Fantastic experience: I had cracked a tooth and they got me in within one business day to repair it. They produced the crown on site and had me out of there within an hour and a half. Dominic and his assistant were nothing short of fabulous! My wife and I are looking forward to being patients of this practice.

Fantastic experience: I took my sister who has Alzheimer’s into Dr. Drescher to have a crown replaced. He was so patient and considerate towards her. She had a small mouth also and he tried different ways to make her comfortable while giving up his comfort to accommodate her. He even let me stay in the room with her to hold her hand during the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Drescher and his dental assistant, Joaquin, as they were both truly compassionate.

Negative experience: Im shocked to see good reviews. I went to them in July of 2024. They told me I had 6 cavities. I thought it was strange because I’ve never had a cavity in my life. I had three other dentists look at my X-rays and NONE of them said I had a cavity. Castle peak gave me an estimate of $1100 (my portion after insurance). I’ve waited to write this review because I wanted to make sure that they were wrong and were indeed trying to upsell me. In my opinion, this is malpractice.

Positive experience: The bite is normal , no pain, I am disapointed to have a dark line all around the tooth at the gum line, I though it should be more discret, using a matching color with the teeth?

Negative experience: I was a patient here, and I am so glad that I no longer go there. It is a shame, because most of the staff is wonderful. However, Dr Albers is straight up mean. Up to and including shaming me for having trepidation about the cost of a potential root canal. I could not deal with her anymore.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Castle Peak Dental, as I am new to Eagle, and I was delighted! First of all they accept appointments until 5:00 pm, which is great for people that work and can’t get there in the middle of the day. From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with a friendly receptionist, who offered to give me a tour of the practice. She introduced me to Jessica, who was my hygienist. She was awesome and communicated with me everything she was doing and why. Dr. Milano completed my exam and was also friendly and thorough. It is great to find such a great dental practice in Eagle!

Fantastic experience: New to the area, switching from a dentist I had worked with for decades, it was of course with a bit of trepidation that I visited Castle Peak Dental, but my initial experiences have been terrific. Friendly, respectful, everyone is knowledgeable and informative, about my dental needs and the financial implications of my treatment choices, given my insurance coverage. Dr. Drescher is first rate, and the rest of the Castle Peak staff is equally amazing. Kudos.

Negative experience: I really want to become a new patient! I tried twice to call their office, but speaking to a human there is apparently not an option. The only option is to leave a message, which I did on 11-4-24. After getting no response, I emailed them on 11/8/24. Still no response whatsoever. Their website looks so good, and reviews from actual patients (the lucky ones) are quite good! Bummed.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Albers absolutely saved me Thursday evening after breaking off the entire half of my bottom front tooth. She stayed late to fix it for my daughter’s birthday party that Saturday. It took less than an hour from the moment I broke it to getting it repaired to looking exactly like it did prior. Castle Peak is 10/10, especially when it comes to dental emergencies!

Fantastic experience: I have special needs, Melanie and Amy are some of the few people in my life who make me feel great, understood, heard, along with their kind front desk staff. Never thought that going to the dentist could feel comforting, but it does.

Positive experience: The facility is clean, comfortable and very modern. The staff are very friendly and professional. I had a cleaning in November 2023. Once finished, I went to the receptionist to make my next appointment and she said they were trying something new and would call me in the spring to setup my next cleaning. I thought that was odd, so I put a reminder in my calendar. I called in April to ask about my next appointment since the 6-month mark was approaching. I was told I could not get in until the end of July because they were so backed up. I asked why they never called me to book my appointment and they apologized and said they were short staffed. After some push back, she said she could get me in at the end of June. When I called to make my appointment, there was an option for new clients. I totally understand being short staffed and things happen. Though maybe you should not be taking new customers if you cannot accommodate the ones you currently have.

Fantastic experience: Amy Meryhew -Dental Hygienist- and I celebrated our 20 years anniversary this week. She's been taking care of my family's oral health for that long. We are very loyal to Amy and the rest of the Castle Peak Dental's Staff. It's important to have trust with your healthcare providers, because this is an asymetric relation. The provider is the expert and we need to trust their advice regarding the dianosis, prognosis and treatmen of our dental issues. You can trust Amy, Dr. Kassmel, and the rest of the staff.

Fantastic experience: One morning, I’ve walked in and spoke with the receptionist sounded little, overwhelmed that the whole Castle Peak had a meeting that morning. She gave up her time to miss the meeting and tried to help help me to schedule appointment after I told her I had urgent pain with my gum issue, so I explained to her that I felt urgent matter that I would like to take care of my gummy tissue to be addressed address. And she took the time to look what’s available and it was available within 10 minutes, so amazed that receptionist found an available slot for me to come in to an hour dentist specialist to take a look at my teeth immediately that was amazing service that I ever had! I would go back to use their service that they provide!

Fantastic experience: I was greeted by name, even though it was my first time there. At every step of the way I felt seen and taken care of. Time was taken to explain every step and noise. A neck pillow & blanket were even offered to me to help my time there be more comfortable. Warm water was offered and used to help my sensitive teeth. Amazing props to Amy!! Everyone was incredibly welcoming! It was the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I called the night before and the Doctor Who is on call on Tuesday night December 19 was not only friendly, but very honest and patient with me and set up a time for me to meet with Dr. Alber The next morning at 9 AM. We were going on a trip and my upper front implant had fallen out and she not only saw the situation but was able to submit it back so that we could go on our trip. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: First visit to Castle Peak Dental. The facility is modern and clean. The staff I met was very pleasant and very eager to help and assist with my needs and seemed truly interested in my health. Dr. Albers was great. She explained everything in detail about the procedures I need presenting a few options. I liked how quickly they came up with the expenses I will incur explaining those in detail as well. Overall, first impressions are excellent. I will return to complete the work. Second visit: the surgical procedure to smooth down a pointed edge on my bone went exceptionally well. I experienced no pain at all except for a mild pin prick of the novocaine injection. There was very little bleeding afterwards and no pain at all after the novocaine wore off even the day after. Dr Albers and the staff, again, made my visit very comfortable and relaxing. I was even able to get a neck pillow which I never had before at a dentist office and it was very helpful. They have a list of complimentary things that help relax the patient. A five-star experience!

Fantastic experience: I had a routine cleaning and X-rays today. My Hygienist Amy did a great job! I appreciate the time she spent with me reviewing the X-rays and pictures she took of my teeth and gums. I am thankful for Dr. Drescher who, along with Amy, created my treatment plan. Delsey checked me in for the appointment and took care of scheduling my future appointments. Delsey, Amy, and Dr. Drescher kept we well informed and at ease.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant office and staff. It’s tidy and is evident that the services have been conscientiously considered for the client experience. They have soft blankets available for no-fuss comfort during teeth cleanings. My hygienist Jenny filled me in on what she was doing during the cleaning, which I appreciate. I don’t know how this office compares to others in the valley regarding cost, but their membership program reduces cost, a welcome savings, since I don’t have dental insurance. Everyone is very kind and I feel that their care is efficient and professional. Yay, Castle Peak Dental!

Negative experience: Very disappointed in the way their appointments are done. Waited over 6 months and paid for their yearly subscription if you will, for them to cancel my appointment 5 days prior because i hadn’t had the chance to reply with a confirmation since i was on vacation. I have lived in this valley for 30 years and wont recommend them to any family or friends!
