Fantastic experience: Had an exam and getting a partial plate. The girls were all very welcoming and helped calm my nerves greatly. Dr. B was amazing!!! She explained the whole process to me from start to finish. In words that I could understand, and not those big scientific words.

Fantastic experience: Most of the time I wouldn’t have anything good to say about going to Dentist, but going to Weathford Complete Dental is completely different. I have several more visits before my work is complete & last time I drove into their parking lot, my palms didn’t sweat due to anxiety because I knew they would be gentle & provide me with my standard laughing gas… Good choice if you’re looking for a gentle dental team!

I haven’t been to the dentist in a couple of years due to being anxious about it and I let her know that and she took the absolute best care of me!! She was very nice and gentle! I hope to get her every time!

The dentist is gentle, thorough, and truly cares about patients. Everyone is friendly and professional — it’s the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Positive experience: I requested a certian dentist and when I arrived I was placed with a different dentist, he did great so that was not a problem, just confused. Also I was told I would be able to pay out my bill and that it would be around $80.00 for first payment and when my appointment was completed I was told I had to pay the total bill, again confusing. Which I had double checked about both things previous to the visit when I spoke to two different people on the phone. I Just think that communication was not the best, but glad treatment was good.

Negative experience: Went to get tooth extracted. Spent 2 hours trying to pull it, the most excruciating pain I've ever felt in my life. Left with tooth still in. Rescheduled but not sure I want round 2. Staff is extremely nice though

Positive experience: My temporary crown broke off a full week before my permanent on is supposed to be ready, leaving the exposed tooth extremely sensitive and referring pain to my upper jaw. No one answered the emergency line Friday, June 25. I called again Saturday morning and was informed that my dentist, Dr. Burrill, will not be back in the office until Friday, August 1, and that Dr. Tils schedule is too full. Edit to add that Dr Tils did work me in Monday, July 28th, and expressed disappointment that their emergency answering service person did not call her. Thankfully, my permanent crown was in. Casey the hygienist was awesome and needs a raise for bouncing between so many patients! It took a little over an hour to get a good fit and grind down a high spot in one of my fillings.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Weatherford Complete Dental. They got me an appointment very promptly, everyone in the office was friendly and kind and treated me throughout the process with the utmost professionalism and care. They were very thorough in my initial examination--taking lots of pictures and X-rays to get a thorough overview of my mouth. And the teeth cleaning I got from Molly was one of the gentlest I have ever received! Unfortunately I recently had an old filling pop out, and upon inspection Dr. Tils determined two more of my old fillings (probably well over 20 years old) were also in danger of coming loose. She offered to get me taken care of that day, but I had other appointments I needed to keep, and so she got me an appointment for the next day, for which I was very appreciative. After having had a few bad prior experiences with another dentist, I wasn't too eager to get the fillings done (even with a gaping hole in one tooth), but Jayden and Dr. Tils did everything in their power to make sure I didn't experience any pain--reacting quickly and professionally and making adjustments anytime I had some discomfort. I cannot praise them enough! An experience I had been dreading was handled with the utmost care and delicacy. I am so grateful for Dr. Tils and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs dental work! Dr. Tils will take good care of you!

Positive experience: Scheduling needs to be updated. Appointments scheduled at 9AM when facility doesn’t open until 9 puts all personnel behind! If 9 AM appointments are scheduled, then facility should open a few minutes before 9!!!
