments. Busy for a reason. Great job guys!

Fantastic experience: If you have standard Mass health and need dental work, this place is perfect. JNL has been an amazing place for me to get my dental work done! I have had numerous extractions, multiple crowns done, a bridge fitted and made, and deep cleanings done numerous times. JNL's staff are always friendly and inviting, both Dr's are amazing, and I've had so many successful visits, there are too many to count. Fantastic experience: I initially went to see Dr. Jung and Dr. Lee because they had availability. I was experiencing pain and my usual dentist's practice wasn't picking up the phone. I plan to continue going to JNL for all my dental needs because they are thorough, gentle, and use all the latest tools and techniques to ensure the best possible outcome for the patient. I had no idea that my old dentist wasn't really keeping up with the latest best practices in dentistry. I thought you were supposed to feel like you had lost a fist fight after a dental cleaning. I wish I had started going to JNL sooner! They likely could have prevented me from reaching the point where I need a crown. The one aspect of their practice I wasn't accustomed to was the fast pace at which they work. However any time I have asked a question they have been more than happy to put down the tools, give me their full attention, and address my concern. For the first time I'm seriously considering having proactive work done (replacing old fillings and orthodontics). I guess I'm finding it easy to trust that these people actually care about my dental health!

Fantastic experience: I had the best cleaning of my teeth today by Jamika. She was gentle, particular, patient and definitely knew what she was doing. She always told me what she was going to be doing before she did it and explained alot of things on my chart that I never understood. She was also very clean and always following guidelines. The office itself is spic and span and has alot of up to date machines and services that speeds up your appointment. I highly recommend JNL Dental for all of your dental needs. New Review 6/8/23 I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa today who fixed a bridge that popped out. She was pleasant, thorough, professional and patient and did an excellent job fixing my bridge. I highly recommend Vanessa and all the staff at JNL Dental. New Review 6/27/23 Well, just had my 2nd cleaning done by Paul and let me tell you, he doesn't skip a beat in his cleaning. He is gentle but very thorough and love how my teeth feel afterwards. He is also very knowledgeable regarding the health of your teeth and gives alot of tips to keep your teeth and gums in good shape. Not to mention so pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend JNL and their whole staff for any dental needs you have. Update: 7/19/24 Had a another great visit today. Excellent cleaning done by Lisa. She was very thorough yet gentle and very knowledgeable. This dentist office NEVER disappoints me. Highly recommend. UPDATE: 7/27/25 Paul did another great cleaning with great tips on flossing with dental threads. He is quick, efficient and so pleasant to deal with. Best dental office in Metrowest!!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jung and his staff are absolutely phenomenal. I’ve been to more dentist than I can count over my lifetime, and by far is the very best. He is fast yet efficient. He truly cares about his patience. All of the staff is wonderful, especially Kikey. I have severe anxiety. When I first started coming to this practice, I was heavily medicated for procedures. Overtime, I started trusting the dentist, and was able to slowly tolerate all procedures, medication free. I highly recommend this dental practice.!

I hadn’t been to the dentist in years, also due to a pretty traumatic wisdom tooth extraction that left me in the hospital. Fantastic experience: I had to change Dentists after my insurance changed and I was told of this practice. I am so glad I made an appointment with JNL Family Dental! I was about to miss my appointment after losing track of time but they immediately were able to change my appointment time to an hour later so I could make it. The office was very clean and high tech. The receptionists were very kind and helpful. I had a regular cleaning appointment and I had the pleasure of having Paul be the one to do the cleaning. Paul is hilarious, very nice and extremely helpful! He was able to answer all my questions while making it easy to understand. The whole staff had a very positive vibe which I greatly appreciate. The "family" dental office name is pretty accurate from what I saw. I will be making this practice my go to Dentist going forward!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has previously worked in the dental industry I can confidently say this place is by far one of the best run dental offices that I have been too. I was initially looking for a place that accepted mass health for my mother who has dementia to get some work done, and they were amazing and accepted her insurance and made sure it was effortless on both ends. Dr. Jung listened to my concerns and was able to accommodate everything we were looking for. I decided to move here myself due to how great my experience/ service was with my mother. I have delta dental and they were able to see me for a general cleaning/ check up. I was seen by Dr. Lee she was super nice and Paul the lead hygienist so was super welcoming and knowledgeable.

Fantastic experience: I drive over a half hour just to go to this dentist office! They are actually the best, they give detailed explanations and the cleanings are always great. They also have a machine to clean retainers. As long as I live in Massachusetts I will 100% be a patient here!

Negative experience: Very disappointed with this office. I explained my concerns with my teeth and Dr. Jung comes back with options that would cost me thousands of dollars! Why don't you send these in to my insurance to see what they will cover? It's definitely not the same kind of dental office when Dr. Chen was the owner.
