Fantastic experience: I love Arthur and Arthur dentist. Going to the dentist is already not the most fun task and they make it very easy going. They always give you a little gift bag when you leave. They are gentle and thorough with your teeth. I’ve taken care of my teeth a lot better in the last 6 years and I’ll say it’s thanks to them.

Fantastic experience: I'm 65 and I've seen a few dentists and quite a few hygienists. In every aspect of Chelsea and Evan's dentistry, I have found no flaws. The Doctors, Hygienists and Office Admin are superb. As a new comer to North Carolina, I could not be happier with this practice. Thoroughness and a real dedication to the health of their patients is demonstrably at the top of their priorities and it shows. For the first time in my life, I actually 'like' going to the dentist. I could write so many more good things, but I'll leave it up to 'your' good judgment to prove me wrong.

Fantastic experience: Arthur & Arthur was able to work me in when I had an emergency almost a year ago. They did an excellent job! The dental work is seamless and is holding up beautifully. I decided to make them my regular dentist after that and have had nothing but superior and friendly service! I referred my daughter, and my husband is switching, too!

The dentist I saw was Chelsea. She was also very kind. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly as well. Fantastic experience: These are very kind, caring, and friendly people! I came here because my previous dental hygienist at another office retired and the new one made the cleaning process very painful. I tried a few times to find a good place that I didn't feel anxious about going to and didn't have pain. I finally struck gold when we found this place! Now I take my husband and both kids here as well. We travel about 50 minutes one way to get here and the people make it more than worth the drive. They are able do our cleanings and exams so professionally, and I no longer have anxiety or stress about going to annual dental exams. I have seen both dentists and several of the hygienists and the secretaries and every one of them is just marvelous. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and kind dental office, this is your place! Also, I have never had a long wait here. All 4 of us have now been twice, so that's 8 times we have had appointments and they have always been prompt. They also allow me to be in the back with my children the whole time, which is important to me. Both dentists take time with each exam with the kids especially, explaining what they are about to do, are very patient, are happy to answer any questions throughly. I don't feel like they rush through exams like I have with other places. If you are looking for stellar dental care, this is the the place for you! I love the dental hygienists there. They are all so nice and kind. I've had 3 different ones and never once do they hurt. I almost fall asleep during the cleaning. They are very through and listen really well to any concerns I have with my mouth and teeth. I've seen both dentists and both seem to really be excellent, smart, professional, and really care about my dental health. They never seem hurried or rushed and are very patient in answering any questions and even the each one of the office staff are wonderful. From every interaction I've had with the office staff, everyone is super kind and friendly and very above and beyond. It's rare to find such a dynamic in a place where literally every person is amazing, but this is that place!

Fantastic experience: The reception I received from the time I entered the office was par excellent! The Receptionist, Office workers, the Dentist all have exceptional interpersonal skills. Dentist Arthur is Young, handsome, knowledgeable, he answered all my questions and included me in every step of my dental care plan and that was very important to me!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for years now and I have to say I am completely satisfied. I had not seen a dentist in nearly 20 years when I visited Dr. Evan Arthur the first time. After X-rays he formulated a plan to fix my problems, a few extractions and a filling or two, and a timeline that would allow me to afford it. I am nearly 70 and on Social Security.I opted for the Arthur Dental plan for older people like me that have neglected their teeth and had bone loss and gum disease. Well, I couldn't have been more nervous the first visit. I have to say by the second and third visit my fears were gone. I had veneers, a crown removed, fillings (some without novacaine at my request, no pain!) cleanings. I have seen Dr Chelsea Arthur too and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. And thanks Sherry. A wizard at cleanings. Today I was told my gums look great and my teeth are in great shape.

His referral was a perfect dental practice for me. My expectations were exceeded because I really appreciated and loved my previous dental office but I left Arthur& Arthur dental practice feeling like I was back "home", just 5 hours away! Fantastic experience: We switched to Arthur and Arthur after being split between pediatric and adult dentists. We wanted a place our entire family could go. They have been amazing! Caring for routine cleanings for our 4 year old, our elementary aged and preteen children, and referrals for orthodontics for our teens, they’ve covered everything we need. Last week I had a long-needed dental implant placed by Dr Evan Arthur and it was truly almost painless. The hygienists are friendly and thorough, the front office staff is warm and welcoming, and they’re forthcoming with expected costs and insurance coverage so there’s no surprises when it’s time to pay. We have been so pleased with the care we’ve received here.

Negative experience: I became a patient when they first opened. They were actually one of the very few dental providers that took Medicaid. I love it when I went here. Dr Arthur knew I was short on funds hence havinf Medicaid and really tried to do everything he could to make me not pay so much to get my dental work done. Then when one of my fillings broke off that was repaired not even a month later, broke off again. They said they could see me but that it would be $200 for a small chip in my front tooth. That was when I then found out that they stopped accepting Medicaid. I find it really messed up and cruel that just to get patients only in the beginning would they accept Medicaid. To only stop accepting it once they had built up their patients. I since then have not be able to find any provider within 100 miles on of greensboro that will take my insurance. It’s really sad that the dental industry feeds off nothing but money and that is the only motivator for wanting to help people. It is very disappointing to see that Arthur and Arthur dentistry have also fallen into this. Based off of whoever is replying to these low stars clearly does not need to be working with the general public. And there is simply nothing else “ to unpack here “. The snarky and rude comments given by this team are everything but professional and are quite concerning. Do better Arthur & Arthur.

Fantastic experience: I needed a new dentist after moving to the area and hadn’t had a cleaning in around 2 years. I chose Arthur and Arthur based on their great reviews and I was not disappointed. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past but everyone in this office was so kind and put me at ease. Sherry was my hygienist and was wonderful; gentle but thorough. I never knew a cleaning wasn’t supposed to hurt! Dr. Arthur was also wonderful and actually explained everything to me without me asking, which I had not experienced from dentists in the past. I’ll be back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: Well I got 15 teeth pulled and I couldn't be more appreciative of the kindness and experience of the staff. I was recommended and I would definitely recommend anyone who is in hunt of a good Dentistry home.

Negative experience: After my mother had a procedure in which Dr. Arthur was using too much force in her mouth and she was telling him that it has painful he didnt stop. Weeks after she came back and express him that she was asking him to be more gentle or stop ( staff translate)and he didnt do neither or he apoligize. But then he cancel her next appointment and whole treatment. Now my mom has to find a new dentist and wait the long times for a new patience. This practice is unprofessional because he was not able to accept criticism from his patience or at least finish her first treatment. He went to cancel all her treatment ignoring her words. Shame on you, because you are treating the latino community like we are not worth to be treated at your facility.

Fantastic experience: My mother referred me here. I was in a car accident 10 years ago, where my bottom row of teeth were pushed out of place. I had several surgeries done and a cast placed on my teeth for a period of time. After loosing health insurance my teeth started to take a turn for the worse. I went to see them today & haven’t stopped smiling and talking since. I’ll be 35 next month & all I’ve been wanting was dental work done. They did such an AWESOME job today I cried when I got in the car because my teeth look so much better than they did. Ever since I had a mishap with a wisdom tooth in my early twenties, I've used nitrous oxide at every single appointment until I started going to Arthur & Arthur Dentistry. Positive experience: Kiser is the best dental hygienist! If the rating was just about her, it'd be a Five star rating for sure!!! Love her! But overall I'd have to say it's okay. I was a lifelong patient of Dr. von Dohlen, the dental office a few buildings over from here, since I was a kid. When he retired a couple of years ago, he recommended Dr. Arthurs' as his replacement. Finding out that Kiser had moved over there, from his office, was the only thing that made me feel at ease. I still really miss Dr. von Dohlen and haven't found anyone like him yet that just makes you feel completely comfortable, or truly cared for as a person and not just another patient to quickly get through. I miss the small town vibe that his office had, where when you walked through the door, they already knew your name and greeted you by name and asked questions about you and your family or other events going on in your life. It's just a different vibe altogether. If you had to wait to be seen, it wasn't a big deal bc you were usually still catching up with the receptionist and didn't mind. This office is not that way. Which is fine if that's what you're looking for! I just miss the personal touches and would prefer being made to feel like family versus just another person checking in and being told to sit and wait for them to call me back.

Fantastic experience: Everyone at the office was nice. They were sensitive to my anxiety. They recommended treatment but didn't push me to do anything I didn't feel comfortable with. Overall, it was a good experience.

Fantastic experience: Who likes going to the dentist that makes you anxious amirite? Well if you want to go to a place that makes you feel like you’re right at home, this is the place to be. Clean and positive environment. I would highly recommend going here if you want to have a good experience that makes you want to come back while keeping your teeth clean.

Negative experience: I was a patient here for two years. For the most part, I only had cleanings done and the dental assistant was kind, gentle, and did great work. When I actually needed a dental procedure, the quote took six+ months for A&A to hear back from my insurance. I called several times to figure out what was taking so long, but did not get an exact answer other than it being the insurance's processing times. I scheduled a new dentist, recieved a consultation, and had the procedure done before A&A called back. By the time they did, the cost ended up being nearly 40% more than what I paid at the second dentist office. Turns out, A&A wasnt covered by my insurer. (When I did the cost comparison of charges, A&A charges significantly more (10%) for the same procedure). Although I recognize it is the responsibility of the patient to be aware of insurance coverages, it reflects poorly on A&A's character as a practice and falls short of the patient centeredness that I expect from providers. The front office has been rude on several occasions, which can be seen in their replies on their 1 and 2 star reviews. My only recommendation is to track your charges and coverages yourself.

Fantastic experience: This office goes above and beyond for their patients. We saw Dr. Evan yesterday and he was amazing with my 8 year old who was terrified to go because of past experience with dental work but let me tell you the whole staff was amazing and it was an emergency visit and was able to be seen same day. Fantastic experience: Kiser was amazing and gentle with my teeth and thorough.She was very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. Dr Arthur was excellent in explaining the procedure I am going to have in the future. He was also not in a hurry and answered any questions to my satisfaction. I enjoyed meeting both of them!

Fantastic experience: I recently changed dentists. I've had two appointments and have been totally pleased with the service. The appointments were on time and all of the employees were pleasant and knowledgeable. There are two dentists Evan and Chelsea Arthur, a husband and wife team. I had an issue with a bridge and 2 implants. Evan diagnosed the problem with one of the implants that was causing my bridge issue. He thoroughly explained the possible solutions and after some discussion we decided upon one. I will continue as a patient with Arthur and Arthur and my wife made her first appointment today

Fantastic experience: Like everyone else, I'm sure, I was super nervous about going to the dentist. Especially since I was getting a tooth pulled. But, it was a wonderful visit! Even the ladies walking by my room smiled and greeted me!! It really put me at ease, and I had the pleasure of Mrs Arthur removing my tooth, amazing! Thank you all for making it a less nervous experience
